Praying to the Bhagavan Tathagatas (Tibetan: བཅོམ་ལྡན་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་, literally: Victorious One, Thus Gone One) all, the Bhagavan Mahatman (Tibetan: བཅོམ་ལྡན་བདག་ཉིད་ཆེན་པོ་, literally: Victorious One, Great Self) all, those with the nature of compassion, please grant us empowerment! Then, the master raises the Namgyal Bumpa, visualizing the mandala as space, and the master is bestowing empowerment. Then, the Tathagatas bestow empowerment, the vidyas sing the Vajra song, the Bodhisattvas speak auspicious words, the wrathful ones dispel obstacles, the goddesses bestow empowerment with offerings etc. The stream of empowerment water fills above the brow, obtaining the Bumpa empowerment; fills above the throat, obtaining the secret empowerment; fills above the heart, obtaining the wisdom jñana empowerment; fills the entire body, obtaining the supreme great bliss fourth empowerment. All defilements and habitual tendencies of body, speech, and mind are purified. The remaining water is sprinkled upwards, adorned with Akshobhya as the head ornament. Offer with the five offerings of 'Om Vajra Puspe Ah Hum (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་པུཥྤེ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्र पुष्पे आः हूं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajra puṣpe āḥ hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om, Vajra, Flower, Ah, Hum)' etc. Sprinkle the water of the action Bumpa on the sacred object, empowerment implement, and head ornament. Recite ' स्वाभाव ' (Tibetan: སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: स्वभाव, Sanskrit Romanization: svabhāva, Chinese literal meaning: Nature). Visualize the sacred object, empowerment implement, and head ornament as unobtainable, becoming emptiness. From emptiness, on a lotus sun disc, from the syllable 'ཨཱཾ་' (Tibetan: ཨཱཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: आं, Sanskrit Romanization: āṃ, Chinese literal meaning: None) transforms into a jewel, marked with the syllable 'ཨཱཾ་' (Tibetan: ཨཱཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: आं, Sanskrit Romanization: āṃ, Chinese literal meaning: None), radiating light and converging, completely transforming into both Ratnasambhava (Tibetan: རིན་ཆེན་འབྱུང་ལྡན, literally: Jewel Born) Hevajra (Tibetan: ཀྱེ་རྡོ་རྗེ, literally: Hey, Vajra), yellow in color, with eight faces and sixteen arms, four legs. The right eight hands hold jewels, the left eight hands hold bells with jewels as handles. The consort Ratnasambhava Tara (Tibetan: རིན་ཆེན་སྒྲོལ་མ, literally: Jewel Savioress) is yellow, holding a curved knife and skull cup, in union with him. Both are adorned with bone ornaments. Adorn with a diadem. The precious source of power, the parents in union. The power arising from the union becomes a diadem. I beseech all the Tathagatas to grant empowerment to this. All Buddhas are born from the abode of the three secrets, revered by all three realms, bestow the great empowerment of jewels. Om Vajra Ratna Mukuta Abhisinca Mi Vajra Ragata Vajra Shali Hoh.
