Because there is no aging, because of the pacification of dualistic grasping, and so on. Even those who manifestly perform actions free from outflows do not age, because they are indestructible and eternal. Thus, if there is no change even with the arising of the mind-made body, etc., what need is there to mention that there is no change with the arising of ordinary beings, etc.? To summarize the meaning and connect it: In establishing the absence of arising, etc., with reasons such as permanence, each phrase such as "those that do not change into something else" is an extensive explanation of the brief statement. The two phrases "inexhaustible," etc., the two phrases "similarly, the edge," etc., the two phrases "various," etc., and the two phrases "unconditioned," etc., in that order, for the Tathagatagarbha, the element of uncontaminated Dharma that is not manifestly assembled by causes and conditions, one should know, as in the sutra, the meaning of permanence, and so on, that is, the meaning of stability, the meaning of peace, and the meaning of eternity. That is it. The reasons for destruction in permanence, etc., are: The Dharmakaya, in which the naturally pure realm has become manifest, is also endowed with endless qualities that are inexhaustible in the realm of nirvana without remainder, and therefore has the nature of never changing into something else, possessing the meaning of permanence; being the same as the limit of samsara, being continuous and sustaining, it is the nature of a refuge that never deceives, possessing the meaning of stability; because it is the nature of not discriminating between two extremes, it is the Dharma nature without samsara and peace, possessing the meaning of peace; because it possesses qualities that are not made by causes and conditions, it possesses the meaning of never being destroyed, possessing the meaning of eternity. That is it. For the meaning of the qualities being without distinction, a brief presentation is made from the perspective of name and meaning, and an extensive explanation is given of their essence. Among them, the brief presentation is: Because the state of the Tathagatagarbha being extremely pure is the Dharmakaya of all Buddhas,

Because that is also the Tathagata, that is also the Noble Truth, and also the ultimate Nirvana, therefore those are merely different names. For example, just as the sun's orb and rays are inseparable, the ultimate qualities such as the ten powers are inseparable, therefore, apart from the fully enlightened Buddha, there is no other Nirvana with its own characteristics. So it is said. There are three aspects to the extensive explanation: extensively explaining the different names, extensively explaining the essence of the meaning, and ascertaining them through examples. Within the different names, there is the way of speaking of four names based on four meanings, and explaining them by combining them with their meanings. Among these, the way of speaking of four names is: In brief, for the essence of the Thus-Gone One (Tathāgata) which is the uncontaminated realm of Dharma, the fourfold division of different aspects of meaning, which will explain the inseparability of the Buddha's Dharma and so forth, should be understood as the four names, such as the Dharmakaya, which have just been explained. So it is said. Combining with the meaning is: The realm, which is naturally pure, is called Dharmakaya because it is inseparable from the ultimate qualities such as the Buddha's Dharma and the ten powers; the nature of the Buddha's lineage, which has existed from beginningless time, is called Tathagata because it corresponds to the meaning of directly attaining it as it is; the essence itself, which is never false, always un欺骗, and unchanging, is called the Noble Truth because it corresponds to the meaning of becoming the object of the wisdom of the noble ones; the realm itself, which is naturally pure from the beginning and in which all adventitious stains are completely pacified, is called Nirvana. So it is said. There are two aspects to the extensive explanation of the essence of the meaning: extensively explaining the meaning of non-duality, and extensively explaining the meaning of Nirvana. Among these, the meaning of non-duality is: Because of directly knowing all aspects of all knowable things as they are and as many as they are, one is called a Buddha because of manifestly and completely awakening; adventitious stains obscure
