Think like that. In general, once the "one taste" arises, one will not fear conceptual thoughts, will not like merits, and will not be seduced by faults. If strong jealousy, many afflictions, coarse conceptual thoughts, cunning thoughts, liking and disliking arise, then the demon has entered the mind, so one must recognize this and strive to do good. In general, all that is inconsistent with meditation should be recognized as the demon itself. This is what is said on (page 726). Furthermore, Gampopa said, "In the yoga of many and one taste, it is important to experience it inwardly without mixing it with the general appearance of objects." He emphasized the realization of one taste. Jiaraba said, "Once the yoga of one taste is experienced, plant the seeds of benefiting beings here. Even if you have nothing to cling to, arrange the interdependent connections as they are." This means to generate vast aspirations for the benefit of others and to arrange all good interdependent connections. Yang Gonpa said, "The five sense doors appearing on the objects are uninterrupted sounds. Arising from non-attachment is the nature of non-arising. Although appearance and clinging do not cease, returning is the natural meditation. The appearance of emptiness and appearance without separation is the natural path. Do not see appearance as a fault, let go of clinging, and you will enter the realm of one taste." This means that whatever appears, whatever arises, let go of clinging. (Page 727) These should also be understood. By practicing in this way, the stains of experience will be removed, the realization of the path and the reality of self-nature will merge, and the realization of no-meditation, without meditator and object of meditation, and without distraction, will arise. Fourth, the yoga of no-meditation. It is divided into three parts: the classification of no-meditation, the way experiences arise, and the methods of practicing it. First, regarding the meaning of no-meditation, it is generally said that no-meditation is established by not clinging to the object of meditation, or by the meaning of no self-nature. As it is said in the Kalachakra and Guhyasamaja, "Because there is no object, there is no meditation. The object of meditation is not meditation. Thus, because there is object and non-object, there is no object of meditation." Like that. No-meditation is established by the meaning of the inseparability of the meditator and the object of meditation. As the Great Brahmin said, "Alas! Do not say to meditate on that reality that is devoid of self-nature. If you recognize the meditator and the object of meditation, (page 728) you will cling

It is as stated, "Abandoning the mind of enlightenment with a miserly mind." Based on this reason, some argue that these two methods should not be considered as the meaning of non-meditation yoga. If it is like the former, then the yoga of freedom from elaboration will become non-meditation yoga; and if it is like the latter, even in the state of one taste, it will become non-meditation yoga. So, how should it be understood? In the state of one taste, there is a subtle mind of what is to be meditated upon and the meditator, but it has completely transformed into the realization of suchness, equanimity, and remembrance and non-remembrance, thus being free from the effort of meditation, it is called non-meditation. As Shawa Ripa said: For the realized one, there is no object of meditation and no meditator. Just as the sky does not specifically point to the sky. Likewise, emptiness does not meditate on emptiness. Non-dual wisdom is like water and milk mixed together, various tastes become one, and great bliss is continuous. As Je Zhang said: When non-meditation yoga arises, the essence of awareness is free from support. The yogi has nothing to meditate on. The meditator is gone, vanished. It is like that. Such non-meditation also has three types: Without needing to be held by mindfulness, without needing to be deliberately placed in equanimity, all appearances arise as meditation, without the distinction of what is to be meditated upon and the meditator, and until a slight clinging to illusory-like experiences arises, this is small non-meditation. Having abandoned such clinging, day and night all go into the cycle of the realization of non-meditation, thereby attaining the self-established ground of spontaneous accomplishment, and in the subsequent appearance, the subtle aspect of consciousness appears as self-luminous, this is medium non-meditation. When that subtle aspect of consciousness also transforms into wisdom, luminosity and emptiness merge, and it becomes solely immersed in its vast expanse, this is great non-meditation. The distinction between whether these two are perfected or not is: For the realization of non-meditation, if there is nothing to remember or habituate, then the essence of non-meditation is seen in the experience. If there is still something to habituate or become clear, then the essence is not seen. For the realization, if even subtle dualistic appearances are purified, and there is absolutely no part of not knowing the nature of the mind, and it is always inseparable from wisdom, then the potential of non-meditation is perfected. If one has not separated from subtle dualistic appearances, and there is still some part of not knowing non-conceptuality
