Furthermore, act with an open and broad mind. All appearances arise as emptiness and selflessness. Although it may not immediately happen that all thoughts transform into pure wisdom and clarity, the daytime meditation is continuous, accompanied by the good experience of awareness-emptiness and appearance-emptiness. However, since mindfulness cannot continuously grasp (713), it is necessary to rely on recollection. In dreams, many confusions and attachments may arise, and sometimes one may think: neither will I become a Buddha, nor will I fall into hell, but I will realize the meaning of reality. One can also understand the profound Dharma. One's own mind appears as the guru. Appearances also become companions in practice. Attachment to anything diminishes, and the mind turns away from the eight worldly concerns. However, sometimes thoughts such as "I don't need a guru now" arise, as well as arrogance, conceit, and belittling others, which are said to be obstacles. Third, when practicing the three essentials of non-elaboration, one should also abandon the three attachments, rely on solitary places, and diligently observe silence and seclusion. Since it is said that it is not good to perform too many slightly characterized practices such as tormas and guru prayers, temporarily abandon these, value recollection, and it is important to cultivate the nature of non-elaboration without distraction (714) and without attachment. In addition, sometimes accumulate virtuous actions of conditioned phenomena such as offerings, cultivate devotion, pure vision, compassion, etc., and contemplate the dependent arising of cause and effect. Engage in deep discussions with the guru and realized Dharma friends, and read and sing the vajra songs of the lineage of siddhas. If discomfort, the desire to move around, the desire to eat, displeasure, etc., arise, then practice tummo and Chakrasamvara's tummo, as well as various appropriate exercises. If the realization of great non-elaboration arises, even if one practices it that year, if there is no progress, then again abandon the three attachments, receive empowerment, confess transgressions, etc., and pray for the increase of realization. Visualize oneself as the deity, contemplate the suffering of hell, make a firm decision in your heart, and abide in the state of non-elaboration. Similarly, contemplate the bliss of the heavenly realms (715) and abide in non-elaboration, contemplate the state of samsara and abide in non-elaboration, contemplate the state of nirvana and abide in non-elaboration, and sometimes go to the top of a mountain.

Relax in freedom from elaboration. Go to the assembly many times and relax in freedom from elaboration. Each time you take a breath, look at the appearance with a slight gaze, and it is said that relaxing in freedom from elaboration will help. Furthermore, Je Gampopa said, "During the yoga of freedom from elaboration, it is important to have knowledge with vigor, without being completely in equanimity." Je Gyarawa said, "Once you go into the time of freedom from elaboration, mix and meditate on the dharmas that combine the two." It is said that generating the vigor of knowledge, mixing it with various appearances, and meditating on freedom from elaboration. Je Yang Gonpa said, "Do not lose the unscattered mindfulness, do not fabricate the reality of non-meditation, do not want to speak of the non-thinking awareness, do not corrupt it with constant examination, (716) maintain it in its natural state, and the mother and child of meditation, freedom from elaboration, will meet." Therefore, it is taught to generate the power of focused mindfulness, not to lose the face of freedom from elaboration, not to be scattered, and because it is not permissible to modify its reality, not to meditate on anything new, and not to examine the unspeakable, unthinkable awareness, but to maintain it in its natural state. What will happen if you cultivate in this way? For all the dharmas of samsara and nirvana, there is no acceptance or rejection of separation and non-separation, emptiness and non-emptiness, abandonment and adoption, etc., and all appearances will not be interrupted, and there will be no loss, and the yoga of being one taste in the nature of Mahamudra will arise. Third, regarding the yoga of one taste, there are three aspects: the classification of one taste, the way experiences arise, and the method of cultivating it. First, regarding the meaning of the yoga of one taste, in general, it is said that all the dharmas included in the phenomenal world and samsara and nirvana are one taste in the emptiness of dharmata. The Great Brahmin said, "All the various dharmas are the same in meaning in emptiness, and realizing this is the supreme guru." Shavara said, "Just as the various rivers such as the Ganges become one taste in the salty sea, know that the mind and all the various mental factors become one taste in the dharmadhatu." However, the meaning of one taste in this context is that the two dharmas of different forms, such as appearance and non-appearance, are also one taste in the nature of union, so it is called one taste. Je Phagdru said, "Appearance and non-appearance, various minds and emptiness, empti
