Realizing the unborn, the intermediate realizing the severance of the root, the great cutting through all inner and outer elaborations, the small one taste blending samsara and nirvana into one, the intermediate severing the root of dualistic grasping, the great all phenomena pacifying in the state of equality, the small no-meditation being free from object and subject of meditation, the intermediate seizing the natural ground of spontaneous presence, the great considering the two lights to be blended. The meaning of these will be known from the future explanations. These twelve yogas are also not necessarily like the steps of a ladder. For example, when the experience and realization of great one-pointedness is not complete (694), various simple and complex freedom from elaboration may arise. When the experience and realization of great freedom from elaboration is not complete, various simple and complex one taste may arise. When the experience and realization of great one taste is not complete, various simple and complex no-meditation may arise. Therefore, it is not certain that they will occur in the order of all the explanations. Thus, the manner in which experiences and realizations arise is mostly born from the heart experiences of the former practice lineages who relied solely on solitary places and raised the banner of practice. Moreover, it is spoken in terms of gradual individuals, and is not necessarily limited to sudden enlighteners and those who leap over. In particular, most of the practitioners of today seem to be controlled by laziness and distraction, so it is not certain that the manners of arising as described above will occur. However, for those with great innate wisdom and those in whom the blessings of the guru have entered the continuum (695), the nature of realization, as it is, will arise even now. And it seems important to grasp the measure of its virtuous activity, so I will explain it based on the words of the former practice lineage gurus. Second, divided into: One-pointed Yoga, Freedom from Elaboration Yoga, One Taste Yoga, No-Meditation Yoga, and five parts summarizing common key points. The first part, divided into: the classification of One-pointed Yoga, the manner in which experiences arise, and three parts on how to cultivate it. The first part is: The meaning of so-called one-pointedness is: one-pointed mindfulness that is not distracted from the meaning of the nature of one's own mind, or one-pointed awareness that dwells, moves, and blends, so it is called one-pointed.

If you feel there is a conflict, it doesn't matter, because the difference between the self-mind that is cultivated and all internal and external dharmas (696), and the difference between the object of experience and conviction, including attachment and separation from it, is very large. Some people describe tranquility as one-pointedness of mind, and mistakenly believe that the state of one-pointedness in the state of no-thought, and the clear state of awareness, is the "one-pointedness" here. Some people also mistakenly believe that on the basis of tranquility, there is a conviction that the understanding of emptiness has arisen, these are all illusions. The former is very unreasonable, because even if a flawless tranquility arises, there is absolutely no conviction of insight. The latter is also not right, because it is only a recognition of emptiness, and it is not combined with the conviction of insight that sees the nature of the mind. Therefore, here we need a view of seeing the nature of the mind, that is, wisdom abiding in one-pointedness, and we need an awareness (697) that abides and moves together, and recognizes its own nature. As it is said: "At the time of one-pointedness, realize the nature." Je Yang Gonpa also said: "The movement of mind into thoughts is the door of abiding, recognizing one's own nature is the key to practice, meeting one's own face merges with one's own nature. See if there is a thought that is not your own, there will be a fusion between abiding and moving during meditation." This is how the method of cultivating one-pointedness is described. There are also three types of one-pointed yoga like this: the samadhi of the clear, empty, blissful experience of the nature of the mind arises, starting from the difficulty of cultivation, until it arises no matter how much you cultivate, this is small one-pointedness. Sometimes samadhi arises even without cultivation, and it becomes stable when cultivated, thus gaining freedom, this is medium one-pointedness. The experience of that samadhi arises continuously, and in the four behaviors of sitting and rising, walking and resting, and day and night, wisdom naturally abides in the state of clear emptiness, this is great one-pointedness (698). Regarding the distinction between whether the realization of each of the four yogas is ultimate or not, Je Gyare said: whether the nature is seen or not, whether the ability is complete or not, whether the thoughts arise in meditation or not, whether the merits arise or not, whether it is used freely in the mundane or not, whether the seeds of the form body are planted or not, divided into six types, if divided in detail there are twelve types.
