Through practicing meditation in the Bardo, I distinguished between the clarity and turbidity of wisdom. Limitless and boundless differences in experience arise in the mind, especially for practitioners, if their own channels, energies, etc., are in good condition (563), and they adhere to special methods such as tummo, without being interrupted by distraction and laziness, and diligently practice meditation, it is said that many wonderful experiences will arise. Because the habitual tendencies of karma and afflictions emerge in various ways, just like the sensory appearances of the six senses in the realm of consciousness, various appearances similar to the sensory appearances of the five corporeal faculties will appear, such as the visual experience of forms, the auditory experience of sounds, the sensory experience of smells, etc. Other kinds of concepts also arise like waves from the ocean, which cannot be described in words. Those who alternate between meditation and manifestation will only produce a few experiences, because the type of person is uncertain, so the differences in experience are not entirely certain either. However, here, experiences are summarized into three types to be discussed: (564) The experience of bliss: the body is filled with bliss, tactile sensations appear as bliss, one feels bliss without sensing the existence or non-existence of the body, the mind is joyful, excited, and desirous, thoughts are comfortable and happy, the body and mind are filled with bliss to the point of not being able to distinguish between day and night, and so on. The experience of clarity: the mind is as clear as crystal, and various experiential appearances manifest clearly, one feels that one can see objects near and far even at night, one finds the signs of awareness in various manifestations, bright experiential appearances like light appear, and one feels that clairvoyance to understand the minds of others will arise. The experience of non-conceptuality: Some say that the appearance of empty forms of habitual tendencies belongs to the category of the experience of emptiness, but it would be more appropriate to classify it as the experience of clarity. Furthermore, one will develop an attachment to emptiness towards all constant and changing things, all appearances of forms, sounds, etc. (565) appear dim and dull, one feels as if one does not exist, oneself and all appearances manifest as emptiness, even subtle thoughts disappear, and experiences like the clear sky appear, and so on. Some believe that this is a precursor to the manifestation of reality, and is due to the blessings of the Three Vajras being integrated.

It is desired that such signs of experience appear in the three (situations). That is, the original reality will be slightly manifested, and dream experiences that are consistent with it will also appear. The profound reality is the nature of the four lords of Vajra, and it is precisely because it is the nature of all aspects, when the Vajra body blesses the body, trembling, twitching, throbbing, swaying, striking, jumping, running, etc., various postures of the body will appear violently. When the Vajra speech blesses the speech, talking, shouting loudly, calling, desiring, yelling, etc., various postures of the speech will appear violently. (566) When the Vajra mind blesses the mind, excellent samadhi and clairvoyance, etc., will arise, although there are many explanations (in the scriptures). Although (these phenomena) may occur in the way of controlling life force and the relationship between the channels and winds, it does not happen in all cases. In this practice lineage, these experiences are divided into three types: the experience of quiescence itself, the experience related to quiescence and insight, and the self-arising experience of realization. Lord Gampopa said: The experience of abiding is that through the restraint of the path of means, the power of the wind entering the central channel, happiness is the happiness of defilement, and the body and mind will increase. Clarity is experiencing it. Non-conceptuality is non-conceptual samadhi, without thought, drowsy. He also said: The power of the wind entering the central channel, the signs of the five signs and eight benefits, etc., arise from the practice of uniting quiescence and insight. It does not arise from abiding that focuses on subtle objects. (567) He also said: If realization arises, it is impossible for experience not to arise. Realization is that when the nature of mind awareness is clearly seen, when it is said "This is it," one will think "This has been clearly recognized from the beginning." In this regard, the experience of happiness is the great bliss of the uncontaminated nature. Clarity is thinking "Will Kana Zene appear?" One will think "The thought that I wanted to cut off before has appeared." Non-conceptuality is that even very subtle concepts cannot taint it. That is the non-dual appearance of experience and realization. As it is said. The second is that, in this way, all kinds of experiences of happiness, clarity, and non-conceptuality are complete, or whatever aspect of experience, one considers those experiences to be the best, and if they appear, one is happy, and if they do not appear, one is unhappy, and in a way of attachment and clinging, one deliberately
