Possessing the wisdom that knows all things and directly sees without obstruction the true nature or characteristics of all phenomena, thus endowed with the qualities of self-benefit. The qualities of benefiting others are that, with the wisdom that knows the various appearances of those to be tamed and sees their conditions as they are, as a supporting condition for teaching the Dharma, thus in the outer world, the inner Vajra body, and other empowerments, the generation stage and the completion stage, that is, the suchness of the three outer, inner, and other, the Great Seal, the inseparability of appearance and emptiness or the meaning of the inseparability of the two truths, without error, he teaches, thereby enabling the beings to be tamed to abide without difference in all four states of being disturbed by sleep, dreams, samadhi, and ordinary appearances, and dispels the illusion of obscuration to seeing the primordial Great Vajradhara (35). Having thus clarified, he causes them to obtain the fruit of the four states being completely purified, that is, the four bodies, is to the lama who is endowed with the glory of the two accumulations of merit and wisdom, that is, the one who is inseparable from the Buddha, to whom I pay homage. In the commentary, it is said that because he is the glory of all the worlds including the gods, this is a general explanation. To explain non-dual wisdom as glory is the ultimate meaning. Here, those who are scholars with the attitude of children may have this thought: Is not the one who knows all things also the one who sees all things? Why is seeing mentioned? Here, it is not the case that those with childish minds say that everything that the wisdom of the Buddha knows is directly seen. Because, although the wisdom of the Buddha does not see all the appearances of beings appearing as the two, grasper and grasped, together with the cause of delusion, it does know them, (36) that is, knowing the cause of the delusion of beings, how they are deluded, and how delusion acts in the nature of suffering, thus, in order to reverse the cause of delusion, he truly teaches the path of skillful means as an antidote, therefore, if the cause of delusion is reversed, the result, delusion, will also be reversed. When the delusion of dualistic appearance is reversed, one obtains a mind without limits or partiality.

In order to see that non-dual wisdom vajra. Then, the dualistic, deluded appearances of samsaric beings, although they do not actually exist, appear, therefore they are not seen by the wisdom of the Buddha. For example, a skilled doctor, having thoroughly understood the deluded appearances caused by severe illness and their causes, and being skilled in methods to prevent the causes of the disease, when he administers medicine, the result, whatever contains the deluded appearance, will be prevented. At that time, when the illusion of seeing a yellow conch disappears, one will be able to see the white conch. Therefore, that deluded appearance is also (37) merely an appearance in the mind of the patient himself, and because it does not exist in the visible realm, the doctor does not see it. To this, some childish people may think: the appearances of the minds of samsaric beings are true in conventional truth; while the appearances of the minds of those afflicted with severe illness do not even exist in name, these two examples and meanings are not the same. To this, you speak correctly. "Because the nature of ignorance obscures, it is conventional truth." As the scripture says, conventional truth is the name of mental delusion, and merely saying that it is true in its presence is actually equivalent to saying that it does not exist in the presence of a non-deluded mind, therefore you have well supported my view. Furthermore, if all conventional deluded appearances are appearing while not existing, then there would be no obscuration of suchness, and therefore all beings would effortlessly see suchness, is that so? To this, young intelligent people say that because there is no obscuration, all beings would effortlessly see suchness, this statement is incorrect. When a person with deluded eye consciousness sees a yellow conch, what obscures the white of the conch, so that it cannot be seen? If it is said that the appearance of yellow obscures the white, then does the yellow appear because it exists on the white conch, or does it appear even though it does not exist? If it is the first case, then other people in the visible realm should also be able to see it. If it is the second case, then you would also admit that the appearance of yellow at that time is appearing while not actually existing.
