On the petals of the wind, the root is Alambusha (ཨ་ལཾ་བུ་ཥ་ལ). Giving is on the northern petal, the root is Indra (ཨིན་ཊ་ལ). Norle Gyalwa (ནོར་ལས་རྒྱལ་བ་) is on the petal of the powerful one, the root is Kuhala (ཀུ་ཧ་ལ). Life is the root Shin tu Yi Zangma The downward cleanser is, whichever direction's conch-holder causes the mind of enlightenment to leak, that is the supreme deity. As it is said, these ten kinds of winds, with the distinction of karma, truly abide on the wheel of the channels. All of these, such as life, pervade the seventy-two thousand channels, however, because eight winds arise from eight places (292). The conch-holder and others are also all the lotus channel wheels of Ita (ཨི་ཊ་) and others in their own hearts. What is said, such as equal dwelling, are all places of arising, it is the determination of the heart wheel. Now, life and others have spoken of the actions of life and others, here on this body, life makes the life force strong. When dwelling on the path of the sun and moon, the path of the sun is reddish-yellow or Rasana (རཱ་ས་ན). The path of the moon is Ita (ཨི་ཊ་) or Lalana, dwelling on its path is dwelling. The so-called "ni" is the meaning of a particle. All that is eaten and drunk, that is, having eaten the six tastes and drunk water and so on, all of these are drawn downwards by the downward cleansing wind, this is the scripture. All tastes are equal, that is, up to the point of taste equality, it is obtained by the wind called equal dwelling on the body, meaning to make the seven elements taste equal. The body is moved by the wind called upward-moving. The mouth and hands and feet perform songs and dances, that is, this body, from the mouth of the upward-moving wind, does songs and so on, and laughter and speech and so on. The hands and feet perform dances and walking and so on. The pervader cleanses diseases (293), the so-called power of nature's qualities, that is, the power of the nature of water, just as the body is destructible, so too does it become ill. The Naga also vomits, clearly contracting the hands and feet and so on is the turtle wind. The so-called "that" is that all anger and strife are done by the hidden wind. Yawning and so on are also done by giving. The body becomes the fifth, the wind of Norle Gyalwa (ནོར་ལས་རྒྱལ་བ་) does not let go. Thus it is said.

Explanation of the order and function of the movement of the three humors, both internal and external: the order of internal movement, the order of external movement, the order of how they move (color, strength, and qualities), and an explanation of how the views of the various tantras do not contradict each other. First, the order of movement in the heart chakra; the order of movement in the crown, throat, and navel chakras; the order of movement in the general joint chakra; the order of movement in the fine channels; and an explanation of the order of their cessation. The first part is: there are two ways of movement, external and internal, namely, the life-force wind (Prana), the nature of Rahu, resides in the central channel like a king. Like the heart chakra, the other chakras are also the same. It is said. Among them, regarding the way of the movement of the winds, there are two types, external movement and internal movement. Starting from (page 294), first, the order of internal movement is that the life-force wind mentioned earlier, the nature of Rahu, mainly resides in the central channel, as the basis of all channels and winds and the master of increase and decrease, residing like the king of all channels and winds. Like the heart chakra, its root and branch winds, with the classification of the four elements, have four parts of emptiness emanating from the central channel, and then dividing into two each, there are eight parts. Except for the secret place and the crown protuberance, the other chakras also move in the nature of eight parts like the heart chakra. This is due to the classification of the four realms or four qualities. Above and below these, adding the two channels of space and wisdom, two each, they become ten each, so the six chakras have sixty parts of wind. Among them, if there are many channels, there are many winds; if there are few channels, there are few winds. Through the combination of winds moving from outside to inside, there is also the saying that there are many winds and few channels. The second part is the explanation of the order of movement in the crown chakra: the crown chakra has thirty-two (channels), similar to the foot of the moon (one-sixteenth), therefore sixteen (winds) are explained. Two are the nature of emptiness, the other (page 295) fourteen according to the order, the fifth is three, the fourth is one, the third is two, and the first is moving in order. The last seven channels are reversed in order. These, with the order of qualities, are twenty-eight sticks, and four emptinesses.

Generally, one day has thirty-two parts, and a moment is said to be oneself. Thus it is said. In the common tantras such as Hevajra, the crown chakra is divided by skillful means and wisdom, and it is said to have thirty-two petals. The sixteen in the outer circle are where blood resides, and the sixteen in the inner circle are where white elements reside. This is because they are counted separately. In the Kalachakra, it is said to be sixteen because the sixteen in the inner circle are similar to the phases of the moon, and wind and bodhicitta flow, therefore it is said to be sixteen. The reason for placing it as a phase of the moon is that in this chakra, the eighth at the end of the increase and decrease of the white element is the nature of emptiness that enters the central channel. The other fourteen channels are, in order, form, sound, smell, taste, and touch, the three channels through which the wind with five qualities flows, and one channel through which the wind with (296) four qualities flows, namely form, sound, taste, and touch, and one channel through which the wind with three qualities flows, namely form, sound, and touch, and one channel through which the wind with two qualities flows, namely sound and touch, and the winds with one quality of sound flow sequentially through those seven channels. Those seven channels are the front foot, and the eighth is the nape channel, which has no qualities, so it is called the empty channel. The order of the qualities of the seven channels of the hind foot is the reverse of the front foot, and it should be understood from the first channel with one quality to the last three channels with five qualities. Those fourteen channels are established in terms of the order of qualities. The eighth, the channel in the middle of the forehead, is the empty channel. Abandoning that, the first channel on the right is the earth wind of the nature of dust, with five qualities, the second channel is the earth wind of the nature of darkness, with five qualities, the third channel is the earth wind of the nature of courage, with five qualities, the fourth channel is the water wind, with four qualities, the fifth channel is the fire wind, with three qualities, the sixth channel is the air wind, with two qualities, and the seventh channel is the space wind (297), with one quality, these are in order.
