Furthermore, it is said that there are eleven existences in the desire realm, that is, eleven desires from the extremely free place. It is said that the eleven desires are different in their distinctions (170), which is the meaning of this. It is said, and so on. It is also said in the same place that the thirty-one existences mentioned here are the formless realms, etc., approaching the realm of neither perception nor non-perception, approaching the realm of nothingness, approaching the realm of infinite consciousness, and approaching the realm of infinite space, which are the four formless realms. There are sixteen form realms, starting from Akanistha, Akanistha, Sudarshana, Atapa, Avriha, Great Fruit, Punya Prasava, Anabhraka, Brihatphala, Apramana Punya, Punya Abha, Shubhakritsna, Apramana Shubha, Paritta Shubha, Maha Brahma, Brahma Purohita, and Brahma Parishad, which are the sixteen form realms. The eleven desires, such as Paranirmita-vasavartin, are Paranirmita-vasavartin, Nirmanarati, Tushita, Yama, and the Thirty-three Gods, the Four Great Kings, which are the six desire realms in the desire realm, possessing the lifespan of six small kalpas, five small kalpas, four small kalpas, three small kalpas, two small kalpas, and one small kalpa. Included here are Asuras, humans, animals, pretas, and hells, which are the five desire realm existences (171), thus there are thirty-one existences. The mantras of the names of these formless realms, etc., starting from the letter A, are recited in order, with the following numbers: A Āḥ Oṃ Āḥ. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) This is the formless realm, the exhaustion of space. I Ī E AI. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) This is the exhaustion of wind. Ṛ Ṝ Ar Ār. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) This is the exhaustion of fire. U Ū O AU. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) This is the exhaustion of water. Ḷ Ḹ Al Āl. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) This is the exhaustion of earth, transforming into the sixteen form realms such as Akanistha through the power of discipline and the power of samadhi that exhausts wind, etc. Ha Hā Ya Yā Ra Rā. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) This is transformed into the six desire realms through the power of generosity and the power of reciting mantras. Va Vā. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) These are Asuras and humans, transforming into Asuras through the power of generosity, and changing names through the power of good and non-good.

Ro. The term "Lala" refers to animals and pretas; small sins transform into animals, and medium sins transform into pretas. The letter "Ksha" refers to hell; great sins transform into hell. The first world of nagas is due to the power of merit, and the first place of hell is due to the power of sin, resulting in a small kalpa of life. The second and third places of hell are of medium kalpa duration. The fourth and fifth places of hell are of great kalpa duration. (172) The sixth and seventh places of hell are of great kalpa duration. The eighth place is when the world contracts; thus, thirty-one existences are the three existences. So it is said. Furthermore, the measure of small, medium, and great kalpas is also mentioned in the same text. As it is said: The measure of a small kalpa is a pit one yojana in length and width. It is completely filled with fine tips of hair, and one tip of hair is removed every hundred years. When it becomes empty, that is one day and night of a small kalpa. Thirty days make a month, twelve months make a year, and one hundred years are called a kalpa. Similarly, its collection is the collection of medium kalpas, which is the supreme great kalpa. Thus, sentient beings, due to the power of sin, are transformed into suffering places such as hells for countless kalpas. Gods, due to the power of merit, are transformed into happiness in heavens and so on for countless kalpas. So it is said. As mentioned above, gods and so on are not suitable vessels for secret mantra, and the individual born in the land of karma is the supreme basis for the practice of secret mantra. As it is said in the "Vimalaprabha": "For those disciples who are devoid of certainty, by their own (173) mind's thoughts." "Certainty" refers to the supreme discipline of the Shravakas, which is the discipline of morality that is separated from enjoying the five desires; being separated from this is being separated from certainty. Their own mind's thought is the desire to enjoy the five desires. Similarly, the desire for the great bliss of the two organs is the thought of those who are separated from certainty. With this thought of one's own mind, one can swiftly attain the fruit of Buddhahood in this life.

The term "bestowing" refers to the fact that in this human birth, the fruit of Buddhahood is fully bestowed, it is the king of tantras. This is not the case for beings in the five realms, such as gods. Why is that? Because they are not born on the ground of karma. Here, even gods and others, once they obtain a human body, will be able to fully bestow the fruit of Buddhahood. This is the definitive statement of the Bhagavan. It is from the accumulation of merit and wisdom that a great person with the nature of the six elements is born. Alternatively, it is not possible to fully bestow the fruit of Buddhahood on this human birth, which is endowed with bad karma. This is the definitive statement of the Tathagata. This is what was said. Second, the specific explanation of how a human birth is accomplished is divided into: how the first kalpa birth is accomplished, and how a womb-born birth is accomplished. First: The way birth is accomplished in this realm is: Initially, it is a miraculous birth, like the form realm. Then gradually, due to the power of desire, from attachment to smells and tastes, for the consciousness that appears as an object, after accepting and rejecting, the body's elements, appear coarse, appear male and female, appear light and darkness, happiness and suffering, desire and craving gradually increase. It is said. Because there are imprints of the first kalpa on the alaya consciousness, it is said that it should be purified by the samadhi of the remaining nectar of the glorious Guhyasamaja, therefore it is the basis of purification for the Vajrayana. That is, initially, during an intermediate kalpa, the vessel world is formed, and then gradually, the way birth is accomplished in this realm is: Initially, all people are born miraculously, and like the luminous gods of the form realm, they are fully endowed with light, body size, lifespan, merit, the necessary food, and strength, so it is known as the Age of Perfection. After that, the three qualities gradually decrease, also because it is the desire realm, desire arises within. Due to the power of desire, the senses that grasp smells (nose) and the senses that grasp tastes (tongue) arise, and the fruit of the senses appears externally, called "Samoksha," smells and tastes are very complete, attached to this, after smelling and tasting, for the good and bad of smells and tastes, in the consciousness that appears as an object, for the smells and tastes that appear good, one accepts, for the smells and tastes that appear bad, one rejects, therefore the body's elements also become coarse and heavy.
