Going outwards, all are Buddhas. It is said that, among the two, namely, the absence of inherent defilement and the separation from adventitious obscurations, it is because of the absence of inherent defilement that all beings are said to be Buddhas, such as "The Tathāgatagarbha pervades all beings," and so on. It is also said that sentient beings are Buddhas. Although it is so from the perspective of self-nature purity, however, it is obscured by adventitious defilements. If that is removed, then it is Buddhahood. As it is said, that which possesses both the absence of inherent defilement and the purity of adventitious defilements is called the supremely pure Buddha. This mainly shows the lineage of the fruit. In the "Ornament Clarifying the Liberation of the Mind," which is an explanation of the profound words of glorious Vajra, the concise exposition of the basis, the Tathāgatagarbha, and the explanation of the first section, which is the general exposition of the causes and conditions for the accomplishment of saṃsāra from it. Thus, the reality of the mind as a thing has been explained from the perspective of the two minds of dharma and dharmatā (159), or the two minds of self-nature and transformation, or the two minds of consciousness and wisdom. The second section specifically explains the manner in which the body is accomplished, concluding with the connection of the chapters, the explanation of the text of the connected chapters, and the indication of the name of the chapter. First, what is the reason for showing the manner in which the body is accomplished immediately after showing the causes and conditions? As it is said: "Saṃsāra and nirvāṇa are not two; knowing the self-nature of saṃsāra is called nirvāṇa." As it is said, the basis of both saṃsāra and nirvāṇa is the same Tathāgatagarbha, which is what is shown in the first section. It is also said in the Vajraśekhara Tantra: "The lineage is called continuous; saṃsāra is considered a lineage." Thus, saṃsāra and nirvāṇa are said to be one lineage, and in terms of self-nature, it is said in the Hevajra Tantra: "This is called saṃsāra; this is nirvāṇa." So it is said. Then, what is the reason for the arising of the two, saṃsāra and nirvāṇa? Because of ignorance, there is the form of saṃsāra; without ignorance, saṃsāra is pure.

That is, samsara itself is nirvana. As it is said, samsara itself is (160) self-nature, and doing samsara to it will not become bad, and doing nirvana will not become good, but it will abide in a state of immutability. From where does it become ignorant? It is transformed from the otherness of dependence. The mind is accompanied by the three, white, red, and wind, and is called the subtle body, and nothing can destroy it except for the samadhi like the Vajra at the end of time, so it is called the indestructible bindu consciousness. The subtle body also produces the object of grasping with red, and the object-possessor of grasping with white. Relying on the wind to distinguish, the three poisons of greed, hatred, and delusion arise. Relying on it, the twelve links of dependent origination arise in sequence, thereby accomplishing samsara. Such a subtle body also depends on the gross body, so after explaining the causes and conditions for accomplishing samsara, the way in which the body of samsara is accomplished from that will be explained. Second, the explanation of the treatise on the related chapter is divided into: brief explanation, detailed explanation, and conclusion. The first is: The explanation of how the body is accomplished. The alaya consciousness is accompanied by the life-force wind. In the three realms, it combines to produce. As it is said, in the common language of Vajrayana (161), the activity of relying on the body is bound, so the state of mind that relies on it manifests. Binding the activity of the body also depends on knowing how the body is accomplished, so it will be explained. That is, in whichever of the three realms it is born, the alaya consciousness stained by the karmic imprints, that which has not been directed, is led by the afflicted mind accompanied by the life-force wind, and combines to produce in the three realms. Here, what is moved by the fabricating mind is called the life-force wind in this Vajrayana, because it is what sustains the life of beings and is light and moving. Considering this, in the Explanation Tantra Vajra Garland it is said: From the self-life that has become the essence, there is nothing else in the three realms, the three realms of illusory wind, appear like dreaming in a dream. So it is said. Three, the detailed explanation is divided into: A general explanation of how the birth of the three realms is accomplished. The person who is the basis for the practice of mantra
