Just like the characteristics of the five elements such as earth. The realm of consciousness has already been discussed. Secondly, explaining the four conditions: The accumulated habits of that are the basis of everything, Are called the causal condition. The dominant condition appears in between, The sense faculties such as the eye are the aggregates of consciousness. The objective condition is form and so on, Knowable things that appear as objects. The immediately preceding condition is said to be, Whatever ceases is immediately preceding, Together with the sixth mind. It is said that, that is, (145) the habits of those internal and external phenomena, all the seeds accumulated on the basis of everything, are called the causal condition, because without it, there is no other cause for the appearance of containers and contents. In the Compendium of Vehicles, it says: The alaya consciousness is like illusion, mirage, dream, and dizziness. If it does not exist, it is not a seed of true universal calculation, and the cause of its reversal is not reasonable, so it must exist. The dominant condition is the five sense faculties such as the eye that appear between the two objects of consciousness, and the dominant condition of the sixth consciousness is the mind faculty, which is these six. The way of appearing in between is that all the faculties except the mind faculty are caused by the four great elements, so they are colored. The physical characteristics, the eye faculty is like the Utpala flower, etc., are the pure dust of the inner self. Teachers such as Dignāga believe that before the eye consciousness, the eye faculty has the special ability to grasp objects, which is the eye faculty and so on. The mind faculty is the mind that is the place where the six aggregates arise. On this mind, the eye consciousness grasps objects (146) and so on, which has special abilities. The objective condition is the six objects such as form that appear, which are cognized by the six aggregates such as the consciousness of the eye. Among them, form has differences such as color and shape; sound is the object of the ear, and there are eight kinds such as being able to grasp; smell is the object of the nose, and there are four kinds such as fragrance; taste is the object of the tongue, and there are six kinds such as sweetness; touch is the object of the body, and there are eleven kinds such as smoothness; dharma is the object of the mind, that is, conditioned and unconditioned dharmas, etc. The immediately preceding condition

The so-called "condition" refers to the five consciousnesses such as eye consciousness, and the sixth consciousness. Whichever of these ceases, the place where the immediately arising consciousness arises is it. The immediately ceasing is non-affirming negation, etc., as previously explained. When classifying the aggregates, elements, and sense-bases, multiple things gathered together are called aggregates, and that which has no other agent and maintains its own characteristics is called elements, with eighteen divisions. Because it is the gateway for the arising of consciousness, it is called sense-base, with twelve (147) divisions. These are explained in terms of the meaning of the words and the general meaning. The ultimate meaning is that all internal and external phenomena included in the aggregates, elements, and sense-bases are all included in the eight consciousnesses. And these are all included in the alaya consciousness. The alaya consciousness is also included in the wisdom of the alaya consciousness, so all phenomena tend and flow into the wisdom of the alaya consciousness or the dharmadhatu suchness. This should be understood. The hidden way of explaining is that all phenomena of the aggregates, elements, and sense-bases have a part of pure wisdom and a part of impure consciousness. Gathering both the pure and impure as the basis for purification, and using the impure as the object of use, purifying through the two purifiers of maturation and liberation, thereby manifesting the purified result, the dharmakaya. Among them, the way to purify defilements through the maturing empowerment is: visualizing the five elements of space, wind, fire, water, and earth in one's own body, and the water in the ten vases, in sequence, as Vajradhatvishvari, Tara, White-robed Mother, Mamaki, and Buddhalochana, inviting the wisdom beings, abiding, increasing, blessing, empowering, offering, and then the empowerment substance vase water (148) arising from melting, held by the five mothers, visualizing as empowering the five elements, thereby transforming the five elements into the five mothers, washing away the defilements of the five elements, relying on the five mothers to accomplish the blessings and activities. Placing the power or seed of the five mothers. Obtaining the fruit of the first bhumi is the water empowerment. Again, visualizing the five aggregates of consciousness, formation, feeling, perception, and form in one's own body, and the five crowns of empowerment substances, in sequence, as Akshobhya, Amoghasiddhi, Mahavairochana, Amitabha, and Vairochana.
