Divide the number obtained from that by sixty, leaving thirty-six, which is an hour. The thirty-four obtained, along with the attendants, are the definite signs of death in the central channel. This is said to be as it is according to the scriptures. If calculated in detail here, three years and three quarters have thirty-eight and a half months. Within that, there are one thousand one hundred and twenty-five days, during which thirty-three death days will occur. The way they occur is that the five transition days flowing to the left of the navel chakra cause the six unequal petals, such as sheep, to shed the six mandalas of the sky wind. Similarly, one death day increasing on the right side, the six transition days will cause the six equal petals, such as oxen, to shed the earth wind mandala. Furthermore, five death days increasing in the left channel, eleven days will shed the wind wind mandala. Furthermore, one death day increasing in the right petal, twelve days will shed the water wind mandala. Again, five death days increasing in the left petal, seventeen days will shed the fire wind mandala. After that, starting from the left, one day of death increases, running for thirty-one days, causing the elements of mucus and heart force, all the lunar winds to be exhausted, the moon's transition reaches its end, and the six pulses of the six unequal constellations such as sheep are also empty. Again, shifting to the right, one day of death increases, running for thirty-two days, causing the elements of bile and all the solar dust winds to be exhausted, the sun's transition reaches its end, and the six pulses of the six equal constellations such as ox are also empty. Thus, the sixty pulse petals around the outer circumference of the navel and the twelve in the middle circumference, that is, all the two pulse essentials of the navel, stop and become empty. After that, one day of death increases, and for thirty-three days, the wind that exhausts darkness and the element of wind flows. During that time, the fourteen pulses of the crown chakra, the twenty-eight of the throat, the eight of the heart, and the twenty-eight of the secret place dry up, and the transition of Rahu reaches its end. Then, the constituent elements, sensory sources, etc., objects and subjects, are (750) completely combined, with no place to stay, therefore it is called the Great Dark Wind, running for one day the wind that exhausts the wind of wisdom, cutting off the centers of the wheels such as the four pulse petals of the inner circumference of the navel, all the winds stop, all the elements are abandoned, and it transitions to another existence. So, what is the way in which the days of death increase from the left and right of the navel? When the days of death increase from the left of the navel, five days of death increase every six months, and twenty-five days of death will appear in thirty months. When the days of death increase from the right of the navel, one day of death increases every month because it is less than three days, and five days of death will appear in five and a half months, adding the previous twenty-five days of death, the total is thirty days of death, and five and a half months plus the previous thirty months, the total is thirty-five and a half months, which is consistent. This is like the explanation of the Great Commentary *Vimalaprabha*. As it is said in *Vimalaprabha*: The year of time, that is, between three years and three quarters, due to the power of the passage of days and nights, (751) days and nights are twenty-five days extra.
