This can also be called the name of the Completion Stage, because the Generation Stage is complete. The reason for applying the meaning of the term Completion Stage here is also: In the Immaculate Light, it says: Why is it that when the body is complete in the womb, at that time the deity is complete, which is the supreme king of the mandala, which is the limb of approach. How pure and complete, so is the karma supreme king, which is near accomplishment. How the bindu of the bodhicitta is complete, so is the bindu yoga, which is accomplishment. How the bliss of semen dripping arises, so is the subtle yoga, which is great accomplishment. It is said. Moreover, the function of the three, root, wind, and bindu, which are the basis of imputation (636), is bound, and seeing the deity directly from this is the actual Completion Stage. From the point of view of what is to be purified, visualizing the deity in accordance with the Generation Stage, which is represented by birth, is shown as the Generation Stage. That which is in accordance with the Withdrawal Stage, which is represented by death, is the Completion Stage itself. From the point of view of the three characteristics, the deity with the appearance of face and hands, which is examined by conceptual thought, is called the Generation Stage associated with the completely imputed. Gathering the face, hands, etc., and holding the mind on bindus and nadis, etc., is said to be the Completion Stage associated with the other-powered. However, it is the completion of the Generation Stage, but the actual Completion Stage must be associated with the thoroughly established, so it is not the actual Completion Stage. From the point of view of the two truths, the conventional truth that is free from all clinging to appearances is the ultimate Generation Stage, because it is the means of accomplishing the Form Body of all the Tathagatas. The ultimate truth, which is free from all elaborations, is shown as the ultimate Completion Stage (637), because all of samsara and nirvana are complete in it. From the point of view of the inseparability of the two truths, the methods that precede the union of the inseparability of the two truths are the Generation Stage, because they cause the qualities of wisdom, etc., to increase more and more. In reality, the wisdom of the inseparability of the two truths, which is the Sugata-garbha, is said to be the Completion Stage, because all qualities are complete in it from the beginning.

In the Tantra of the Conduct of Mothers: I have previously explained that all that relies on the two truths, yogis, with all things, express joy in meditation. Focusing on all elaborations, one practices with elaboration and without elaboration. Whatever is secret in all the tantras is shown to be nirvana. With this cause, yogis truly rely on the two truths. Thus it is said. In the Uttaratantra: How it was before, so it is later, unchanging is the nature of reality. Thus it is said. Third, the conclusion: All these and so on (638), the order of outer, inner, and other, the union into one wisdom, is a concise statement of the root. As the E-Vam (ཨེ་ཝཾ།,梵文:Eവം,IAST:evaṃ,meaning: thus) is explained, one should train in the knowable without grasping. Thus it is said. That is, the certainty of the number of deities, etc., that is, showing the certainty of the mandala, and showing the certainty of method and wisdom, and showing the certainty of the generation and completion stages, all the outer container world, the inner vajra body, and other stages of generation and completion, etc., all these ultimately unite into one wisdom, which is the root of all tantras, so all these are stated concisely. Just as all the dharmas of the ground, path, and fruit are summarized and explained as the nature of E-Vam (ཨེ་ཝཾ།,梵文:Eവം,IAST:evaṃ,meaning: thus), method and wisdom, so one should train in the state of coemergent wisdom, which is the union of the knowable, the grasped and the grasper, without duality. As it is said in the Hevajra: The totality of all Buddhas is perfectly established in E-Vam (ཨེ་ཝཾ།,梵文:Eവം,IAST:evaṃ,meaning: thus). Thus it is said. Third, concluding by indicating the chapter title: In the Ornament that Clarifies the Liberation of Mind, an Explanation of the Profound Words of Glorious Vajra, which elaborates on the inner meaning (639), the eighth chapter is the one that shows how the deities of the completely conceptualized arise. Ninth, in the chapter explaining the chapter on the basis of purification and the means of purification of all dharmas, the connection of the chapter, the text of the related chapter, concluding by indicating the chapter title. First, in the previous eight chapters, some have shown the basis of purification, some have shown the defilements to be purified, and some have shown the antidote to be purified, so in this ninth chapter, the basis of purification is shown.
