This is false, because in one land with more than a hundred thousand villages, places and so on are also spoken of. Likewise, in lands such as Tibet, China, and Great China, and in the ninety-six lands with more than a hundred thousand villages, since it is not spoken of, the messengers would not become universally present. It says, "Therefore, the vows of the three wheels and in the Hevajra, whatever contradictions the Blessed One spoke of earlier and later are for the sake of liberating the grasping of beings with sharp faculties." Here in the Chakrasamvara, whatever places and nearby places, etc., are, in the Hevajra, are spoken of as battlefields and nearby battlefields, etc. Yogis will also not change as worldly accomplishments do because of external places, etc. It is also said that wherever there are bhadra trees, that is de vikoṭa, or that there are no bhadra trees anywhere other than de vikoṭa, which is also considered too extreme. Now, the meanings of the twenty-four places that appear in this great treatise are: pūllīrama laya means vast mountain, jālandhara is holding the net, according to jala ndha ra, it is holding the burning, auḍyina is Uḍḍiyāna, arbu da is offering light, gau tāba ri is supreme giving, rasmi śwa ra is joyful lord, de bi kōṭa is the city of the goddess, mā la ba is garlanded, kā ma ru pa is the form of desire, ō ṭe is playful, tri sha ku ni is three virtues, ko sa la is virtuous, kā liṅka is the sign of speech, lam bā ka is hanging, kañci ka is sour, (433)hi ma la is snowy mountain, pre ta pū ri is the city of pretas, gṛ ha de ba is the house god, sau ra thā is auspicious land, su wartsā dwī pa is golden island, na ga ru is city, sin dhu ra is indigo city, ma ru is desert, ku lu ta is having lineage. Among the twenty-four places, tsa ri ta does not appear, but it is clearly stated in other tantras.

It is said that its meaning was translated by some early translators as "action," and also as "liberation." Omniscient Rangjung Dorje added the letters "tsa tra ri" and "tral ta ya" to "tsa ri," saying, "'Tsa ri' is the basis, while 'tra ya' means to protect. Because it protects the four elements with great bliss, it is called 'tsa ri tra'." As stated in the fifth section of the Lam Yig, the Victorious One said so. Furthermore, the Kalachakra Tantra and the Abhidharma state that the rocky mountain with golden bird nests, the Jambu tree, and the boy who guards the land, surrounded by five hundred elephants (page 434), and the place where five hundred Arhats reside, Mount Kailash (Ti-se) is not Kangrinboqe, Lake Manasarovar (Mapham Yutso) is not Mapham, and the elephants are not there either. Likewise, where are the Jambu tree and the golden bird nests? The reason for this is as follows: The Kalachakra states that to the north of the Sati River, there is Mount Kangrinboqe. Next to it is Shambhala, with ninety-six billion cities. There is the supreme palace of the king, called Kalapa. There, the incarnate kings preach the Dharma for hundreds of years. There are various forests and countless edible trees. In the degenerate age, the holy land will be filled with the teachings of the Mlecchas (foreigners). Then, the Mlecchas, through their magical powers, will lead armies to Shambhala. At that time, the king who is an emanation of Vajrapani, named Dragpo (Wrathful One), will destroy all the Mlecchas, and even in the holy land, he will propagate the Buddha's teachings. Therefore, one cannot go to Mount Kangrinboqe because there are no magical powers. Thus it is said. And some who explain this (page 435) also wrote this: Refuting the view that Mount Kailash is Kangrinboqe, refuting the view that Tsa-ri is a sacred place. The first point has three parts: generally showing the refutation, specifically explaining the contradictions with the scriptures, and refuting the answers that eliminate faults. The first point is: The eleven lines beginning with "Glorious Kalachakra," Mount Kangrinboqe mentioned in the Kalachakra's Vajra World, and the rocky mountain with golden bird nests north of the fragrant mountain mentioned in the Abhidharma.
