That which is not established at the edges, and is not biased towards either samsara or nirvana, and has transcended falling into the realm of the eight extremes of elaboration, is the Dharmakaya. As the Kunjed Gyalpo Tantra says: "Kunjed, I am the essence of the three kayas, abiding in non-conceptual equality, the essence of the Dharmakaya, free from elaboration." And as it says in the Longsal Tantra: "In the empty sky of original non-existence, it is named the Dharmakaya." Thus it is. The nature of the Dharmakaya itself is not utterly non-existent or a mere void, therefore the unceasing appearance is the five self-illuminating wisdoms, and the appearance of its deity form and the essence of the five qualities, the adornment of space and bindus spread out, clear and without change, even in the time of sentient beings, it is clear by mastering the key points, this is the Sambhogakaya. That also, as the former says: "That whose nature is clear, is named the Sambhogakaya. That which possesses the five lights of emptiness and clarity, is named the spontaneously accomplished. That which is clear, radiant, spontaneously accomplished, and all-pervading, is named the wisdom of the Sambhogakaya." Thus it is. Furthermore, the Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, Nirmanakaya, Abhisambodhikaya, and Immutable Vajra Kaya, the result of these five kayas, is perfected on the ground. As the Treasure Trove Magical Key says: "The bodhicitta without grasping and fixation, know that to be the Dharmakaya. That which is clear but without conceptualization, know that to be the Sambhogakaya. That which has obtained power over the mind and is able to transform, know that to be the Nirmanakaya. That which is self-awareness made manifest, know that to be the Abhisambodhikaya. That which has no faults or defects in the mind, know that to be the Vajra-like Kaya." Thus it is. Likewise, the inexpressible meaning of the Dharmakaya's speech, and the symbolic speech of the Sambhogakaya's intention, and the Nirmanakaya's speech of words, the Brahma-like sound, the indivisible sound and emptiness Vajra speech, and the Abhisambodhikaya's speech of awareness and blessing, all five of these result speeches are spontaneously accomplished and perfected on the ground. As the Elephant King Supreme Joy Tantra says: "The five speeches, the way they appear from the beginning, not realized, the five speeches spontaneously accomplished, I confess and repent." Thus it is. Again, the Dharmakaya's mind is the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu, the Abhisambodhikaya's mind is like a mirror, the Sambhogakaya's mind is equality, the Vajra's mind is individually self-aware, the Nirmanakaya's activity is accomplishment, the result of these five minds is perfected on the ground.

In the Mirror of the Essence of Vajra Mind: Awareness, being boundless and without bias, is the wisdom of Dharmadhatu. Awareness, being clear and pure, is mirror-like wisdom. Awareness, being unwavering and equally abiding, is the wisdom of equality. Awareness, realizing manifold things, is discriminating wisdom. Awareness, grasping and realizing perfection in the Dharmadhatu, is accomplishing wisdom. Furthermore, in Rangshar: Dharmadhatu wisdom is incomprehensible. Mirror-like wisdom is unobstructed and clear. Equality wisdom is unmixed and complete. Discriminating wisdom understands and realizes. Accomplishing wisdom completes all phenomena. Moreover, a perfectly pure realm, a palace beyond measure, an exceptionally sublime throne, radiant and pure light, the desired objects enjoyed at will, or a complete retinue—the self-manifestation of the wisdom of awareness, in which the fruits of the five qualities are perfected. Furthermore, in the Lamrim: In the self-manifestation of spontaneously perfect awareness, realms, palaces, thrones are ornaments, light appears in various ways. Furthermore, the mandala of spontaneously accomplished activities—pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and wrathful—all exist primordially perfect and spontaneously accomplished in the ground. Therefore, in Rangshar: Likewise, in the essence of the ground, the mandala of activities is complete. Thus, as the nature of the twenty-five qualities of the fruit, the wisdom of awareness, uncreated by the two accumulations of cause and condition, abides directly or truly. Furthermore, in the Union of the Three Kayas: From the realm of spontaneous accomplishment, the basis from which all arises, are the body, speech, and mind, the wheel of ornaments. Qualities and activities arise without partiality, like a wish-fulfilling jewel, a precious gem, the Dharmadhatu. Without searching, all is spontaneously accomplished. Thus, due to the key point of completion in the ground, not recognizing one's own face, the three doors of sentient beings, along with their actions, and the appearance of objects, etc., are like mistaking a variegated rope for a snake—the fruition of the Buddha. Furthermore, in the Union of the Three Kayas: From the realm of spontaneous accomplishment, the basis from which all arises, all outer and inner beings appearing as forms are the ornaments of the Dharmadhatu, appearing as the wheel of the body. Sounds, high, medium, and low, are also impartial ornaments, appearing as the wheel of speech. All is indivisible, one in the ultimate essence, the impartial mind.
