Not moving and abiding. Thus it is said. Secondly, there are three ways to establish a foundation on the three non-movements of reliance on others. In the Aftermath, it says: "Eye, body, and awareness itself, if you grasp the key point of non-movement, you will directly reach the key point." Thus, firstly, the non-movement of the pervasive abiding posture is: Because the body does not move, the pulse does not move. Because the pulse does not move, the eye does not move. Because of that, the wind and the wind do not move, the mind does not move. Because of this, there is a need for awareness to abide, therefore, one should not move from the abiding posture of the three bodies. In the Great Tantra of the Extensive Realm, it says: "First, the three non-movements are taught. The body is the abiding posture of the three bodies, and should not be separated even for a moment. Thus, because the body itself does not move, the pulse, eye, wind, and mind do not move." Thus it is said. It and the Clear Space agree that: Because the body does not move, the pulse does not move. Because the pulse does not move, the eye does not move. Because the eye does not move, the wind does not move. Because the wind does not move, the mind does not move. Thus it is said. Again, secondly, the non-movement of the appearing viewing posture is: The key point of awareness is the pulse, the key point of the pulse is the door, and the key point of the door is the lamp. Therefore, because the pulse does not move, the eye does not move. Because the eye does not move, the lamp does not move. Because of that, the mind does not move. Because of that, the realm of awareness has no union or separation. Therefore, it is necessary to not waver from the three viewing postures. In the Clear Space and the Extensive Realm, the wording is slightly different, but the meaning is the same. In the Extensive Realm, it says: "Do not move from the three viewing postures. Through the difference of the pulse key point door, awareness appears as a lamp. Because the pulse does not move, the eye does not move. The non-movement of the lamp is a great key point." Thus it is said. Thirdly, the non-movement of holding the mind is: Because the mind does not move with those key points, conceptual thought does not arise. The realm of that, that is, the light of the external appearing part and the key point of the spontaneously arising awareness of the appearing basis wisdom are both attained. In that, it says: "Because the mind does not move, conceptual thought does not arise. The realm of awareness has no union or separation. Because the foundation is established on the three non-movements, the wind and mind reach the key point." Thus it is said. Since those key points have already been established, it is meant that there is no need to repeat them. The three attainments and the four confidences arise on the appearance of the exhaustion of Dharma nature, so they are not relied upon here. Those also, in the Decisive, it says: "Because the foundation is established on the three non-movements, the wind and mind reach the key point." The measure of the three abidings

In short, the cessation of dreams and body, speech, and mind, their signs and measures are to be grasped. By driving in the stakes of obtaining the three, the contaminated aggregates no longer appear. Thus it is said. In the Garland of Pearls, it says, "The measure is the yoga of the four confidences." Thus it is said. Regarding the two stages of signs and measures in the oral transmission, signs are further divided into correct signs appearing in the three doors and incorrect signs appearing as obstacles of demons. The first is that the actions of the three doors of the four empowerments of with elaboration, without elaboration, extremely without elaboration, and completely without elaboration are purified, and the signs of the seeds of body, speech, mind, and wisdom vajra gradually maturing, in the three aspects of body, speech, and mind, successively obtain the four appearances of initial, intermediate, excellent, and supreme. That is, at the time of the manifestation of dharmata, the pulse is slow, and the meaning of the Great Perfection, free from effort, enters the limbs of the body, and the wisdom with elaboration appears as its own nature, and the body is like a turtle placed in a container, remaining without movement. The Great Perfection, which explains the self-purification of the base, enters the expression of language, and wisdom manifests inwardly, and the letters at the root places enter the bindu of wind, so the language is like a mute, not wanting to speak. The meaning of the Great Perfection, ungrasping self-liberation, enters the abiding of the mind, and abides in freedom from all elaboration, and the external sign is that the mind is like a bird caught by a dakini, remaining motionless. As it is said in the Tantra of Longchen Rabjam: "When the manifestation of dharmata appears, the body is like a turtle in a shell, the speech is like a mute not wanting to speak, the mind does not wander but abides." Thus it is said. And as it is said in Longsal: "The body is without action, like a turtle in a shell. The speech does not want to speak, becoming like a mute. The mind is like a bird caught, even if scattered, it abides motionless." Thus it is said. In the stage of increase, the meaning of the Great Perfection without affirmation or negation enters the totality of the body, and the wisdom that is nearly obtained manifests in the mind as its own nature, and the body remains shamelessly, like a sick person suffering. The meaning of the Great Perfection beyond words enters the sound of language, and the addition and subtraction to the meaning of non-elaboration are cut off from within, and the language becomes like the rambling of a madman, without affirmation or negation.
