Even without seeing all the Lugu lineages, the respective ways of seeing the wisdom of easy clarity and non-conceptual nature are praised. The Sound Tantra says: "By downward, upward, and sideways, they are known as three ways of seeing." The Blazing Lamp says: "The door through which wisdom arises is the eye. The key to arising is pressing downward, upward, and sideways." Also, The Fragment of the Heart Essence Illusion says: "With these, the essence Dharmakaya, the nature clarity, and the compassion unceasing, the three, plus the seal of emptiness, primordial purity, are called samsara and nirvana, mother and child, equal." The Tantra Equal to Space says: "By the Dharmakaya's way of seeing, one extracts the three realms of samsara in general. The Sambhogakaya does not destroy the basis of existence. The Nirmanakaya liberates beings in the Buddhafields." Secondly, the key to the object. The object, etc., is called purity. Because it is the object of arising, it is generally taught, but specifically, the support of the Dharmakaya is the sun, the support of the Sambhogakaya is the moon, the support of the Nirmanakaya is Aloka, and the support of the Vajra is space. The sun, moon, and corners, free from the three faults of inducement, are the support of manifest enlightenment. The Man shel is completely pure, so from these objects, bindus and spheres, the Lugu lineage arises more abundantly. The Vajra's support relies on space, so the wisdom free from elaboration arises extensively from the Man shel. It is easy to practice, and one obstacle is removed by another. Although the three supports are not mentioned in the tantras, they are supplemented by the instructions. Some tantric texts also speak of one support, as the Kalachakra says: "The yogi should look with wide eyes at the center of the cloudless sky." The Mother Tantra says: "What is this meaning? Do it by relying on space itself." The Thalgyur says: "Space, free from conditions, gathers in the object." In this regard, the outer form of space is only the beginning of arising. The inner space is the vast blue expanse. The secret space is the emptiness of the mind. Therefore, within the limits of form, there is a sphere, and by relying on it, the secret primordial purity, which is beyond thought, arises. Regarding the three supports, the Clear Expanse says: "With eyes half-closed, look at the sun." It also says: "At night, one should look at the moon." Sometimes it is space.

"Look at the absence of conditions." Thus it is said. Also, in the 'Extensive Collection,' it says, "Especially look during the time of union." Thus it is said. "Space itself is free from conditions." Thus it is said. Furthermore, in the essential instructions of the 'Essence Nectar' section: "The support for the Dharmakaya is trained on the sun. At first, it appears white and hazy." Thus it is said. "The method for training the Sambhogakaya is the moon." Thus it is said. "The Nirmanakaya is trained on light." Thus it is said. Furthermore, when five are mentioned, in addition to those four, the three methods of guidance are: "When learning by relying on realgar." Thus it is said, so it is known that the five supports are not artificial constructs. Here, it is not that there is nothing other than mainly presenting the views of the Prasangika school and others. The third is: The key point of the wind... abandon. Thus it is said. Here, cutting the key point of the wind refers to the mind naturally becoming calm. Since the key point of the mind was previously shown, the key point of awareness is not repeated here. Furthermore, although it is said in other paths that liberation is achieved by holding the wind in the central channel, there is still an intention remaining in that. Although naturally absorbed there, it is only considered as acting without form. Therefore, here, by letting the karma wind purify itself, the radiance of awareness from the meeting of mind and awareness dissolves into awareness, and the elements dissolve into their origin. By abiding in the realm of wisdom, one gains stability in the state of the wisdom guru from this very moment, so this key point is extremely profound. Therefore, exhale from the mouth, and without the lips and teeth touching even slightly, exhale silently and slowly, like a grain of barley escaping. Until inhaling, thoughts naturally cease. Abiding in the naturally arising lamp of awareness-emptiness, one should hold it out for a short time. In the 'Extensive Collection,' it says: "Train the key point of the wind very slowly. With slow wind-awareness, wisdom is accomplished. Hold it out for a short time. Like a grain escaping between the teeth." Thus it is said. In the 'Vivid Space,' it says: "The outer wind is slow and even. By holding it out for a short time, the coming and going of the wind will cease." Thus it is said. In this way, by slowing the coming and going of the wind, life is extended, and the activities of speech are also exhausted. However, if the beginner does not explain each separately, it will be difficult to understand. Therefore, the key point of awareness should also be held in the mandala of the realm of strung-together pearls. The key point is to gather the eyes and eyebrows at the shoulders, and to aim the realm of mind at awareness like a spear. "The key point of awareness is imprisoned like strung-together pearls." Thus it is said. Lamp
