Those who are fond of anger, have dark complexions, large bodies, dislike talking, have dull minds, and are prone to heat, as well as those in low-lying areas such as valleys, if they remain in the Dharma body posture as described, they will surely abide in the Dharma nature in the three times. This is a key point of oral transmission without writing, so there is no basis for it. Secondly, regarding the posture of the Sambhogakaya, there are also four points: explanation of terms, reality, merit, and what is auspicious. Firstly: Also, regarding the Sambhogakaya... to... the word "is". Here, the unobstructed mandala of the Sambhogakaya, the pure space manifests, and the wisdom of the clear nature of awareness arises. For example, it is symbolized by the shape of a reclining elephant, and the term for the name comes from this. The symbolizing reclining elephant is like the Mahayana, and this key point of the body elevates special wisdom. The Ornament of Clear Realization says: "The posture of the Enjoyment Body is based on a reclining elephant. From enjoying all Dharmas, one sees with lotus eyes." So it is said. Its words: The Sambhogakaya has eyes to see pure realms, or eyes of wisdom, so it can directly gaze. By this, through blessing, the clear mandala of light manifests spontaneously. Secondly: Lying face down... to... observe. That is, lying face down, the body curled up, with elbows and forearms supporting the ground, the back of the feet lifting the hips, and the toes planted on the ground. The palms of the hands are lifted upwards. The Extensive Play Sutra says: "Lying face down straight, both elbows planted on the ground, both palms supporting the chin, both knees close to the chest, the neck lifted and thrown back." So it is said. The Clear Space says: "Now I will explain the illusory wheel of the Sambhogakaya, like the posture of a reclining elephant, the right side pressed to the ground, both knees close to the chest, both palms close to the cheeks, both elbows planted on the ground, all toes turned outwards." So it is said. The words of the root text are easy to understand. Thirdly: The key point of the body... to... abide. Lying face down to sleep, one can suppress the aggregation of the body and the three realms with power. Knees close to the chest can serve as the basis for transforming illusion into wisdom. Turning the toes outwards is the key to binding the wind and preventing it from moving randomly. Planting the elbows on the ground is to manifest the awareness of clarity and emptiness.

Disease. The virtue of not being separated from the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu by stretching the neck upwards. In short, from the aspect of abandoning what is to be abandoned, the body gains warmth, thereby stopping the moving karma winds. By its power, the thoughts of mind and mental events subside. From the aspect of what is to be realized becoming manifest, the five wisdoms whose essence is grasping at characteristics. From this, the body-realm is completely purified, the perfect mandala appears, and one enjoys the pure lands of the three bodies of the Buddha. As it says in the Rabjampa: Now, the posture of the Sambhogakaya is like an elephant lying down, seeing the awareness that grasps at characteristics, closing the channels through which consciousness enters, it is necessary to seize the clarifying wind. And as it says in the Golden Garuda: By imitating the posture of the Sambhogakaya, one enjoys the three-body realm, closing the channels through which consciousness enters. Fourth is, the yogi... to auspiciousness. It means that when maturing into a form body in samsara, one is born in the manner of acting from impure desire, therefore they are of a lineage that is not attached to desire. They like to talk, are garrulous and unrestrained, have white skin, are thin, have a frivolous and distracted consciousness, and their body's elements are balanced in terms of hot and cold, so by abiding in this way, the elements are not confused, and they are supremely skilled in the meaning of the nature of reality, and they know very well because of the ease of practice between high and low. Third, the posture of the Nirmanakaya also has four aspects. First, the explanation of the words: Again, the Nirmanakaya... it is said that this represents all the wisdom or great compassion of the Nirmanakaya's intention, and the key to the appearance of signs, appearances, and the Vajra chain, like the shape and symbolism of the practice of the flourishing sage and fire offerings. The meaning is that it is named in order to straighten the root channel, wind, and bindu. As it says in the Klongsal: Now is the illusion wheel of the Nirmanakaya, like a sage squatting. And, in the Dharmata Rangtrul, it says: Dharmata becomes visible to the eye. Second, the actual illusion wheel: Of the feet... to practice. Between. The scriptural authority that leads to its certainty is, as it says in the Rabjampa: Squatting, the two feet are aligned, the abdomen is slightly attached to the back, the two knees are attached to the chest, the edges of the two palms are raised. And, in the Klongsal, it says: Bend the neck, raise the arms.
