Wandering in the six realms of samsara. Thus it is. (Is the second one like this? Please consider.) The method of purification is to visualize at the crown chakra the white Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) of the body vajra, at the throat the red Ā (藏文:ཨཱ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:ā,汉语字面意思:阿) of the speech vajra, and at the heart the blue Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हु,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) which is the essence of the mind vajra. These are the nature of the three kayas of enlightenment, abiding in the bindu of self-luminous light. Because they are the letters of the root location of the lamp, it says from within itself: In order to purify those six seed syllables, because awareness is the actual three kayas, the three kayas abide in the three letters. Thus it is. The second is the order of how to purify: In the six places, visualize the letters of the six realms, and in the crown, throat, and heart, visualize the letters of the three kayas clearly. In the oral instructions, it says that light radiates from the six letters, gathering all the obscurations, habitual tendencies, afflictions, and seeds of all sentient beings in the three realms into the form of six rays of light that match the self-light, and dissolving them into each of the seed syllables, purifying them together. It also says that light radiates from the three letters, gathering all the empowerment, blessings, and accomplishments of the infinite mandalas of the victorious ones, and dissolving them into them. Although it is not clearly explained in the tantras, there is no contradiction, and it is known to have the supreme necessity. From the three letters, white, red, and blue flames blaze, and one should contemplate that all the six seed syllables of the six realms and the obscurations and habitual tendencies of the three doors of body, speech, and mind are burned away by scorching and charring, and thus purify. In this way, the three vajra syllables are recited, and the six seed syllables are recited six hundred thousand times, plus one to complete, making a total of seven hundred thousand recitations. Thus it is said. This is also said in "Klong gsal": Practice the skill of the letters, distinguishing the coarse and fine. The actual distinction is like this: Visualize yourself as an ordinary body, clearly visualizing the six letters in the six places. Visualize the white Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) at the crown of your head, the red Ā (藏文:ཨཱ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:ā,汉语字面意思:阿) at the throat, and the blue Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हु,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) at the heart. From the three letters, the fire of wisdom arises, and the three flames of white, red, and blue burn away all the six seed syllables of the six realms, the obscurations of the three doors of body, speech, and mind, and the habitual tendencies of ignorance. Recite the three syllables Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) Ā (藏文:ཨཱ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:ā,汉语字面意思:阿) Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हु,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) seven hundred thousand times. Thus it is. If the clinging to delusion diminishes, the eight worldly dharmas become balanced, and the afflictions become thinner, then that is the measure of true accomplishment, and the beginning of the antidote.

Even if one gains control, it is an auspicious sign. Third, distinguishing or preceding as a secret is: training the nature of the body as vajra, training the nature of speech as letters, training the nature of mind as the three bodies, and teaching through these three. Among these, first, is the mudra of abiding by the constant practice, the greatness of its key points, and pure mindfulness. The first is from the "Aftermath": Sit in full lotus posture, straighten the body upright, and join the palms at the crown of the head. So it is said. Among these, the vajra standing posture is also mentioned. First, stand with the soles of the feet together, straighten the knees, and stretch the body completely. Extend the elbows and join the palms without touching the crown of the head. The second and third are abiding by the constant practice or resting, which is called the key point of wisdom, and is also the fifth sitting posture of the main practice. Because this distinction is also made, without leaving that key point, sit with the heels of the feet pressed against the secret place. If that also feels tiring, lie on your back from there and stay. Second, the key point is that the body is completely straight and stretched, thereby binding the impure channels and winds, and allowing the wisdom channels and winds to flow in a comfortable manner. Joining the four soles together and raising the head and strength upwards, thereby naturally pacifying the five root winds and increasing the self-power of the five wisdoms without bias. There is a key point in forcibly stopping thoughts due to difficulties and fatigue. Third, the three upward points represent essence, nature, and compassion, which represent the three wisdoms. The three downward points represent the Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, and Nirmanakaya, which represent the three bodies. The three sections in the middle combine the three channels and three minds into one, representing the path. If you hold it in the body and transform it into vajra, that is the degree of mastery. Second, training speech, from the Ornament of Clear Realization: Speech abides in Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽), through increasing, applying, training strength, and seeking gentleness to enter the path, thus training speech is beneficial to the mind. Divided into four types, the first type is divided into two: external appearance and internal self-application. The first is: reciting Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) for a long time, visualizing that all things, large and small, in the external appearance become the nature of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽), clear and bright. Practice by integrating wind, mind, and appearance into one. In this regard, the oral transmission says that from the heart of one's own yidam, rays of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) emanate, forming cloud-like
