In short, one should act by thinking of experiencing those sufferings with the mind, without turning it into a joke or mockery, without just thinking of it as putting on airs, and without it becoming like dealing with work in a perfunctory manner, otherwise it will not become a truly like-a-mountain. Finally, one should conclude with the conduct of the Three Jewels, that is, the Buddha's posture abiding in the seven dharmas, the recitation of the three pitakas of the Dharma with the mouth, and the mind abiding in the boundless gate of samadhi, and even if not, one should abide in the suchness like a vajra, the appearance like an illusion, the samadhi of the one mudra, the all-pervading wisdom mudra, etc., according to what one knows, and act in accordance with the conduct of the twelve deeds. In short, except for not actually doing things that violate vows and precepts, one should arouse all the virtuous, non-virtuous, and neutral actions, speech, thoughts, and ideas of the three times to do. Regarding the scriptural references and detailed ways of acting, in "After the Past" it says: "For the sake of the body's precedence, one should perform various actions of the six realms, and also perform the actions of the Three Jewels." It also says: "For the sake of the speech's precedence, one should utter various sounds of the six realms, one should perform peaceful, wrathful sounds and the sounds of the elements, various forms." It also says: "For the sake of the mind's precedence, one should take the sufferings of the six realms into the mind." And in the "Tantra of the Only Son of the Buddha" it says: "First, one should begin to act, the body should run, sleep, stand, move limbs, circumambulate, prostrate, rotate limbs, rotate the head, and all the actions as one remembers, one should dance and change mudras, and perform all the actions as one visualizes." And so on. Regarding the actions of speech, it also says in the same text: "Then begin the actions of speech, the sounds of mantras and recitations of scriptures, utter various words of existence, non-existence, appearance, and thought, and the sounds of various animals, one should make various sounds." And in the "Extensive" it says: "The precedence of speech, one should utter the sounds of the six realms and the sounds of peace, wrath, and the elements, various forms." And so on. Regarding the actions of the mind, it also says in the "Consequence": "Having reached the standard in this way, past, future, present

Thus. The wheel of arising and ceasing thoughts relies on, The mind of happiness and unhappiness, good and bad, All kinds of existence and non-existence, Examine outwardly and think inwardly. Thus it is said. Fourth, the measure of examination is, as a sign of the body having separated the essence, there is no attachment to the body, no rejection or acceptance, no hunger or thirst. Speech, understanding arises from the guru's instructions, and even without deliberately holding on, the words and meanings of the Dharma arise spontaneously. Mind, clear and bright, without confusion, joy arises, and appearances arise as joy and bliss. Second, distinguishing the essence according to the inner view, generally explaining the reasons, and specifically explaining the method of distinction. The first is, in the nadi places of the body, there are the seed syllables of the six lineages and the letters of the three kayas, which are naturally established, as explained by all, such as the Guhyagarbha Tantra. (From the five yogas of the defiled path, the key is that the subtle letters of the mudra are learned. Note.) Because it has been made the path, the transformation of the body into essence is also like saying that meditating on the body of the Mahayoga deity as the deity, thereby striking the vital points of the body. Speech through recitation, and mind through meditation, all three transform into essence. Second, there are the objects to be trained and the trainers, the way they reside in the body, and the order of how to train them. The first has two parts, the first is, the body arises from the cause of ignorance, the mind is established as its result, and speech arises from the two. Therefore, at the time of ignorance, the seed syllables of the six lineages to be trained are, in the center of the bindus of their respective colors, at the crown of the head is the white A (Tibetan: ཨཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ā, Literal meaning: A) of the gods, at the throat is the green Su (Tibetan: སུ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: सु, Sanskrit Romanization: su, Literal meaning: Su) of the Asuras, at the heart is the blue-green or dark blue Ni (Tibetan: ཎི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: णि, Sanskrit Romanization: ṇi, Literal meaning: Ni) of humans, at the navel is the red-black Tri (Tibetan: ཏྲི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: त्रि, Sanskrit Romanization: tri, Literal meaning: Tri) of animals, at the secret place is the yellow Pre (Tibetan: པྲེ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: प्रे, Sanskrit Romanization: pre, Literal meaning: Pre) of the pretas, and at the soles of the feet is the seed syllable Duh (Tibetan: དུཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: दुःख, Sanskrit Romanization: duḥkha, Literal meaning: suffering) of hell, smoky color, etc., residing on top, becoming the habit of past karma, and becoming the seed of future acquisition. Therefore, by training these, the cause of confusion is exhausted, and for the sake of others, the connection of the compassion of the six Buddhas who tame beings manifests, therefore, in the Longsal it says: This body is born from the cause of ignorance, The seed of the six lineages naturally dwells, Crown of the head, throat, heart, and, Navel, secret place, soles of the feet, six, A Ni Su Tri Pre Du dwell, Colors white, blue, green, and, Yellow, red-black, smoky six, The six seeds are impure, Constantly
