The so-called "Padmasana" means to abide in the four yogas and protect them through four methods, which is very important. As it says in the scripture without words: The activities of all Buddhas do not deviate from the four Padmasanas. I have shown that the activities of the Buddhas themselves are not apart from these. The key to practicing the distinctions of the four lamps is briefly explained in each section, so I will not elaborate here. Third, concealing sleep in luminosity, gathering knowledge into the vase, and purifying the elements at dawn. That is, through the practice of Tummo, the sequence of absorption, and the sequence of collecting the A-nyer twenty-one, finally, holding the definite understanding that all the light is blazing on the final A, and focusing the mind on the light. Although the purification of the elements is somewhat similar to other methods, the special view of the Great Perfection tantras is this: First, meditate on a lamp of empty bindu in the navel, which has five colors, is bright and radiant, and has the nature of blazing light. Its light melts all impure aggregates, elements, and sources, transforming into the rainbow body, the great perfection, and also holding the mind on the clear bindu in the navel. In the instructions of Dum Dum Thrig, it says: At night, place consciousness in the center of the generative chakra, which is the key to stopping the stream of memory. Second, all impure channels and bindus are gathered into the pure channels, winds, and bindus. Then, their wisdom beings, together with the pure body light and bindus, are gathered back into the center of the heart, into the ground awareness of the youthful vase body. By focusing the mind on the co-emergent great bliss of the base's body, speech, and mind, the indestructible bindu empty lamp, one falls asleep. Thus, the grasping and conceptions of samsara and nirvana are liberated into the nature of reality, becoming the method of settling the great bindu into the luminosity of the Dharmadhatu. As it says in "Lamp Illuminating": At night, gather knowledge into the vase, gather consciousness into the heart, the lamp relies on the center of the mind, the bindu is hidden in the channels, thereby wisdom is clear within. Third, visualize a clear A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) in one's heart, from which the radiating and gathering of absorption dissolves all containers and contents into the nature of Ā (Tibetan: ཨཱ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: ā, Literal meaning: Ah), or from the bindu of one's heart, a second bindu arises, maturing in the manner of base and base appearance.

Having broken off at about the length of an arrow shaft, from there light radiates, grasping the five lights, appearing as the light of images, pervading all the realms of arising. All outer and inner contents, aggregates, elements, and sense bases dissolve into light and gather into bindus. This is the method of purifying the vessel of karmic imprints, the vessel of wisdom's illusion, or the form body. Again, that of the ripening limit, the ground appearance gathers into the ground, or the form body gathers into the dharma body, in the manner of gathering the generation stage and completion stage, gathering into the bindu of the heart. This becomes the method of purifying into the vessel of wisdom, the vessel of jewels. Those are the key points of liberating the lesser elements or outer arising itself into the nature of the inner arising or the essential body of the great elements. In the tantra of the Six Spaces, it says: In the lamp of the empty bindu, the yogi places the mind, in this way in all the times of night, the one endowed with yogic fortune practices, by this the appearances will naturally increase. This is its meaning. The fourth is, in the intermediate state, abiding in the view of the completely pure sky, the three purifications of inner and outer, thinking that I have arrived at the time of death, so this ground luminosity has arisen, therefore seizing the stronghold in this state, thereby transcending suffering, thus mixing the realm of phenomena and awareness, this is the position of expanding the view. In the intermediate state, the realm of phenomena bindu manifests, and I have arrived at the top of the three bodies of the enjoyment body appearing in the bardo, therefore seizing this stronghold, one should remember the supreme method of the irreversible golden stake. Also, sometimes above five hundred yojanas, one's own guru abides, or in the heart of the protectors of the ten directions, visualizing awareness as a vajra (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्र, Sanskrit Romanization: vajra, Chinese literal meaning: diamond) marked with Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ), with the arrow of the mind, urging with the sound of Hik (Tibetan: ཧིཀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हिक्, Sanskrit Romanization: hik, Chinese literal meaning: Hik), the transference of consciousness is performed. Thus, entering into body and wisdom, and entering into place and abode, these two, with the self-nature of the Great Perfection, expanding the view, the union of generation and completion, the transference of immeasurable compassion. The latter is called the method like throwing a great arrow of irreversibility. Those also come from the Fierce Tantra: Entering into body and wisdom, and entering into place and abode. Thus, the nature body or luminosity is transferred like a bamboo tube, and the mudra of wisdom, the signs and examples of the self-appearing enjoyment body, union.
