The element of earth does not confuse the elements, and is supremely skilled in the meaning of Dharmata. The practice of high, low, and intermediate states is supremely known with ease. Thirdly, regarding the posture of the Nirmanakaya, there are four aspects. The first is the explanation of the words: Also, Nirmanakaya, etc., which means that this symbolizes all the wisdom or universal great compassion of the Nirmanakaya's intention, and the key to the appearance of the signs and Vajra chain. For example, the shape of practice such as the flourishing of hermits and fire offerings. The meaning is that it is named in order to straighten the root channels, prana, and bindus. In the "Klong gsal" it says: Now is the illusion wheel of the Nirmanakaya, like a hermit squatting. And it says: Dharmata naturally manifests, Dharmata will appear in the eyes. Secondly, the actual illusion wheel, from "of the feet" to "practiced face." The scripture that leads to the certainty of this is also in the "Rab 'byams": Squatting, bring the two feet together, the abdomen slightly attached to the back. Bring the two knees to the chest. Raise the edges of the palms of the two hands. And in the "Klong gsal": Bend the neck, raise the arms, aim to squat. Bring the two knees to the chest, make a mudra. Of these two different ones, here it is said according to the latter. Also, the way of looking at it is that the Nirmanakaya looks at the disciples who are to be tamed in order to take care of sentient beings. Because he has the eye of wisdom, he looks in this way, and without relying on hearing, thinking, and meditating, the meaning of Dharmata naturally arises from within. Thirdly, the qualities are: The key points of the body, etc., abide. That is, the two shinbones of the feet are brought together, possessing the quality of extracting essence with skillful means and wisdom. Squatting with the knees causes the channels through which consciousness enters to close, and the prana naturally slows down. Crossing the hands causes space and awareness to mix, and karma and habitual tendencies are exhausted. Bringing the knees to the chest purifies the aggregates of the body and causes the power of wisdom to blaze. Straightening the body naturally purifies consciousness, and slightly tilting the neck has the quality of naturally clearing the prana. In short, the stomach is the mandala of fire, the knees are water, and the palms are fire. Also, the elbows and knees are connected to water, and the palms and armpits are fire. The knees and chest are connected to fire and water, and it is generally believed that the elements will not be disturbed. The body is straight, it is the channel, from this is the prana, from this is

And honesty. This makes the mind honest, so that honesty travels the path of wisdom, and crookedness cuts off the causes of the three realms. The unchanging quality of clearly seeing the wisdom realm that abides within oneself, like the eye of a water bubble. As it is said in the *Vast Expanse*: Furthermore, by the channels and wheels, the five wisdoms that abide in their own nature will become visible to the eye like a water bubble. And as it is said in *Khading*: By the posture of the emanation body, the aggregates of the body are purified. Fourth, this is what is shown by [the phrase] from "This" to "Auspicious." Initially, in the wheel of existence, because of the impurity of anger, one matures into the form of a snake, and therefore delights in the actions of the body. The body is red in color, with great strength and bone structure, delights in cleaning the body, is not pacified, is easily angered, and is a person of great coldness and auspiciousness. If one relies on dwelling in a high place, then meditative stabilization will revolve in the mindstream, and the scattering of thoughts will quickly subside, and one will definitely become enlightened. Second, the ultimate qualities of focusing on the key points are: from "This body key point" to "arise." By not moving from these three key postures of the body, one passes into nirvana in the expanse of the three kayas of the Buddha. By this, one quickly obtains all qualities in one's own mindstream. As it is said in the *Three After-Death Practices*: If the body wishes to pass into nirvana, then learn the posture of the three kayas. Whoever does this, passes into nirvana in the expanse of the body of all the Buddhas of the three times. And as it is said in the *Three Oral Instructions*: If one does not pass beyond this, then one will pass into nirvana in the expanse of the body of all the Buddhas. Third, the faults of not focusing on the key points are: from "This body key point" to "will not be accomplished." If one is separated from these key points, then there is no way to directly see the nature of reality, and no way to quickly exhaust the outflows of the aggregates. As it is said in *Lamp Illuminating*: Even those who are separated from the Hearers, Solitary Realizers, and Bodhisattvas who practice, if they do not have confidence in these three key points, then they will not see even a particle of dust. And as it is said in *Clear Space*: If one does not focus on the key points of the body, then one will not be able to control the arising winds, and likewise heat will not arise in the body, and awareness will not be able to directly appear. Fourth, therefore, the advice to focus on the key points is: from "Therefore" to "three between." The qualities of relying on the body key points, and the faults of not focusing on the key
