It is imperative to follow. Among these, the body is the three kayas, and should not be indulged in frequently. Speech is learning, abiding, reciting, and stabilizing. The mind is accomplished by entrusting it to the dharmadhatu. Among these three, first, the key points of the body, the merits of various postures, the general merits, the faults of not exerting oneself, and exhortations to exert oneself. First, there are three: as stated in the "Pearl Rosary": There are three key points of the body: one should abide in the posture of a lion, an elephant, and a sage. And also in the "One Lineage of the Buddha's Son": The body is like a lion, as well as the posture of a sage and an elephant. Therefore, first, explaining the words, the actual key points of the body, the merits, and the four aspects of praise. First is, the Dharmakaya... to... it is said, because it is the method of manifesting the intention of the Dharmakaya, which is the non-duality of wisdom and the dharmadhatu. The example is represented by the shape of a lion-dog posture. The meaning is that the lion, possessing three strengths, can cut off cliffs, and is not afraid of any claws. Similarly, possessing the strength of three wisdoms, one can cut off the cliffs of the Hinayana and not fear samsara, and that is what it represents. In the "Transcendence" it says: The Dharmakaya's posture is that of a lion, free from all fears of delusion. Secondly, the body stretches... should be done. Up to... between. The fingers of the hand are bent, and the inner side is placed on the outside or inside of the leg, whichever is comfortable. Put force on the neck, and it is also said that the head should be tilted back slightly, close to the neck. The rest is easy to understand. Connected to this, because there are eyes that see the nature of reality as it is, it is a symbol of observing the basis, or the meaning is that it is inseparable from the nature of the non-duality of wisdom and the dharmadhatu, so one should gaze upwards at the sky. In the "Clear Space" it says: First, the magic wheel of the Dharmakaya is, like the posture of a lion-dog sitting, the four limbs and palms are placed on the ground, the spine is straightened, the arms are stretched out, and the weight of the neck is placed on the back. And in the "Vastness" it says: The hand is on the outside of the knee, slightly spread out and placed on the ground, the spine is straightened, the neck is tilted back, and the upper body is like a lion. Nowadays, some instructions say that the feet are facing each other in front, which is not in accordance with the tantras, so it is not fully understood (however, the intention of the mother and son instructions is

Okay! Annotation: Similar to. Third is: From the body posture to "arise." The upright posture of the body increases the wind of wisdom, thereby stopping the karma wind, and the mother and child of the Dharmadhatu wisdom meet. Placing the soles of the feet on the ground balances the elements and stops various thoughts. Bending the fingers and placing them on the ground empties the flow of karma and afflictions. Relaxing the upper body ensures that one never deviates from the Dharma nature, and experiences quickly arise. Tilting the neck back ensures that one does not deviate from the meaning of the Dharma nature and that one is not separated from the Dharmadhatu wisdom. In short, by abiding in this posture, the root and branch karma winds and impure elements are exhausted, and the mind's horse (wind) stops. The thoughts with the horse are suppressed, the wind of wisdom increases, and the appearance of the Dharmadhatu wisdom Dharma nature arises naturally in a comfortable way without searching. As it is said in the Extensive Sutra: The internal elements are exhausted, and thoughts must be suppressed. And as it is said in the Golden Flower Sutra: This leads yogis into the great bliss of the Dharmakaya. Fourth is: From person to "change." For people who have many thoughts, like to sleep, have dark skin, are obese, do not like to talk, have dull consciousness, have high body heat, and live in low-lying areas, if they abide in this Dharmakaya posture, they will surely abide in the Dharma nature in the three times. This is a key point of oral transmission without words, so there is no basis. Second, regarding the sitting posture of the Sambhogakaya, there are word explanations, essence, merits, and who benefits. First is: Again, regarding the Sambhogakaya, to "is." This unobstructed Sambhogakaya mandala makes the Dharmadhatu completely pure and causes the wisdom of self-luminous nature to arise, for example, symbolizing it with the shape of an elephant lying down, hence the name. The symbol is like an elephant, a great vehicle, and this body posture can enhance special wisdom. As it is said in the Distinguishing Sutra: The posture of enjoying the Sambhogakaya is, relying on the elephant lying down, from enjoying the Dharma nature, one can see with the lotus eye. His face is, the Sambhogakaya has the eye to see pure lands or the eye of wisdom, so he stares directly. Therefore, with blessings.
