Since one's own awareness is clearly unobstructed and thorough, it is clearly self-illuminating. Having directly realized the intention of possessing the four kayas, the self-liberation of the arising of doubts such as "Is it view or practice?" and practicing in the state of naked awareness, cutting off the wavering thoughts of hesitation about "whether or not liberation and omniscience can be attained" is self-evident. On the basis of the essence of reality, the root of generating all dharmas, the most subtle aspect that is free from effortful mind and mental events, which has not become an object of verbal thought, without binding one's own mind with contrived view and practice, and without the defilement of delusional thoughts, therefore, the way of abiding of the essence of reality, the dharmakaya of all dharmas, is the natural arising that is free from transformation, modification, and fabrication, which is called the intention of the basis of phenomena and existence. In the Sixth Space it says: "In the mind of no fear, the appearance free from hope and fear, the original abiding with confidence, is what I, Kuntuzangpo, have taught." So it is. Fourth, the specific method for this is to rest in appearances, and the result is that the arising of afflictions and the arising of wisdom are without difference, and afflictions are liberated into a single wisdom, and afflictions are transformed into wisdom. In the Sixth Space it says: "In the mind of transforming appearances, the number of afflictions is self-liberated." So it is. At that time, one abides in the confidence and power of liberation from the very appearance of dharmas into dharmata, and is therefore called a yogi who abides in dharma. Samaya (藏文, Devanagari, Romanization, Literal Meaning): The conduct of the meaning of the view is the difficult-to-violate samaya of the Great Perfection of liberation. The three seals are as before. Fifth, by means of establishing a boundary, settling the non-meditation into its natural state, connecting the words and identifying the meaning of the occasion. That is, explaining that meaning in detail. First, thus... until. As mentioned above, the most important thing at first is the recognition of the view, because until the reality is seen with the view, no matter how much one meditates, it is meaningless, like a horse race without a track, or like a blind person examining an elephant by touching it. Therefore, in the Empowerment Supreme King Tantra it says: "See and not see, look with the view. If you do not see, what do you meditate on? For example, some blind people, touching a powerful elephant with their hands, the nose and tail, legs and back, self-

It's like meditating on whatever comes to mind. If the true nature of the view is not realized, those foolish people who meditate are like blind people meditating on an elephant. As it says in the Tantra of the Victory Banner's Peak: "Until the truth is seen, meditation will not make it seen." And as it says in the Tantra of Averting the Battles of the Asuras: "Liberation is achieved through realization; meditation does not liberate. It's like pointing the way in the dark. If gold is realized, there is no need to meditate. Without realization, meditation will not lead to Buddhahood. When realization dawns, I have not said that meditation makes it dawn." Considering these points, some great beings have said: "Meditating on the great seal of a fool mostly becomes the cause of animal rebirth." And as it says in the Gongdü: "Without seeing the unthinkable, placing the mind on the unthinkable, that child is a fool, and will fall into the womb of darkness." These words are also very important. Seeking meditation from the perspective of the Great Perfection is very profound. Otherwise, view, meditation, and conduct become confused and will not lead to accomplishment. As it says in the Tantra of the Razor of Clear Light: "For example, if one enters a meaningful path, and the meaning is in the east but one goes west, the west will not accomplish the meaning of the east. Not knowing the course of the path, confusion arises." And so on. Having recognized, all view and conduct are in accordance with the meaning, so it becomes a contributing factor to defeat. As it says in the Tantra of the Clear Display of Wisdom: "For the view that is as it is, place the mind as it is, and without straying from that state, one abides in the Buddha-ground." And as Naropa said: "If the view is not mistaken, meditation and conduct are in accordance with reality, and one will attain enlightenment, like a horse race shown on level ground. If the view does not accord with reality, meditation and conduct will become confused, and one will not obtain the fruit as it is, like a blind person without a target." And so on. Then, the method of extracting that very essence is to identify the meaning of the present moment. Secondly, to point out the method of sustaining the state of the realization of the exhaustion of phenomena and the transcendence of mind, to explain how the realization of the three times and timelessness arises, and to advise not to stray from the state of non-meditation and natural abiding. The first has three parts. The first is to cultivate the realization of conduct through the method of staring directly at appearances: Sometimes breathing... meditation. This makes the awareness that has not been grasped, grasped.
