All phenomena are without names, names are merely labels. Thus it is said. Whatever names are given to phenomena, they are not inherent in them. Thus it is said. The King of Samadhi Sutra says: Just as when someone has a child, its name is merely a conventional designation, yet when searched for within and without, it cannot be found. Know all phenomena to be the same. Thus it is. Having thus ascertained this, by pursuing things, there is neither environment nor mind. When abiding in an indescribable state of emptiness and clarity, and settling into a state where there is nowhere to go, the naked awareness is introduced as the Dharmakaya. Thirdly, the necessity is: Thus, excellently... until the introduction of finding. Thus, when viewed with the wisdom of individual realization, all outer appearances are understood to be merely illusions of the mind. The mind itself is not born from any cause or condition, and it is determined that its essence is not established as a phenomenon that can be identified as "this." It is blended with awareness, understanding, and meditative experience, and is without support, beyond names, inexpressible in words, and inconceivable to the intellect. This certainty arises from within and is naturally known. When understood in this way, the mind becomes free, and when not free, it wanders in samsara and nirvana. Therefore, it is the root of creating everything, and the basis of reliance, like the branching of the branches of a tree. The maker of everything is the mind. As it is said in the Treasury of Magical Keys: Because it includes everything, one should also deeply believe that it is the root of everything. Because it creates everything, one should also deeply believe that it is the maker of everything. Because it abides in everything, one should also deeply believe that it is the basis of everything. Because it arises from every body, one should also deeply believe that it is the trunk of everything. Thus it is said. Therefore, if one knows the "meaning (དོན༵་)" of "this (འདི༵་)," the "one (གཅི༵ག་པོ༵་)," "unborn," is it so? Or, the meaning of all phenomena, that is, the meaning of this "mind (སེམས་འ༵)," the "one (གཅི༵ག་པོར༵་)," "unborn (དོན༵་)," "knowing (ཤེས༵་ཤིང༵་)," because there is no appearance other than the mind. At the time of realizing this meaning (if it is said as "this meaning alone," then as the former; if it is said as "this meaning alone," then is the latter feasible? Because it is suspected to be a typo, both explanations are given, please choose one). It should be understood that the key to all phenomena is contained in this, and its meaning has been realized. When understood in this way, the basis is the Dharmakaya.

It is not done by great deeds, not accomplished by diligence, not produced by causes and conditions, but obtained from oneself. Through realization, one is self-liberated, and through compassion, others are liberated. Therefore, one can readily obtain all temporary and ultimate needs, like having a wish-fulfilling jewel in hand. As the Vajra Tentra says: "The realm of Dharma is supremely peaceful. This is called the precious mind. It fully bestows all desires. The very nature of mind is self-nature pure." And as the Doha says: "Mind itself is the single seed of all. From which samsara and nirvana arise. Fully bestowing all desired fruits. I prostrate to the mind like a wish-fulfilling jewel." And as the Jewel Cloud Sutra says: "If one fully knows the mind, one will fully know all dharmas." And as Rangshar says: "Emaho! This precious jewel nectar. From beginningless time. I lost my precious jewel. Because of that, I wandered greatly in error. That precious jewel nectar. There is no place to find it by searching. Realize it as self-arisen awareness from oneself. That precious jewel nectar. One feels found without feeling lost." And it says: "This precious jewel nectar. If there is no abandoning or grasping, it is the supreme of meditation." This is the root samaya of the extremely profound secret instructions. The seal is as before. Third, expelling the demons by cutting the root of the mind, introducing the meditation of self-liberation. By connecting the words, expelling the demons, introducing the demons as merely the clinging of self-grasping mind, and establishing the clinging itself as rootless and baseless, thereby establishing the view of self-liberation, and explaining its necessity, divided into three parts. The first part includes: expelling the demons after establishing selflessness, introducing the demons as the clinging of self-grasping mind, and incidentally explaining its necessity. The first part is: Now introducing the nature of the clinging mind... until it is an illusion. After introducing appearance as mind, now introducing the nature of the inner clinging mind, the nature of bondage, the great reality of self-liberation without self-nature. It is said in the text. The implication here is, why establish the selflessness of sentient beings? Generally, one clings to the three of body, speech, and mind, and the undifferentiated five aggregates as self.
