Are entering, liberation, and completion. There are two types of entering. The pure appearance entering back into itself is: at the time of one's own death, one's own Buddha appearing to oneself, that is it. The self entering outward is: at the time of one's own Buddha appearing, recognizing oneself and attaining Buddhahood. Constantly observing the clear light with one's own nature. There are three types of liberation. When awareness emerges from the center, all phenomena, both internal and external, are liberated. When awareness is separated from the mind, one is liberated from the dualistic thoughts of grasping and being grasped. When awareness obtains its own body, and one's own wisdom abides in its own ground, ignorance is liberated into the wisdom of awareness. Completion is when one becomes a Buddha and does not regress into a sentient being. Thus it is said. If one is not accustomed to it now, one will not be liberated in the bardo. If one is accustomed to the path of clear light, that alone is sufficient. However, if one recognizes the clear light at the time of sleep, and diligently practices the instructions for transferring consciousness into the clear light, and also practices it slightly at the time of death, and if one is guided by other circumstances, it will become a complete limb. For those who are less diligent in their practice, it goes without saying how important these are; they are indispensable. Those who have not seen the door of this Dharma, or who have seen it but are uncertain, will be led astray by attachment or fear to the appearances of peace and wrath, and will turn to other paths. If one is accustomed to the instructions, whether slightly or extensively, this time is the place to cut the red thread of the path, or it is said to be the obstacle of the path, called the bardo. Therefore, at the time of obtaining accomplishment, those pure appearances of the bardo are also called the appearance of Dharmata (ཆོས༵་ཉིད༵་མའི༵་, Sanskrit: dharmatā, the nature of reality) (སྣང༵་བ༵་). The yogi connects the realization of the path time, wisdom (ཡེ༵་ཤེས༵་, Sanskrit: jñāna, wisdom) abides (རང༵་ས༵་ཟི༵ན་) in its own ground, and in an instant, one obtains irreversible liberation, therefore there is a joyous celebration. The Lord of Yoga said: Death is not death, but the yogi attains a small Buddha. Therefore, all the previous masters were proficient in these two key points, which are also said in the tantra of the self-existing Buddha nature: Hey! Lord of Secrets! There are two types of attaining Buddhahood: meeting with Dharmata, and wisdom abiding in its own ground. Meeting with Dharmata is: the cessation of deluded appearances, and the arising of pure appearances. Wisdom abiding in its own ground is: recognizing the five lights, merging into one's own appearances and attaining Buddhahood, at the time of my attaining Buddhahood, with the red thread meeting with Dharmata.

The time is cut off!" Saying that, "Alas! Buddha, heap of light! Although eighty-four thousand collections of Dharma have been spoken, the root of all Dharmas is gathered in the pith instructions. Where is the crucial point of all pith instructions cut off?" Thus he asked. Then, again, the Buddha, heap of light, spoke: "When one's own death comes, the warmth rises from the soles of the feet, rises upwards from the fontanelle at the crown of the head, the mind comes out from within the lungs, and the breath is cut off at the nostrils. When the Buddha comes out from within the heart and appears outwards from the eyes, all appearances dawn as light. At the time of dawning, one recognizes oneself as a Buddha, merges into one's own light and body, and thus becomes a Buddha. Therefore, the crucial point of all pith instructions is to cut off the time when all appearances and existences dawn as body and light!" Thus he said. That son of a yogi lineage who is able to cut off in this way will also have six recollections and five superknowledges arise, and thus will attain the fruit of perfect and complete enlightenment. The way of that is, due to the power of past habituation, those who have devotion to the lama, as soon as they remember him, he will manifestly appear before them, show the introduction to the path and the pith instructions, and it is impossible not to be liberated. And for those who have properly received empowerment, they will receive the prophecy of the yidam deity, and for those who have pure samaya, the prophecy of the dakinis will arise, and thus they will become enlightened. How to measure the prophecy and the pith instructions? Do not be afraid of the light! Do not be startled by the sound! Do not be terrified by the rays! These are the self-appearances of awareness, previously introduced by the lama, and now they are dawning for you in the bardo!" Thus it will be said. Therefore, those who have not received empowerment, whose samaya is not pure, and who have no devotion, are like those who are deceived by a guide into a dangerous place. Perverted demonic prophecies will arise, and these recollections and prophecies will not arise. Therefore, the reason why it is so important to strive from now on is that the lama is the lord of the mandala, and the deities and dakinis are illusory, and their essence is the same. From the Tantra of Playful Manifestation: "The lama, the great Vajradhara, the deity of deities, please consider!" That is the meaning. These three are: 1. Remembering the deity, and at the same time as seeing the face of the deity through the generation stage, the illusory body of the bardo delusion does not appear, but the illusory body arises as the deity's form, and that is also remembering the deity. And 2. Remembering the path taught by them, and 3. Through habituation to the completion stage, remembering the view.
