Etc., decay and exhaustion, and without suppression, like a lion stretching out its body; understanding the meaning that exists on that basis itself, and meditating with the three key points settled, with the great splendor of light, forcibly stopping the illusion and suppressing it, like a lion stretching out its body; like the lion's own voice; with the unmoving intention, uttering the self-sound of Dzogchen, causing all inferior vehicles to faint, fear, and be suppressed, also like a lion stretching out its body, the order is: From "Mountain Pile": "The sole lord of hard and solid vajra, The sole hero in the battlefield of afflictions, Destroys the fame of the sound of ignorance, The wise, charming, possessing glory, The steadfast, ugly, holding form." And, from "Accomplishment Complete": "Uttering the lion's own voice, causes wild animals and, uttering the self-sound of Dzogchen, causes inferior vehicles to faint." And, the intention of "Mountain General Outline" is: "Like a lion stretching out its body." Thus it is said, it is determined by seeing it as abiding on the basis. Then, third, to practice meditation with the intention-space of the ocean bursting forth from space, there are two: preliminary and main practice. The first is: like the confluence of outer and inner Trekchö and Tögal, like a separate instruction. The second is: the noble Dharma of Tögal and, explaining the actual path corresponding to it, there are two. The first is: from the effortless Trekchö, Tögal itself is superior with seven characteristics, the difference related to the practice and implementation of the Omniscient Great One: of the body-key-channels; of the manifesting door; of the seeing faculty; of the self-key-manifest; of the manifesting light; the seven differences of experiential enhancement are spoken of. Second, there are two: manifesting directly onto oneself through the door of the four settlements, and, constantly contemplating the self-ground of the four yogas. First, among the four, the first is the mountain settlement: it is the instruction of the body's key, like a mountain that does not move with the three good, bad, and intermediate actions of the body; and, like a mountain that does not move from the posture of the three kayas; and, like a mountain that does not move from the intention of the definitive space-wisdom; the first is the good circumambulation etc., and, the evil is the non-virtue of the body with weapons of killing, and, the intermediate is the worldly four postures etc.

Putting aside all scattered activities and remaining unmoving. The second has five aspects: The sitting posture of the Dharmakaya is like a lion, with the body in a stretched posture, the two soles of the feet and the buttocks touching the ground, thereby suppressing the winds of the three poisons, which is the key to increasing the winds of the three kayas and wisdoms; the thumb pressing the index finger, bending the other fingers and touching the ground, is the key to suppressing and dispelling the winds of pride and jealousy; the five points touching the ground is the key to manifesting the five wisdoms and five kayas; relaxing the upper body and placing the strength in the neck is the key to making the wisdom of the dharmadhatu inseparable and eliminating the three faults of dullness, agitation, and sinking. The sitting posture of the Sambhogakaya is: the two elbows, the two knees, and the two backs of the feet with the toes bent, these six points touching the ground, is the key to suppressing the dharma and winds of the six afflictions and six aggregates; lifting the palms of the hands slightly suppresses and fills the winds of the waves and clear light channels, which stops the two grasps of duality and is the key to penetrating the vision of clear light; slightly tilting the neck is the key to seeing the wisdom of the dharmadhatu. The sitting posture of the Nirmanakaya is: the two ankles of the feet aligned, which is the key to the union of skillful means and wisdom and interdependence; the two soles of the feet touching the ground is the key to suppressing the winds of karma and afflictions; the knees and chest touching is the key to balancing the elements of the body; the entire body stretched straight is the key to possessing the four qualities of uprightness; each hand pointing a finger towards the eyes is the key to connecting the wisdom of the dharmadhatu. The sitting posture of manifest enlightenment is: the body fully stretched, with the head and the five backs of the limbs touching the ground, thereby binding the five winds into the dharmadhatu; the body touching the ground evenly balances the four elements; the limbs stretched straight purifies the inner five winds into the dharmadhatu; lying supine allows the clear light to arise in a state of ease without any pressure, and is the key to manifesting the five wisdoms. The sitting posture of the immutable vajra, with the three postures of standing, sitting, and lying down, the upper end represents the three wisdoms, and the lower end represents the three kayas; the waist represents the union of skillful means and wisdom, and the three lower postures represent binding the three winds of male, female, and neuter, and purifying the three poisons in their place; the three upper postures represent cutting off the movement of the three thoughts and liberating the three realms into the dharmadhatu; the three postures of the waist represent uniting the three channels into one, and the three kayas.
