When abiding in the lamp of light, realization increases, and the wisdom and vision of suchness and as-manyness arise correctly, that clear sky obscures the three layers of the five degenerations, and the realm manifestly increases in clarity. Dissolving into the original elements is called complete Buddhahood without remainder. As it is said in the 'Vast Expanse': It is also condensed into two aspects: the Perfectly Complete Buddha and the Manifestly Complete Buddha. The Perfectly Complete Buddha is: essence increasing as body, nature increasing as light, and compassion increasing as rays. Thus it is said. Initially, the mind of ignorance, this body and mind that generates awareness, is the very essence of wisdom. The five elements dissolve into the five wisdoms, and one becomes a Buddha without remainder. Thus it is said. Therefore, in this life, great benefit for others arises, just like Padmakara. As it is said in that very text: From just a fraction of his compassion, immeasurable benefit for others arises. Thus it is said. The great rainbow body has no remains because there is no cremation. As it is said in 'Clear Space': The ultimate of the four great bliss is: the Perfectly Complete Buddha and the Manifestly Complete Buddha. The Perfectly Complete Buddha is: the aggregates increase without remainder. The Manifestly Complete Buddha is: light, body, sound, and relics, and signs of death such as earthquakes appear, manifesting and attaining Buddhahood. Thus it is said. And in the 'Vast Expanse': The Perfectly Complete Buddha is: Buddhahood without remainder. The Manifestly Complete Buddha is: Buddhahood through signs and characteristics. Thus it is said. The second is: the special signs of attaining Buddhahood, the signs of a lineage of rebirths. The first has a brief explanation, and then it is explained through the door of individually liberating that very essence, and the conclusion of those is summarized. The first is: From self-arisen and disciples, light, sound, and body will come to that person who has manifestly and completely attained Buddhahood. Thus it is said. And in the 'Vast Expanse': The Manifestly Complete Buddha is: body, relics, rainbow, and light, if manifestly clear, it is an increase. As it is said. The second is: the signs of obtaining all three, body, speech, and mind, are determined by a sequence of four. As it is said in the 'Bardo Tantra': The five kinds of relics of the body appear, the body image of obtaining the mudra appears, sound and light appear because speech itself is obtained, mind is

When the father appears rainbow light, it is a sign of attaining the fruit of secret mantra. For the yogi who has attained the fruit, it is a sign of uninterrupted wisdom and qualities, and attaining all the fruits. The body appears in various colors, and the size is about the size of a thumb. Rainbows, light, and subtle energies appear, and sounds, shooting stars, and mists appear. Thus it is said. Among these, first, regarding the signs of obtaining the body, there are three types of relics: body relics, relics, and small relics. In the 'Liberation Through Connection,' it says, 'The relics and body of the five families are also signs of obtaining the body.' Therefore, firstly, this body is also a sign of obtaining stability in any of the five families, appearing as a mudra gathered by that family. Furthermore, if a peaceful form appears, then as soon as this appearance ceases, one becomes enlightened in five days of meditation, without time to emanate a manifestation body. If an wrathful form appears, then one becomes enlightened in seven moments and emanates a compassionate manifestation body from the circle of self-appearance. If both forms appear simultaneously, it is a sign of enlightenment without an intermediate state. In the 'Teaching to the Son,' it says, 'There are two forms of the body: if a peaceful form appears, then one becomes enlightened as soon as this appearance ceases. If an wrathful form appears, then one realizes this in a moment within five days and becomes enlightened.' Thus it is said. In detail, the five days of meditation are described in terms of the state of initial action, unrelated to moments. A moment is the completion of action, so it can be long or short, and it is of medium duration. The absence of an intermediate state means becoming enlightened without even a moment, so it is clearly unreasonable. Furthermore, regarding the burning of the body relics, it says, 'If both appear, then this is without an intermediate state, and with confidence, it transforms into the great original purity of essence. If the sign of a peaceful form appears, then one truly sees in five days and merges into the Buddha himself. If an wrathful form appears, then in the bardo of dharmata, one is liberated in five parts of a moment, O Dakini!' Thus it says. Also, in the 'Self-Arisen,' it says, 'There are two forms of the body: the peaceful form and the wrathful form. If a peaceful form appears, then one attains stability as soon as this appearance ceases and cannot emanate a manifestation body. If an wrathful form appears, then one attains stability in that very moment and can emanate a manifestation body in twenty-one days.' Thus it is said. Secondly, regarding relics, there are ten aspects: lineage, basis, classification, shape, material, characteristics, size, color, place, and fruit.
