"Emanation Body," and from the Ornament of Realization: "By whatever means, as long as samsara exists, various benefits for beings, simultaneously performing that body, is the Buddha's emanation body, never ceasing." Thus it is said. Secondly, regarding speech, there are also five: The essence of all sounds, emptiness of sound inseparable, uncompounded, liberated from the two extremes, is the immutable vajra speech. As it says in the Confession Tantra: "Vajra, sound, emptiness, inseparable, uncompounded." And in the Secret Essence Tantra: "Sound itself, in a state of non-attachment, is speech; the very nature of speech is inexpressible." Thus it is said. Like the essence of the sun, self-luminous without conceptualization, appearing in the state of self-born wisdom, the great speech of self-arisen wisdom, communicating through the blessings of undiminished realization of abandonment and realization, is the speech of manifest enlightenment. As it says in Manifest Enlightenment: "Manifest enlightenment, all sounds whatsoever, appear in the very essence of self-born wisdom." Thus it is said. The very nature of reality, free from speech and expression, representing the unborn that is the basis of all that is expressed, is the speech of the Dharmakaya. As it says in Wisdom Space: "The Dharmakaya teacher, Samantabhadra, through the blessings of the definitive meaning of his intention, has no other retinue in the ten directions, and speaks to the Buddhas of the three times." And in the Secret Essence Tantra: "Transcending all sounds, names, and words, various sounds arise clearly." And in the Confession Tantra: "The meaning, speech, reality, abides in the state of unborn; the unborn becomes the basis of all speech." Thus it is said. Just as when looking into a mirror, one recognizes the blemishes on one's face, so too, upon seeing the form of the Sambhogakaya teacher, although there is no deliberate elaboration of symbolic means, by seeing the difference between oneself and the teacher, the obscurations of one's own ground are revealed to the minds of the retinue, as well as the means of purifying them, and so forth. This is the speech of the Sambhogakaya's intentional symbolism. As it says in Wisdom Space: "Through the door of the body of perfect enjoyment, he explains the meaning of inner and outer secrets to the vidyadhara bodhisattvas of the ten bhumis, with the mantra of his own nature." And as it is said: "The speech of the Sambhogakaya communicates through the door of symbols in its own realms." Thus it is said. The sixty branches of the Brahma voice of the supreme Nirmanakaya, and other sounds appropriate to each individual, appearing for the benefit of beings through the door of expressing Dharma words that subdue whatever is necessary, is the

The speech of the emanation body, as it says in the Guhyagarbha Tantra: "Known to all, and measured individually." And as it says in the Confession Tantra: "The speech of the emanation body appears in sixty branches." And as it says in the Wisdom Sky Equality: "Through the door of the emanation body's speech, to whomever it is appropriate, in straightforward meaning, the Dharma of the two, virtue and vice, cause and effect, is shown in well-composed words." Thus it is. Third, regarding the mind, there are also five aspects. Among them, the wisdom that knows the Dharmadhatu as being free from elaboration, also follows that Dharmata, and without falling into the side of elaboration and conceptualization, it is self-luminous. This is the mind of the Dharmakaya, which is non-conceptual. As it says in the Lamrim: "With the branches of two entities, for the sake of sentient beings, of the great emptiness, the wisdom with and without the thorn, the great bliss, the supreme mind, like the sky, primordially clear and empty." Thus it is. Like the appearance of images in a mirror, and without effort or conceptualization, it becomes the basis for the appearance of the other three wisdoms, and without self-grasping and limitation, although it knows the knowable, there is no grasper or grasped, free from the habitual tendencies of the two obscurations, and since realization is complete, it knows all knowable things without effort. This is the mind of complete enlightenment, the mirror-like wisdom. As it says in the Rangshar: "Mirror-like wisdom, unobstructed and clear." And as it says in the Ornament: "Mirror-like wisdom is unmoving, from it arise the three wisdoms." And as it says in the Lamrim: "General and specific characteristics, all without distinction, clear like a mirror without an object, it is the supreme of all manifest, the non-conceptual supreme mind." Thus it is. Knowing the nature of reality, samsara and nirvana, appearance and emptiness, without distinction of acceptance and rejection, the spontaneously accomplished great equality, is the mind of the Sambhogakaya, the wisdom of equality. As it says in the Kunsal: "If it is said to be non-dual, it is the wisdom of equality." And as it says in the Prodräl Dönsal: "Awareness, empty and clear, non-dual equality, is the wisdom of non-dual equality." And as it says in the Confession Tantra: "The wisdom of equality is clear without good or bad." And as it says in the Lamrim: "Like a great one, to all, without dividing, without acceptance or rejection, equal, and without moving from equality, the great equality, the supreme mind." Thus it is. Although all the general and specific characteristics of the phenomena of samsara and nirvana appear individually without being mixed at the same time, it knows that the essence is without distinction, without change, increase or decrease, from the Dharmata that is free from elaboration.
