The key points of this are: pressing the knees and chest together generally balances the body's posture, and especially elicits the power of wisdom. The two palms supporting the sides of the cheeks are the key point of the union of the mother and child of space and awareness. The two elbows covering the knees are the key point of preventing the channels from running wild. The soles of the feet placed on the ground are the key point of suppressing the winds of karma and affliction. These key points are all present. The Rabjam says: "The posture itself is like this: squatting, the two legs aligned, the abdomen slightly touching the back, the two knees touching the chest, the two elbows covering the knees, the two palms supporting the sides of the cheeks." And the Longsal says: "Then, the emanation body's magic wheel is like a hermit squatting, with the neck bent and the arms extended, holding the squat, the two knees touching the chest, applying the mudra." Its benefit is that it generally purifies the body's aggregates, and especially causes the wisdom that pervades all realms, along with self-confidence, to manifest in space, visible to the eye like a bubble. The Rabjam says: "Now I will show the emanation body's posture. With the body posture of a hermit, stabilize your own appearance. Relying on the hermit's squat, from the nature of reality, self-emanate, and you will see the nature of reality with your eyes. Furthermore, through the channels and magic wheels, the five wisdoms that abide in their own nature will become visible to the eye like a bubble." And the Golden Garuda Flying in Space says: "That which purifies the body's aggregates is the posture of the emanation body itself." Thus, the first posture, with the soles of the two feet touching and the two hands placed in the middle of the fists, and the last posture, with the hollows of the backs of the hands raised, are all rejected by these tantras and agamas, so this alone is the peg that does not err in its key point. Third, the necessity of these is as just explained separately. In general, in order for the great wisdom of self-abiding, clear emptiness to abide universally and expansively, the tantras, agamas, and pith instructions agree, but the clear emptiness is not seen in the transparent sky because of confusion about the form of the means. Just as a snake's body has feet and hands, but they are not visible unless it coils up, so too, the channels, winds, and drops of the completely pure dharmakaya are inherently present, but because they are bound by the three immovable key points, with the characteristics of possessing the four straightnesses, the activity of the impure channels, winds, and drops is destroyed, so the appearance of wisdom arises.

The way to manifest bliss is: In the "Vastness," it says: The body is the three kayas, and should not constantly pass away. For example, the limbs of a snake, although they exist, if not controlled, are as if they do not exist. Although awareness abides in the body, if the key points of the body are not controlled, it will not manifest. The emptiness of the outer realm is like a place, and the purity of the inner realm is like a home. For those who hold awareness like a flock of sheep, controlling the three key points of the body is the best. Also, as it says in "The Lamp That Illuminates": The body is not without blood, as everything pervades and relies on blood. A wise person, through skillful means, if they puncture a vein, blood will flow, and the place of the body and wisdom are the same. Also, as other yogis who observe conduct say: If this is not shown, no matter how much you examine, you will not see it. If the sacred instructions are shown, the bodies of cows will be filled with milk. When the wise draw from the udders, milk will arise like the four elements. The key points of the body will also become clear, and you will always see habit and non-habit without difference. Therefore, in order to awaken the body as the essence of the Vajra emanation body, and to separate the bonds, one obtains the name of opening the treasure door. In "After Passing": If the body desires to pass away, one should learn the way to abide in the three kayas. Whoever does this, all Buddhas of the three times will pass away in the space of the body. Secondly, with the unspeakable key of speech, the Vajra opens the treasure door of the complete enjoyment body, and practices in the realm of cessation: The key point of speech lies in control, and its necessity. The first part has four points: In "Faults," it says: Speech should be learned, abide, and be practiced to be stable. Therefore, first is the order of learning: Abandon all confusing words arising from speech, and in order to gradually abide in the state of unspeakable, do not abandon reciting scriptures, etc. Abide in a state of not speaking, and sometimes, in order to eliminate the faults of speech and attachment to speech, go to empty places, etc., and forcefully bring up all good and bad thoughts of the past, present, and future, and like a madman blurting out words, speak without acceptance or rejection, until speech ceases, and when you do not want to speak, you do not speak, this is learning. In "Vastness," it says: The key point of speech is like this: Speech should be learned, abide, and be shown as practice. First, one should learn: First is long
