Karma Blood-Drinker, with three faces (green, white, and red) and six arms: the three right hands hold a sword, khatvanga, and wooden staff; the three left hands hold a bell, skull-cup, and plowshare. Their consorts are the four Vajra (Tibetan: བཛྲ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्र, Sanskrit Romanization: vajra, Literal Meaning: Diamond/Thunderbolt), Ratna (Tibetan: རཏྣ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रत्न, Sanskrit Romanization: ratna, Literal Meaning: Jewel), Padma (Tibetan: པདྨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: पद्म, Sanskrit Romanization: padma, Literal Meaning: Lotus), and Karma Krodheshvari. The right hands hold their respective family emblems: vajra, jewel, lotus, and crossed-vajra; the left hands hold a red conch and power. The male deities stand in the posture of four-legged giants, while the female deities embrace in a dancing posture. With an unbearable wrathful demeanor, relying on the tiny bindu of their own light, their speech emits the natural sound of Dharma, like a thousand dragons roaring simultaneously. The wisdom of their minds is a vajra chain, clear and radiant, residing in the Dharma wheel of the five wisdoms, as the constant and continuous teacher. These are the forms of the Dharmakaya. In the Sambhogakaya form, the twenty daughters, although having the intermediate form of three faces and six arms, are said to have only two arms for ease of visualization. The second is the mudra of the Sambhogakaya: the eight Gauris: Gauri holds a field staff and skull-cup in her right and left hands respectively 1; Chauri draws a bow and arrow 2; Pramoha holds a makara banner and a red skull-cup 3; Vetali holds a vajra and skull-cup 4; Pukkasa pulls out intestines with her right hand and puts them into her mouth with her left hand 5; Ghasmari makes a threatening gesture with her right hand and stirs and drinks from a red conch with her left hand 6; Chandali devours citta and human flesh 7; Shmashani splits open the head and body and licks blood 8. Therefore, the five Blood-Drinking Mothers surround the five Blood-Drinking Fathers, located in the eight directions of the first circle. The eight great Pishachis are also in the four directions: Singhali crosses her hands, holding and devouring a corpse; Betali crosses her hands, staring intently with bared fangs; Shri Devi cuts open the belly of a large corpse with a sword and licks blood; Shvana holds the belly of a corpse in her left hand and tears it open with her right hand; in the four corners are: Krita carrying a field on her shoulder and holding a skeleton; Kamkali carrying a field on her shoulder; Kakkashi eating the heart and lungs with a bangri; Huli holding a vajra skull-cup, licking and devouring blood and fat. They also surround the five Fathers in the middle circle. The meaning of surrounding the Fathers and Mothers is explained as a symbol of the union of the land and the one who possesses the land, the union of skillful means and wisdom; it is surrounding both. In the outer circle, the gatekeepers in the four directions of east, south, west, and north hold iron hooks, ropes, chains, and bells respectively. These circles also symbolize the doors and door rings of the inner and outer golden chambers. Third

Their body colors and head images are clearly stated in the scriptures, and no matter how their postures and attire are changed, they are terrifying and awe-inspiring figures. Their bodies are as small as mustard seeds, yet they possess all the marks and signs. In the white, slender, and coiled rightward and leftward swirling network of veins, located between the brain marrows, the pure and impure are distinguished as "blood vessels," and are placed differently from the former. In the vast tantras, it says: Fifty-eight blood-drinking deities reside. Buddha Heruka, dark purplish-black, with three faces and six arms, embracing his consort, resides in the center of his own brain. Vajra Heruka, dark blue-black, with three faces and six arms, embracing his consort, resides in the east of his own brain. Ratna Heruka, yellowish-black, with three faces and six arms, embracing his consort, resides in the south of his own brain. Padma Heruka, reddish-black, with three faces and six arms, embracing his consort, resides in the west of his own brain. Karma Heruka, greenish-black, with three faces and six arms, embracing his consort, resides in the north of his own brain. Each holds various implements in their hands, and resides in a naked and radiant state. In the east is Kauri, the white mother; in the south is Chauri, the yellow mother; in the west is Pramo, the red mother; in the north is Beta, the black mother; in the southeast is Puska, the red-yellow mother; in the southwest is Ghasma, the green-black mother; in the northwest is Chandha, the yellow-white mother; in the northeast is Smasha, the blue-black mother. Surrounded by ten blood-drinking father-mother deities, they actually reside within the brain. On the outer spokes of that wheel, in the east is Simha, dark purplish-black; in the south is Bhegri, the red tiger-headed one.
