Like water pervading where it nourishes, gathers, and ripens, and like space pervading all phenomena such as the four elements without distinction, and everything not exceeding its scope, just as gold remains unchanged in its essence even when it is in the ground and mud during the eons, in the interior of all phenomena, the wisdom of the Dharmakaya, together with the light of the Rupakaya's appearance, is inherently present, but if it is not shown by the guru's instructions, it cannot be seen, and all phenomena are the cause and condition for nourishing, gathering, and ripening, or because they pervade the nature of all, and the dimension in which all appearances of arising, ceasing, and abiding arise and abide from the expanse, and even though it is in the sheath of the stains of karma and afflictions, its essence is not stained by those stains, nor does it enter its nature, but abides as primordially enlightened as it was in the beginning. Regarding these reasons, it is said in the Wheel of Bliss: Like oil pervades sesame, self-awareness pervades all six realms, for example, the earth is as deep as the sky, the Dharmakaya abides without coming and going. Also, Longchen Rabjam says: The essence of awareness is capable of pervading, just as water completely pervades. Also, for example, in the emptiness of space, the great elements and so on that exist, just as they pervade all containers and contents. Also, in Thalgyur it says: That very wisdom is the key point instruction, the way it pervades the ground in the beginning, the way it is perfected on the path in the middle, and the way it pervades the bodies of beings in the end. Also, just as when waves form on the ocean, there is no unevenness but equality, the basis (གཞི), self (རང), nature (བཞིན) of (གྱི) continuum (རྒྱུད) or the essence of abiding (གནས) dharma (ཆོས) nature (ཉིད) of the basis (གཞིའི) pervades and expands in the equality of samsara and nirvana, just as oil pervades sesame, heart (སྙིང), essence (པོ), self (རང), nature (བཞིན) of (གྱི) continuum (རྒྱུད) or pervading (ཁྱབ) of (པའི) the basis (གཞི), as a temporary basis, the Dharmadhatu of the body and wisdom abides like an ocean, pervaded by the light corresponding to the Rupakaya, and in the light of the element's basis, the basis of appearance arising, just as all good and bad things arise from the king's treasury, all the dharmas of samsara and nirvana arise, and also, because the measure of realization from Samadhi yoga matures and condenses into essence also arises from this, the basis of movement is like a good field where whatever seed is sown ripens, the wind of karma and wisdom blows.

Due to the distinction of excellence, power also manifests in reverse, therefore, the illusory fruit like a lamp flower appears, as well as various enjoyments of the vessel and essence world; symbolized by four examples of gold: From the Tantra of the Manifest Vajra Kilaya it says: 'The basis of pervasion and the basis of abiding, the basis of movement and the basis of arising.' It also says: 'Silk arises in the sea, fields arise in the land, the king's treasury arises in gold, these four are said to be examples symbolizing the nature of the basis.' It also says: 'For example, like precious gold, it abides constantly without change.' It also says: 'Subtle and vast are in harmony, just as oil is naturally present in sesame or mustard seeds, in the same way, the essence of the Tathagata is in the body and mind of sentient beings, appearing together with harmonious light.' It also says: From the Tantra of All Completeness it says: 'For example, like pottery or gold, similarly, the essence does not change, just as the change of conditions is burned, the essence of all dharmas, like gold and space, does not change, therefore it is imperishable, not lost, not separated, it is the supreme meaning of the holy dharma.' Furthermore, the nature of the basis of the abiding Dharmakaya, the continuum, is the bardo between samsara and nirvana, therefore the outer light does not move, the inner clarity abides like the body of a vase; the continuum or basis of the pervading essence is the nature of the two bodies of Dharma and Form, that is, the non-pure triple or the obscurations of one's own ground, etc., and the habitual tendencies are complete without obstruction in the aggregates of body, speech, and mind; similarly, the basis of power also moving in reverse, the enjoyment of karma and primordial winds, the lamp flower is the power of knowing wisdom that knows, and is also the nature of the complete omniscient Nirmanakaya, and is also self-illuminating without obstruction in the aggregates of the deluded realm, senses, mind, and attention; all dharmas of the path of samsara and nirvana arise, the essence continuum of the complete Sambhogakaya nature, is the power of accomplished activity wisdom in the aggregates that have not been completed, waiting to ripen, therefore it obtains the name inner clarity; from the Tantra of the Asura Victory it says: 'Inner clarity, unobstructed, complete Sambhogakaya, Dharmakaya beyond dharma is complete, omniscient Nirmanakaya is complete.' It also says: From Power Complete it says: 'Because secret wisdom is naturally complete, it does not abide in the realm of activity, there is no time for distracted signs, self-
