Four places: In the secret place, the wheel of guarding bliss, there are twenty-eight pulse petals. In the center of these five wheels, within the bodies of all sentient beings, in the palace of the precious mind (citta). Although there are thousands of pulses, the four most important pulses are: Roma, Kyangma, Kundarma, and the Kati crystal tube pulse. Thus it is said. Roma is on the right, Kyangma is on the left, and Kundarma is located in the center. Roma is the essence of water, Kyangma is the essence of fire, Kundarma is generated by wind, and the crystal tube pulse is sluggish. Thus it is said. These pulses, except for the crystal tube pulse, are composed of the subtle elements of the inner body, and therefore arise from causes and conditions. Secondly, regarding the formation and existence of wind, there are two aspects. The first is: At the beginning of the first transformation, the nature of the life-wind (prana), which is the basis of everything, possesses the five perfections of consciousness, the winds of habit-seeds, within the four wheels, the wind-mind and the coarse wind (earth-wind) of the movement of semen and blood are located in the heart. Like a burning fire, in a hard, round state, it exists in four states: filling, compacting, spreading. In the second transformation, the downward-clearing wind arises from the life-wind. In the third transformation, the upward-moving wind is separated from the life-wind. In the fourth transformation, the pervasive wind arises. In the fifth transformation, the equal-dwelling wind accomplishes other internal locations. In the sixth transformation, the action of the pervasive wind is the Naga-wind. In the seventh transformation, the turtle-wind arises from the Naga-wind. In the eighth transformation, the eel-wind arises from the turtle-wind. In the ninth transformation, the god-given wind arises from the eel-wind. In the tenth transformation, the sequence of the bow-king's joy arises from the god-given wind. The Vajra Garland Tantra says: The afflicted one is the life-wind itself, which can move correctly in an instant. At the time of the first transformation, it becomes like the shape of a fish. At the time of the second transformation, when it mixes with blood again, through the distinction of above and below, the life-wind divides into two. In the movement of the downward-clearing wind, it takes the form of a turtle. Then, at the time of the third transformation, when blood and semen are consumed, the collection of downward-clearing winds, after drying up, produces all the winds, observing upwards and existing, taking on the body of a wild boar. Again, at the time of the fourth transformation, when blood and semen are consumed, the upward-moving wind is drawn, observing downwards and moving, also in the shape of a lion, the pervasive wind expands. Then, at the time of the fifth transformation, after blood and semen increase

When the co-emergent wind vibrates, it gradually transforms into the form of fire. The co-emergent wind gives rise to the pervasive wind, because of its ability to move and vibrate. When the five aggregates are complete, as it is said, then again, at the time of the sixth transition, the earth element and the two eyes, the pervasive wind gives rise to the dragon wind, and the wind causes things to grow. Then, at the seventh transition, the water element and the nostrils, the dragon wind gives rise to the turtle wind, and after arising, it bestows non-duality. Then, at the eighth transition, fire and the nostrils arise, the turtle wind gives rise to the fire-holding wind, and one knows one's own nature. Then, at the ninth transition, the wind element and taste are sensed, the great wind called fire-holding wind causes the god-given wind to arise. Then, at the tenth transition, the god-given wind causes the bow-holding wind to arise, possessing the characteristic of gathering all winds. At the ninth time, the realm of pervasion, possessing the characteristic of being subtle and unobstructed. The channels, intestines, and tubes of tendons, it is said that the nine doors increase. The most supreme sensation of the body, holding the characteristic of oneness and touch. The channel that awakens the co-emergent at the tip of the jewel, the supreme awakening is in the wheel of space in the heart, the wisdom of clear light and goodness truly abides. The wisdom of the Buddhas, the wisdom of the ten grounds, should be explained as such. Thus it is said. Secondly, the way of abiding, the nature of wind is the five wisdoms, as it is said in the Vajra Garland: "Initially, the suchness of wind, then the secret mantra of mantra, the seed mantra, the dharani mantra, the heart mantra, or the suchness of mantra, the way of combining that suchness with the five wisdoms is clear there." There, the supreme light of wind, great clarity, five colors, the nature of the five Tathagatas, that is purified into the five wisdoms. The five winds, white Vajra from the two, the protector wind flows slowly. Yellow, fierce, Ratna protector. Red lotus, right protector. Green-yellow karma, left protector's winds flow from the nose. The space protector or wind abides in the central channel together with the life wind, and at the time of death, it flows on the path. Thus it is said. The way in which the form, primordial wind, speech nature, light bindu, etc., abide will appear as it is said below. In the Extensive Sutra it is said: "Ema, the power of Vajrasattva, there is nothing that is not pervaded by the wisdom wind, in those
