also completely formed. In the "Extensive Sutra" it says: "In this perfect body, There are three hundred and sixty bones. There are fifty handfuls of flesh. Blood is six handfuls of one's own. There are seventy thousand veins. There are six large pisces. The brain is a handful of one's own. The intestines are three spans of one's own. Hair is eighty-four thousand. There are one hundred million body hairs. There are thirty-two teeth. There are twenty-eight vertebrae. There are sixteen ribs, etc., A span square, one's own body is complete." So it is said. Second, regarding the situation of relying on the formation of channels, winds, and bindus, there are three aspects. First, regarding the manner of formation, it has already been discussed. Regarding the manner of existence, although the formation places of the two channels of wisdom and the elements are different, the former is the subject to be explained below, so it is not mentioned here, but the nature of all channels is wisdom hero, and within it, the state of abiding as the samadhi hero of the element is precisely that. The latter, the channels of the nature of the elements are: Generally, the two channels, ro and rkyang, which are formed together with the central channel, twine from the left and right, and the junctions of the six chakras and six intervals are twined into twenty-one knots, these are three types; and the four elemental channels, the three-circled channel, the desire channel, the wandering channel, the fierce channel, including the demon-free channel, are eight types; also, the left, right, and central channels, the eight rain-born channels, such as the rtse ba ma, etc., for the sake of the three meanings, are twenty-four, called the twenty-four places of channels, and adding the previous eight, they are called the channels of thirty-two places; the ten knot intervals of the ro and rkyang channels are called the ten places of Heruka, and are combined with the ten bhumis, etc.; also, the channel wheels are explained: thirty-two at the crown, sixteen at the throat, eight at the heart, sixty-four at the navel, totaling one hundred and twenty; also, it is said that there are no-petal channels or four channels at the crown, and seventy-two channel petals at the bliss-guarding place; from the channels of the twenty-four places, there are three each by dividing into body, speech, and mind, totaling seventy-two, and each of these has a thousand branch channels, totaling seventy-two thousand branch channels, etc.; in the "Gava Entering the Womb Sutra," it is said that there are eighty-four thousand channels, with twenty-one thousand channels each on the left, right, front, and back of the body, etc., although there are many different explanations, but they are only differences in classification and summarization, and are not contradictory, so here...

The intent of the Klongchen Rabjam Gyud is that the central channel, the Uma, is in the center, dark blue in color, the path of wind; the Roma on the right, white in color, the path of the white element; the Kyangma on the left, the path of red particles, branching out from the center of the three, the crown chakra, the great bliss wheel, with three hundred and sixty petals, filled with bindus of the nature of the body's syllables; the throat, the enjoyment wheel, with sixteen petals, filled with bindus of the nature of the speech's syllables; the heart, the lotus with eight petals, representing thirty-two channels, filled with bindus of the nature of the mind's syllables; the navel, the emanation wheel, with sixty-four petals, filled with bindus of the nature of the qualities' syllables; the secret place, guarding bliss, with twenty-eight petals, filled with bindus of the nature of the activities' syllables, totaling five hundred petals; branching out from these are seventy-two thousand and billions more. In the realm pervaded by the light channels of body, speech, and mind of the three central channels, reside the syllables ཨྃ་(Tibetan: ཨྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīṃ, Literal meaning: hrīṃ), ཨཱ་(Tibetan: ཨཱ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ā, Literal meaning: ā), ཧཱུྃ་(Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: hūṃ), the three, which are the support for the three doors and body, speech, and mind; among these, all those of the central channel lineage are born from wind, and the mandala mostly descends from that; all those of the Roma lineage are the essence of water, and the mandala is also that; all those of the Kyangma lineage are the essence of earth, and the mandala mostly descends from fire. The Roma enters from the left of the navel, and performs the function of descending bodhicitta; the Kyangma emerges from the left of the heart tip, and branching into two from the throat, the upper ends insert into the two avadhutis; the kundalini transforms into three tips, reaching the two ears and the crown. From the center of the central channel, with a transparent tube, seven thousand two hundred stainless rays of light radiate. As it is said, in the Rabjam: The channels that reside in the body, reside in billions. The number of these combined is, seventy-two thousand. These are also gathered inwards, converging into the five mandalas of the body. The crown is the great bliss wheel, with three hundred and sixty petals. The throat is the enjoyment wheel, with sixteen petals. The heart is the dharma wheel, with thirty-two petals. The navel is the emanation wheel, with sixty-four petals.
