Appearing as a rainbow, the inner and outer spheres are combined into one, like the two wings of Naro (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning), establishing the analogy of achieving one sphere. In the 'Vast Expanse' it says: 'The lamp of the pure sphere, the color of the rays is dark blue, like the letter Naro (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning), or like a knot of five-colored rainbows.' In the 'Burning Lamp' it says: 'For example, like the letter Naro (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning), two combined become one. Black cannot be transformed. Having gained confidence in this, like a rainbow in space, the colors are unmixed and completely perfect.' The twelfth is the essential instruction for practicing yoga in the sphere, as it comes from the oral transmission. The thirteenth is the certainty of signs: When the lamp separates from the brow, both samsara and nirvana turn their backs, which is the definite measure of the sign, so one is not born into a womb. When the sphere of awareness is held in the space without day or night, the realm of nirvana appears clearly, which is the measure of the sign that samsara is liberated into nirvana. Furthermore, as it says in the 'Burning Lamp': 'For those who possess its signs, the space is also the same.' Fourth, the extensive explanation of the self-arisen lamp of wisdom, in the 'Vast Expanse' it says: 'The self-arisen lamp of wisdom, its essence, definition, divisions, nature, characteristics, the place where it dwells, the door of arising and the place of arising, familiarization, realization, measure, and analogies.' Among the twelve, first, the essence is: the intention of clear self-knowing, the essence of the wisdom of all-knowing; the primordial sound that encompasses the four names such as feeling; or the essence of the wisdom of dharmata, the general and specific characteristics of all dharmas; and hearing, thinking, meditating, etc., are the knowers that open all places, therefore, in the 'Vast Expanse' it says: 'In the essence of all-knowing, in the primordial sound that encompasses the four names, it has always resided in the part of the body. Hearing, thinking, and meditating, all the self-aware wisdom that opens everything, this itself has always resided as the essence.' And as it says in the 'Burning Lamp': 'The self-arisen lamp of wisdom, like this, of all the lamps, because it dwells as the mode of knowing, in every part this itself, because it is the nature of discriminating wisdom, it dwells in the mode of non-discrimination, the essence of generating subtle parts, is originally existent.' Second, the definition is: all dharmas

Its nature is emptiness, as well as one's own wisdom and its measure, and all the places of hearing, contemplation, and meditation, it knows. The peak of intention that is difficult for all to realize, obtained from oneself. Not produced by causes and conditions, but self-arisen. It illuminates all dharmas and the establishment of the nature of the lamp, therefore it is called Lamp. All of samsara and nirvana arise in the realm of reality, therefore it is called Mother. In the "Lamp Flame Treatise" it says: Wisdom, both real and unreal, completely enters into all appearances, knowing the common meaning, obtaining confidence without searching, one's own wisdom measures various knowledges, the dharmakaya of pure nature, not found by anyone, is superior to all by self-awareness, extremely appearing, without a place to be used by others, the realm of self-knowing, originally pure, is not the realm of others, it is self-known, this meaning is not obtained through action, because it does not rely on anyone, therefore it is said to be naturally appearing from the beginning. The lamp is all dharmata, appearing without duality. Mother is the pervasiveness of self-nature. In the "Pearl Garland Treatise" it says: With wisdom, all dharmas are realized simultaneously, the ultimate is the peak of all, self is the dharma free from dependence on others, arising, it appears freely without obstruction, arising from the left, the door is not closed. Third, in terms of classification: the classification of essence, the classification of function, and the classification of radiance, there are three. The first has five: the wisdom of the ground, the self-arisen, acts as the basis and source of all dharmas; appearance directly grasps, realizing the realm of reality as non-grasping, self-luminous; the wisdom of uninterrupted memory, gathers the unbiased appearances, the liberation of dharmata, etc., into one, clarifying and separating in equanimity; the wisdom of individual realization, knowing the self and common characteristics of all dharmas without confusion; the wisdom of the three entering, cutting off the superimpositions of the meaning of hearing, contemplation, and meditation, making the boundary between samsara and nirvana. This can also be established as the former being the essence and the latter being the difference of self-power, as two divisions. In the "Lamp Flame Treatise" it says: The wisdom of the ground, the self-arisen, acts as the basis of bodies and other dharmas; the wisdom of appearance directly grasping, holds the meeting place of the realm of reality and clarity; the wisdom of uninterrupted memory, gathers the wisdom one-pointedly on objects; the wisdom of individual realization,
