As mentioned before, especially through the practice of Tögal, which savors equality and cuts through demonic obstacles, and enjoying desirable ornaments, etc.; as stated in the 'Self-Arisen': "Practicing asceticism is itself supreme." The fourth is the practice of benefiting others with skillful means after gaining self-confidence; as stated in the 'All-Illuminating': "The practice of compassionate sorrow is like a mother to her only child; the yogi acts for the benefit of beings." The second is the practice of non-practice, the practice of equipoise: This is a distinction that has been briefly explained above in the order of the four yogas, and especially, it is the practice of sealing with the four samaya mudras, symbolized by acting like the unconditioned sky, without dwelling in the wheel of diligent activity, with the confidence of realizing the nature of the ten dharmas that are non-existent in equipoise; as stated in the 'Heap of Jewels': "In non-existence, also practice non-existence; in oneness, also practice oneness; in equality, practice with equality; in spontaneous accomplishment, spontaneously accomplish." The third is the way to combine these two, the practice of co-emergence: At all times when practice is possible, it is necessary to grasp with the calculation of the view of emptiness, therefore, without abandoning the attachment to non-existence, use terminology; and in the time of equipoise, do not let emptiness become a bias, but maintain a firm understanding of the meaning of the fivefold luminosity, without being swayed by dullness, etc., and arouse and apply it; in both cases, view and practice, appearance and emptiness, wisdom and means should be practiced inseparably; in short, without separating from the root of the view, by eliminating spontaneous clinging, whatever is practiced, all actions are transformed into the pure practice of Samantabhadra, which does not abandon the adornment of activity. As the 'Boundless' also says: "Having realized the meaning of the primordial great expanse of view, and having remained in the state of meditation as it is, the actions of body, speech, and mind are all the expanse of Samantabhadra, vast and boundless, free from all fabrication, yet if grasped by the view, everything is good. Although not moving from the state of the dharmadhatu and wisdom, the activities of skillful means and compassion are inconceivable. However many practices there are, they are all inconceivable, practice everything with skillful means, grasp with confidence. Although there is no need to deliberately create, and there is no obstruction in meaning, liberate through non-action. Universally apply, universally practice, practice as the great self-mastery. Rely on this."

There are no mantras like ascetic practices. Because there is no action, all actions are detached. Spontaneously accomplished, without acceptance or rejection, it is the self-born space. Actions are like the ocean, completely purified, and naturally emanate at all times. All disgusting behaviors should be avoided. Do not intentionally do anything, nor obstruct the meaning, and all contradictory behaviors should be avoided. Thoroughly avoid ascetic practices like those of a madman, and actions of body, speech, and mind should be free from effort. What is the point of being bound by learning and practice? However, for all virtuous Dharma practices, liberation will be attained through the power of non-attachment and non-movement. On the basis of actions that can be practiced, practice by not abandoning the clinging to non-existence. On the basis of the great that cannot be practiced, practice by not abandoning the clinging to existence. On the basis of both what can and cannot be practiced, practice by not abandoning the clinging to non-duality. By practicing non-dual actions, on the basis, practice by not abandoning the clinging to both. In short, whatever appears, whatever arises, on the basis, by not abandoning clinging, obtain the naturally emanating action. In the state of vastness, completeness, expansion, and great pervasiveness, in general, understanding the great meaning in the heart, the ten bhumis gathered, the great perfection, the eleventh bhumi, that is, all ten paramitas are completed here. In the one space, because of gathering, there is no high or low. Because there is no high or low, there is no wide or narrow. Because it is free from edge and center, there is no inside or outside. Because there is no birth or death, it is the space for the actions of the three poisons. Because there are no three times, there is no birth or death. No matter how much appears, there is not even a trace of movement. This is the intention of Samantabhadra. Thus it is said. The second part is about explaining in detail the individual practices of whatever forms appear, divided into three parts: explaining the essence of the lamp of whatever appears, explaining in detail their respective natures, and explaining the key points of practice. The first part shows the general framework of the dharmadhatu and awareness, and explains in detail the framework of the dharmadhatu and awareness of the path. In the first part, there are three aspects: the ground, the path, and the result. The first part is about the dharmadhatu and awareness of the ground: from the beginning, the basis of spontaneously enlightened ac༵tion༵ per༵fec༵tion (Tibetan: བྱ༵་བ༵་རྫོག༵ས་པའི༵་གཞི༵,Sanskrit Devanagari: kārya pūrṇa ādhāra,Sanskrit Romanization: kārya pūrṇa ādhāra,basis of action perfection), the one dharmakaya, the great state of primordial purity, with three layers of light wisdom, spontaneously manifests within. And at the time of the ba༵sis༵ of un༵der༵stan༵ding༵ the༵ me༵ans (Tibetan: རྟོག༵ས་བྱ༵་ཐབ༵ས་ཀྱི༵་གཞི༵,Sanskrit Devanagari: adhigama upāya ādhāra,Sanskrit Romanization: adhigama upāya ādhāra,basis of understanding the means), various
