The color dark blue is the path of wind. The right, Roma, is white, the path of the white element. The left, Kyangma, is the red path of particles. From the middle of the three channels arises the wheel of great bliss at the crown, with three hundred and sixty petals, filled with bindus of the nature of the body's syllables. The throat, the enjoyment wheel, has sixteen petals, filled with bindus of the nature of the speech's syllables. The heart, represented by an eight-petaled lotus, has thirty-two channels, filled with bindus of the nature of the mind's syllables. The navel, the emanation wheel, has sixty-four petals, filled with bindus of the nature of the qualities' syllables. The secret place, the protector of bliss, has twenty-eight petals, filled with bindus of the nature of the activity's syllables. In total, there are five hundred petals. From these arise seventy-two thousand and billions of channels. In the realm pervaded by the light channels of body, speech, and mind in the three central channels, reside the syllables ཨྃ་(Tibetan, Devanagari: ओṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om), ཨཱ་(Tibetan, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: ā, Literal meaning: A), ཧཱུྃ་(Tibetan, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum), which are the support for the three doors and body, speech, and mind. Furthermore, all those who hold the lineage of the central channel are generated by wind, and the mandala mostly descends from it. All those who hold the lineage of Roma are the essence of water, and the mandala is also the same. All those who hold the lineage of Kyangma are the essence of earth, and the mandala mostly descends as fire. Roma enters from the left of the navel and performs the function of causing bodhicitta to descend. Kyangma emerges from the left of the heart tip and, dividing into two from the throat, its upper ends penetrate the two A syllables. Kundarma becomes three-pointed and reaches the two ears and the crown of the head. From the center of the central channel, like a crystal tube, unobstructed, emanates seventy-two thousand pure rays of light. As it is said in the 'Extensive Sutra': 'The channels that reside in the body are billions upon billions. The number of those gathered together is seventy-two thousand. These, when gathered together, are the five mandalas of the body. The crown is the wheel of great bliss, with three hundred and sixty petals. The throat is the wheel of enjoyment, with sixteen petals. The heart is the wheel of dharma, with thirty-two petals. The navel is the wheel of emanation, with sixty-four petals. The secret place is the wheel of protecting bliss, with twenty-eight petals.'

Furthermore, within the five wheels, in the body of all sentient beings, the mind is a precious palace. Although there are thousands of channels, the four most special channels are: Roma, Kyangma, Kundarma, and Katik Shelbukchen, thus. Roma is on the right, Kyangma is on the left, and Kundarma resides in the middle. Roma is the essence of water, Kyangma is the essence of fire, Kundarma is born of wind, and Shelbukchen is the blind channel. Thus. Among these channels, except for Shelbukchen, all are subtle bodies within the elements, born of causes and conditions. Secondly, regarding the two aspects of the formation and abiding of wind, the first is: At the beginning of the first transformation, on the nature of the co-emergent fundamental life force, within the four wind wheels of the seed of habitual tendencies of the five aggregates of consciousness, the wind-mind and the coarse wind of the movement of semen and blood, that is, the elemental wind, all reside in the heart. Like molten gold, in the four states of hardness and roundness, it pervades the gaps. In the second transformation, the downward-clearing wind arises from the life force. In the third transformation, the upward-moving wind separates from the life force. In the fourth transformation, the pervasive wind arises. In the fifth transformation, the life-sustaining wind accomplishes other places within. In the sixth transformation, the action of the pervasive wind is the dragon wind. In the seventh transformation, the dragon gives rise to the turtle wind. In the eighth transformation, the turtle gives rise to the crab wind. In the ninth transformation, the crab gives rise to the deva-giving wind. In the tenth transformation, the deva-giving wind gives rise to the sequence of the bow-king's play and formation. The Vajra Garland says: The afflicted one is the life force itself, which can truly travel in an instant. At the time of the first transformation, it transforms into the form of a fish. At the time of the second transformation, it mixes with blood again, and with the distinction of above and below, the life force divides into two. The movement of the downward-clearing wind transforms into holding the form of a turtle. Then, at the time of the third transformation, after eating blood and semen, the assembly of downward-clearing winds dries up and all winds arise, looking upwards and abiding, transforming into a body like a wild boar. Again, at the time of the fourth transformation, when blood and semen increase, the upward-moving wind gathers, looking downwards and moving, also with the form of a lion, the pervasive wind arises. Then, at the time of the fifth transformation, after blood and semen increase, the life-sustaining wind trembles, gradually transforming into the form of fire.
