Beyond the words of delusion, the plan of the body of the great elemental essence, for the pure retinue and realm, residing in the plan of the light of nature that is used, is called the Sambhogakaya. Having dissolved into the indivisibility of the Dharmadhatu, the radiance of awareness appears unceasingly, which is called the Nirmanakaya, but since it is inseparable, of one taste, and coiled into a great Bindu, it is called indivisible. As it is said in the Longchen Rabjam: "The wisdom of the essence of primordial purity, the wisdom of the nature of spontaneous accomplishment, and the three wisdoms of compassion's self-appearance, are inseparable, one, and without partiality. The wisdom of the essence of primordial purity is free from all ignorance and conceptualization. The wisdom of the nature of spontaneous accomplishment is free from the words and terms of delusion. The wisdom of compassion's self-appearance is all indivisible, abiding as one. Because wisdom abides in itself, it is indivisible in the manner of three." And from the Thalgyur: "Wisdom abiding in its own essence is indivisible in the manner of three." And from the Longsal: "Emptiness, clarity, and pervasiveness, the three, abide in the manner of indivisible oneness. Primordial purity is called the Dharmakaya, clarity and emptiness are called the Sambhogakaya, pervasiveness is called the Nirmanakaya, perfected in the manner of indivisible oneness." Secondly, the way of abiding is indivisible: The essence of emptiness abides in the plan of the three bodies, but there is no inert emptiness without wisdom, nor do faces, eyes, and ears grow on the body. The nature abides in light, but the spontaneous outer seal is not scattered, nor is the arrangement of the vase body's realm divided into colors, nor are the five lights scattered in all directions. Compassion abides in awareness, but there is no limitation or partiality in the objects of action, effort, and thought. As it says in the same text: "The essence is unchanging, abiding in the body, the three bodies are inseparable, abiding as the basis of all appearances, without faces or hands of characteristics. The five rays of the nature of clarity also abide in the manner of the youthful vase body, without the establishment of grasping colors. In the wisdom of compassion's awareness, although spontaneously accomplished, knowledge is unceasing. Although separately clear, becoming dual, there are no objects of action and agent." And: "The essence of awareness abides in the five bodies, the body is appearance but devoid of characteristics, the radiance of wisdom of emptiness and clarity combined, the part of the essence that is pure from the beginning, the three bodies are only the basis, but there is no establishment of faces and hands, there are mouths, eyes, and ears.
