Oral instruction: The manifestation of the direct perception of Dharmata is when the eye, space, and awareness are combined; the manifestation of increasing experience is that it first appears one span from the eyebrow; it appears like a bean, like a small ball; when practiced, the bindu transforms into five colors, and from that, the manifestation of the expanse arises; when that is practiced, only the appearance arises as light; when awareness reaches its limit, then those lights also appear as bodies and bindus; then those bodies also appear in fives, which is the manifestation of awareness reaching its limit; the manifestation of the exhaustion of Dharmata is when there is no establishment even in one's own essence, and when there is no establishment of a conclusion that it is like this, the attachment to body, speech, and mind is exhausted, and awareness abides in its own essence as the great Vajra Chain; here, the attachment to the three kayas is naturally exhausted, transcending the kayas; so it is said. During the arising of these four appearances, the respective postures of the three kayas are multiplied, and the instructions on the key points of posture, gaze, expanse, and awareness, along with the essential instructions, should be learned from the oral transmission.

Do not separate even for a moment. Thus, when the body does not move, the pulse, eyes, wind, and mind do not move. So it is said. Secondly, the key to staying still in the three ways of looking is that the pulse does not move, so the eyes do not move. Because the eyes do not move, the lamp does not move. Signs appear clearly and act as a stable support. The Extensive Sutra says: Do not move from the three ways of looking. Through the difference of the pulse, key points, and doors, awareness appears like a lamp. If the pulse does not move, the eyes do not move. If the lamp does not move, it is a great key point. So it is said. Thirdly, the mind does not move from those two key points. It is easy to accomplish spontaneously, but not only that, the state of naked awareness and wisdom is placed without moving from the sight, so there is a part of the appearance of the sphere, and awareness is included in what is grasped, and one arrives at the key point of the direct experience of the nature of realization. Also, the Extensive Sutra says: If the mind does not move, thoughts do not arise. The sphere and awareness are inseparable. By basing on the three immovables, the wind and mind arrive at the key point. So it is said. Secondly, measuring the extent of the three abidings, the Root Tantra says: By measuring the extent of the three abidings, reversing dreams and body, speech, and mind, signs and measures are definitely measured. As said before, there are two sequences of reality and the signs and measures of certainty arising from it. The first has three: From the Past Sequence: The body, appearance, and wind itself also abide without effort. It is accomplished by the calmness of Dharma nature. So it is said, thus by basing on the three immovables, one abides continuously in the meaning of the union of the sphere and awareness. Because the wind that moves the outer appearance is exhausted, the sphere and awareness abide without coming and going. Because the karma wind that moves the aggregates is exhausted, the body abides without moving. Because the horse wind that moves secretly is exhausted, the mind abides without the movement of thoughts. Thus, the measure of the three abidings is obtained in the three appearances of inferior, medium, and superior. The Extensive Sutra says: Alas, Mind Hero Vajra Strength! Secondly, the three abidings are taught. Because the wind that moves externally and internally is exhausted, the sphere and awareness abide without coming and going. Because the wind that moves the aggregates is exhausted, the body abides without moving. Because the wind that moves secretly is exhausted, the mind and thoughts abide without moving. So it is said. Secondly, explaining the three sequences of signs, measures, and certainty, the Clear Space says: The signs of those who have practiced in this way
