Releasing from the key point of the life force is life-exertion. Life is breath, exertion is prolonged extension, or life is the wind that wanders like a corpse, exertion is the method of entering and purifying the central channel, as explained in the Kalachakra. Alternatively, by cutting off the movement of life, exertion is the cessation of the movement of mind. From this wondrous secret, mind and awareness meet directly, grasping and being grasped dissolve into the central channel, called holding, and become the words of the Victorious Ones. The method of abiding, such as samadhi, posture, etc., is similar to the essential practice, and innate arises simultaneously, remembrance. When karmic winds cease and are separated from the defilements of the mind, the wisdom that increases in strength, the vast manifestation of suchness and whateverness, from this the limbs of samadhi are complete, that is, the mind of the Victorious Ones is accomplished. As it is said, the body is clear, subtle particles are diminished, and so on. As it is said in the Kalachakra Root Tantra and the Guhyasamaja Later Tantra: Each gathering and contemplation, as well as life-exertion and holding, remembrance and samadhi, are considered the six limbs of union. This is the way. Furthermore, it is said that in the Secret Illusion Net, the indestructible bindu dwells in the heart, and the basis for contemplating the five secret bindu instructions is also the five lights, the five wisdom dakinis, and the five bodies. These are what make it particularly superior by using the actual path. In short, these places introduce the bliss-clear non-conceptual luminosity into the continuum, therefore all the expedient keys of the completion stage, the result of expedient arising and union, are completely gathered in the upward increase. Secondly, the superior qualities of the Heart Essence in general, and the distinctions of the Great Perfection of Luminosity, the first is: This is the ultimate destination of all vehicles, first; the three bodies manifest directly on the path, therefore there is no sharpness or dullness of faculties, second; it does not dwell in the pursuit of non-ascetic meaning, therefore there is no old or young in age, third; its nature is uncreated, therefore it transcends the cause and effect of good and evil, fourth; the self-abiding result is used as the path, therefore it does not take long, and it is superior because of quick enlightenment, fifth; it does not depend on the edge of inferring the realization of the Dharmakaya, therefore it is superior, sixth; the secret door of the expedient is profound, and reliance is not mistaken, therefore it becomes the practice of obtaining the instructions, seventh; surpassing the

These seven points are generally established for two kinds of intelligent people. From the Tantra of One Cut, All Liberation: All the Dharma spoken by all the perfect Buddhas is ultimately shown here. This is different from others, very special, not a transmission of words, but the essence of the transmission of meaning. Those vehicles of words transmission that are achieved and transformed through effort, require aeons of asceticism to become primordial Buddhas. Just seeing this liberates. If you receive the grace of the Guru, in a secluded place, you will realize the meaning in seven days, and you will not regress in seven months. Seeing it liberates, and you will manifest enlightenment in seven years. Other vehicles, even if they abandon evil and cultivate virtue, hope to attain Buddhahood through the Dharma of abandoning and accepting. This lineage of meaning has no good or evil to be accepted or rejected. Committing the five inexpiable sins and practicing the ten non-virtuous actions, just as a single lamp destroys the darkness of aeons, seeing this, there is no sin, and you manifest enlightenment. Even if you practice the ten virtues to attain Buddhahood, you will not transcend the direct bliss of samsara. Therefore, just seeing this liberates, without abandoning evil, it is the Great Perfection of primordial purity. Without practicing virtue, it is the Great Perfection of self-completion. Without attaining Buddhahood, it is the Great Perfection of spontaneous accomplishment. Other vehicles, if practiced in youth, cannot be practiced in old age, saying that practice does not come. This has no distinction between old and young. Just as an old man who cannot stand or walk understands when he hears that word because it is needed, just hearing this liberates. If you do not realize this, even if you are old, you are still a child, not realizing the meaning of the Buddha. Obtaining this, you will manifest enlightenment. Therefore, this is particularly superior, there is no need to meditate, because hearing it arises as meditation. Even if you leave it without meditating, it will not be unclear, there is no possibility of negation. Just hearing it is the great primordial meditation. Any sentient being who realizes it becomes a Buddha, and the enlightened activities of all the Victorious Ones are accomplished. Therefore, this is more special than others. Other vehicles, if the senses such as eyes, nose, and tongue are blocked, it is meaningless and not suitable for Dharma practice. This has no distinction between sharpness and dullness in the senses. So it is. Secondly, for the path of the Heart Essence, it is also for two kinds of people with intelligence of objects and intelligence of self-appearance, considering the paths of effort and effortlessness, Chechö and Tögal are explained as two methods. As it says in the Abundant: Ah! Hero Vajra Power! Experience
