From the Bon lineage: From this begins the conduct of speech, Mantras and recitations are the sounds of Dharma, Appearing as existent and nonexistent, And expressing various thoughts and words. Various languages of animals, And various kinds of sounds, Who made the names like these? From the attachment to speech, self-liberating, This distinguishes saṃsāra and nirvāṇa. Thus it is said, and from the "One Cut" (gcig chod): The distinction of speech is Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) and Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: Phaṭ). Not speaking, inexpressible, relaxed, holding the winds. Thus it is said. Acting according to the mind, from the "Vastness" (rab 'byams): What precedes the mind is, The three poisons and various thoughts, The five poisons and the three poisons are the maṇḍala of the gods, Taking the suffering of the six realms into the mind, All that is assembled is impermanent, Meditating on the miraculous transformations of all that is destroyed. Thus it is said, and from the "Transcendence" (thal 'gyur): Having reached the limit in this way, The yogi should purify the mind. Past, future, and present, Relying on the wheel of memory, thought, scattering, and gathering. Like and dislike, good and bad mind, For all that is existent and nonexistent, Examining outwardly, thinking inwardly, The memory of how one has thought, Certainly cuts off the continuation of arising from the outside. Who can distinguish the meaning of this? Thus it is said, and from the "One Cut" (gcig chod): The distinction of mind is renunciation, Do not stray from the object of focus. Thus it is said. Second, the way to purify the distinctions as within: From the first testament of the Buddha: Since this body is born from the cause of ignorance, The seeds of the six realms reside within it. Since awareness is the reality of the three kāyas, The three kāyas appear as three letters. Practicing the power of letters, distinguish the distinctions. As it is said, like practicing the seeds of saṃsāra, the cause of confusion, in order to cut off the continuation of the six realms as the result, therefore the object of purification is the six places of the body of beings: the object of purification is the white Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ā, Chinese literal meaning: Āḥ) seed of the gods at the crown of the head, the yellow-green Su (Tibetan: སུཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: सु, Sanskrit Romanization: su, Chinese literal meaning: Su) seed of the asuras at the throat, the blue-green Nṛ (Tibetan: ནྲཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: नृ, Sanskrit Romanization: nṛ, Chinese literal meaning: Nṛ) seed of humans at the heart, the red-black Tri (Tibetan: ཏྲིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: त्र, Sanskrit Romanization: tri, Chinese literal meaning: Tri) seed of animals at the navel, the gray-green Pre (Tibetan: པྲེཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: प्रे, Sanskrit Romanization: pre, Chinese literal meaning: Pre) seed of pretas at the secret place, and the black Du (Tibetan: དུཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: दु, Sanskrit Romanization: du, Chinese literal meaning: Du) seed of hell beings at the soles of the feet, all adorned with the bindus of self-radiance that reside congenitally with the habitual tendencies of the six realms of beings. The purifier visualizes the essence of the three vajras in the three places, composed of three letters of white, red, and blue color, and as it is clearly manifested, from that, the fire of wisdom blazes as self-radiance, gathering and radiating self and sentient beings.

Thinking of burning the seeds and habitual tendencies together into ashes, recite the Vajra mantra seven million times. Furthermore, as stated in 'Vast Expanse of Clarity': 'Since the body is produced by the cause of ignorance, the seeds of the six realms reside within it. The crown of the head, throat, heart, navel, secret place, and soles of the feet are the six places. A tri nra su pre duḥ (ཨ་ཏྲི་ནྲ་སུ་པྲེ་དུཿ, अ त्रि न्र सु प्रे दुः, a tri nra su pre duḥ, meaning: A Tri Nra Su Pre Duh) are the six places. The colors are white, blue, green, yellow, red, black, and smoky six. Because the six seeds are impure, one constantly wanders in the six realms of samsara. In order to purify these six seeds, awareness is truly the three kayas, therefore the three kayas reside in three letters. Practice the skill of letters, distinguishing the pure from the impure. The actual distinction is as follows: One's own ordinary body, meditate clearly on the six letters in the six places. Meditate on white OM (ཨོཾ, ओ, om, meaning: Om) at the crown of one's head, red AH (ཨཱཿ, आ, āḥ, meaning: Ah) at the throat, and blue HUM (ཧཱུྃ, हुं, hūṃ, meaning: Hum) at the heart. From the three letters, the fire of wisdom arises, burning with white, red, and blue light. Meditate on burning the six seeds of the six realms, the sins and obscurations of body, speech, and mind, and the habitual tendencies of ignorance into ashes. Recite OM (ཨོཾ, ओ, om, meaning: Om) AH (ཨཱཿ, आ, āḥ, meaning: Ah) HUM (ཧཱུྃ, हुं, hūṃ, meaning: Hum) seven million times.' Thus, as a sign of purifying sins, in experiences and dreams, the clinging to names and concepts of the three doors is liberated. May the experience of bliss, clarity, and non-thought arise in the continuum. Third, engaging in secret conduct: the three trainings of body as vajra, speech as letters, and mind trained by view. First, visualize one's own body as a blue vajra blazing with fire, and with its rays, think that all inner and outer bodies are purified into vajra. Join the soles of the feet together, place the tips of the ten fingers on the ground, spread the two knees outwards, and join the two hands at the crown of the head without touching. The recollection of purification is that the upward three points are the three: essence, nature, and compassion, symbolizing the wisdom of the ground of self-origination or the container of jewels; the downward three points are the three kayas, symbolizing the container of spontaneously accomplished jewels of the fruition; the waist is rolled into one, symbolizing the path of spontaneously accomplished jewels being indivisible, the three containers and three intentions rolled into one, so that the blessings of the three realms and three poisons being purified in their own place are obtained in the continuum. Pressing on the essential points of the body is a skillful means to separate the pure from the impure of the mind, a profound door. As stated in 'Thalgyur': 'Accompanied by the vajra posture, training the body benefits the mind.'
