Complete with the great and sacred Powa is also Dzogchen. Therefore, instead of specifically practicing the Dharma with characteristics, it is decided to be self-perfected Dzogchen. From the Ocean of Nectar: From the depths of the vast essence of Dharmata, one does not accept Dharma practices with characteristics; loving-kindness is impartial, and compassion pervades all. If one realizes the meaning of primordial purity and boundless liberation, then without practicing the ten virtues, one attains enlightenment. It also says: If one realizes the meaning of complete Tögal, then without accumulating the two accumulations, it is perfected in one moment; without purifying the two obscurations, it is pure from the beginning; without making aspirations, it is naturally accomplished; the essence is self-enlightened as the Dharmakaya Buddha. Unlike the Dharma of the lower vehicles, without effort, accumulation of merit, and aspirations, one attains the Buddha of true meaning. From this, the views of eternalism and nihilism are also perfected. From Rangshar: In the view of Dzogchen, one is perfected, two are perfected, everything is perfected. The extreme of existence is perfected, and the extreme of non-existence is perfected. The extreme of permanence is perfected, and the extreme of annihilation is perfected. What is is perfected, and what is not is perfected. Therefore, it is called perfection. Second, the decision that the essence has no establishment: Thus, the true meaning of the ten perfections and the ten objects, is perfected in the wisdom of the pure, fundamental, self-existing nature, and in the equality and after-effects of the yogi on the path, but from the perspective of primordial purity itself, it is a boundary where no faults or virtues are mixed, and it is not established anywhere, so it is non-existent. As it says in the Garland of Pearls: In short, however things appear, all phenomena arise from it. The vehicles of great and small order also arise from it. Appearing as deities, mantras, and mudras, virtue and its fruit, and also the ten perfections, the grounds and qualities arise from it. Because the essence is primordially pure by nature, it transcends grounds, directions, and boundaries; there is no appearance of existence and non-existence. Giving, morality, and patience, they are devoid of harmful and beneficial results. Hearing, thinking, and meditating, even if considered supreme, one does not see it. Seeing, meditating, and practicing, one does not change in knowing its meaning. There is no mandala there, no seed for generating deities, what is the use of mantras and mudras? There is no need for offerings, etc., nor is there a need for joy. Where are empowerment and vows? There is no approach and no accomplishment. There is no unfolding of the wheel of samsara and nirvana, there is no protection, and no place to be protected, transcending the realm of demons and harm.

Thus it is said. Furthermore, without skillful means, wisdom itself is also absent; without deities, there is also no place for offerings. Thus and so forth, it is extensively stated. Therefore, regarding the essence, it should be determined that it does not establish any grounds, paths, philosophical tenets, appearance, or emptiness. Thirdly, in that way, it is determined that the ultimate vehicle is established as one. Among these, the manner in which the one vehicle is established, and the manner in which it surpasses all others are two aspects. Firstly, in the common vehicle, it is said that the Hearers are prophesied to achieve enlightenment and generate the mind of enlightenment, and from the Bodhisattva Dharma tradition, it is said that vast wisdom of mantra is attained. Moreover, the Protector Maitreya also said: Because the realm of Dharma is without difference, lineages cannot be different. Thus and so forth, those statements that the ultimate vehicle is established as one, the intermediate teachings brought forth the essence of emptiness, free from elaboration. The latter mainly holds onto the appearance aspect of body and wisdom, and although the union of mantra, the root tantra Vajra Essence, is integrated into one, because of clinging to the delayed ripening of the fruit, in the distinction of the six tantras, in the outer and inner aspects of whether to enter or not, it also becomes an eye that clarifies one aspect of Atiyoga Vajra King. By teaching this, because the intention of all is seen at once, it also becomes a clarifier of those, thus becoming an eye. Because all, due to their own intellectual faults, do not see the correct path, it is like not knowing the entrance to the city of great liberation, thus also becoming an eye, that is: From the Gongdü (Collected Intentions) it says: Desiring to know all, the noble should know this path, the nature of mind is the noble path, like the path of birds in the sky without trace, the noble path without fear or reversal. And, in the Yeshe Galsel (Manifestation of Wisdom) it says: This is the supreme noble path, if you want to see all the small mountains, like climbing to the top of the mountain king, if you want to know the lower vehicles, you should look at the meaning of Atiyoga. And, in the Düpa (Compendium) it says: Without wisdom, like the five perfections without eyes. And, as it is said in the Engaging in the Bodhisattva Deeds: Here also with intelligence, taking the qualities of the eye, one goes as a victor. In particular, it also becomes the great secret of all teachings, and it causes the liberation of all vehicles to ripen into the ultimate nature of reality, as it is said in the General Tantra: Just as from the top of a high mountain, all are skilled in seeing the path, likewise from the high mountain of wisdom, all.
