殊胜的智慧不会显现，一是加持的传承衰败，二是密咒被用作争斗的证据的过失，三是对离名言等的法用分别念衡量之过失，四是空行护法手中被强夺的惩罚，五是由于没有解开深奥隐晦的意义，而将密意理解为邪见的过失，六是成为虚假口诀，成为耳传的血证“扎雅”的过失，七是变成与传承的实践诀窍无关的杂乱之物。像这些会产生无量过失。如《秘密藏续》所说：“未依止上师，未获得灌顶，听闻等精进，无果且徒劳。”又如《秘密力圆续》所说：“口诀以意义解开时，见到自己的明灯，智慧光明生起时，清净一方灌顶圆满。”又说：“唯有证悟上师的加持。”如《喜金刚》中所说：“非他所说俱生智，任何地方亦不生，上师时机善巧说。”又如《普贤续》中所说：“对精要之义不取舍，然人与非人鬼神作阻碍，空行成就者之二者，非时死亡及恐惧所控制。”又说：“喜欢名声和世间法，傲慢不敬圣者心胸狭隘，轻蔑恐惧且不具信心，自以为是修持强行贪求。”又如《根本堕罪汇集》中所说：“于离名言等之法，于彼作分别念乃第十。”又说：“唉玛！佛陀之密意，不能以推理衡量。”这是《力圆续》中所说。幻化续中说：“从内心揭示隐藏之义，导师金刚持心中住。”又如《虚空广阔续》中所说：“具传承确定之口诀，若示自心精要法身，示则当下即能知，未示之间不能知。”又如《安乐轮续》中所说：“如是具传承之上师，若未示口诀法身，以各种方便和欺骗，成为盗法的过患之法。

The excellent wisdom will not appear. Firstly, the lineage of blessings is weakened. Secondly, the fault of using secret mantras as evidence in disputes. Thirdly, the fault of measuring the Dharma that is beyond names and concepts with conceptual thoughts. Fourthly, the punishment of being forcibly taken from the hands of the Dakini oath-bound protectors. Fifthly, the fault of misunderstanding the profound and obscure meaning, and interpreting the intent as a wrong view. Sixthly, becoming a false instruction, becoming the blood evidence "Praya" of the oral transmission. Seventhly, it becomes a chaotic mess unrelated to the practical instructions of the lineage. Like these, countless faults will arise. As stated in the Guhyagarbha Tantra: "Without relying on a teacher, without receiving empowerments, diligence in listening, etc., is fruitless and only leads to ruin." Also, as stated in the Guhyabalapurna Tantra: "When the oral instructions are unlocked with meaning, seeing one's own lamp, when the light of wisdom arises, the empowerment of one pure aspect is complete." It also says: "Only through the blessings of the realized Lama." As stated in the Hevajra Tantra: "The co-emergent wisdom not spoken by others, does not arise anywhere else, the Lama skillfully teaches the timing." Also, as stated in the Kunjed Gyalpo Tantra: "Although there is no acceptance or rejection of the essence of meaning, humans and non-human spirits create obstacles, both of the accomplished Dakinis, are controlled by untimely death and fear." It also says: "Liking fame and worldly Dharma, arrogant, disrespectful to holy beings, narrow-minded, scornful, fearful, and without faith, self-righteous practice, forcibly desiring." Also, as stated in the Compendium of Root Downfalls: "Regarding the Dharmas that are beyond names and concepts, to conceptualize about them is the tenth." It also says: "Ema! The intention of the Buddha, cannot be measured by reasoning." This is what is said in the Balapurna Tantra. In the Mayajala Tantra it says: "Revealing the hidden meaning from within, dwells in the heart of the teacher Vajradhara." Also, as stated in the Namkhai Longyang Tantra: "With the definitive oral instructions of the lineage, if the essence of one's own mind, the Dharmakaya, is shown, it is known immediately when shown, it cannot be known until it is shown." Also, as stated in the Sukhavati Chakra Tantra: "Likewise, if the oral instruction Dharmakaya of the Lama with lineage is not shown, with various means and deceptions, it becomes the Dharma of the fault of stealing the Dharma.
