Pa la! There is no birth or decay. What is the way to liberation? It is liberation through the meaning of the pith instructions. As it is said, the great inseparability of the expanse and awareness, from the beginning, is determined by the view, and the spontaneously accomplished wisdom, which does not need to be accomplished through action or effort, is unconditioned. Because it is not specifically bound by tethers, there is no need to meditate, and great self-meditation is impossible to meditate on. There is not even a moment of distraction, and that is: From the Kuntuzangpo Yeshe Salton Gyü: "Where is there meditation on that? If awareness does not grasp the movement, how can meditation become meditation? As soon as self-meditation without meditation arises, it is meditation without meditation." When that becomes confidence, it is the view without seeing. When that abides in itself, it is the conduct without practice. If it becomes like that, it is Buddhahood. So it is said. Secondly: Explaining the reasonableness of the great unmeditated self-settling and how to settle. The first of these is: Since samsara and nirvana are primordially pure, rejection and acceptance are unreasonable, and because of the equality of nature, the reasonableness of unmeditated self-settling. The first is: The five external objects, the self-form of emptiness and appearance, are like the moon in water, so there is no need to purify emptiness. The thoughts of the inner mind are without trace, like hailstones in the sky, so there is no need to destroy them with antidotes. The secret self-awareness, bodhichitta, the naked mind, stainless and self-luminous, without putting on the clothes of fabrication, relaxing and abiding, awareness soars naked, and its adornment, the appearance of Kuntuzangpo, appears in the external world, and seeing, hearing, thinking, and knowing are uninterrupted, so the appearance is great purity, the enjoyment body is primordially enlightened, so there is no rejection or obstruction, there is no need to obstruct, and it is held by radiance. If you try to obstruct it, you will fall into the meditation of the Shravakas, etc., which is not reasonable. If you examine it, the various objects, white and red, are also the light of the five inner-arising wisdoms, and the cause of clinging to self is the illusion of the five later-arising elements and the body. The key is that clinging to the wisdom of great compassion is the illusion of the mind. Just as when a rope is mistaken for a snake, the snake is also a rope. No matter how things appear, dwelling in the way things are, the three realms arise in the great realization of the spontaneously arising mandala of meaning, without cessation. In the Garland of Pearls it says: Ema, those

Thus, all appearances, if even illusion itself is self-liberated, how much more so that which is without illusion? How all speech and actions are the practice of clear emptiness-awareness. All thoughts of good and bad are meditation, like the vastness of a river's expanse. All desires for wrong views and right views are like the non-discriminating view of yoga. All clinging to hope and doubt are unrefined, naturally occurring fruits. Desiring to manifest the Great Seal, eating and drinking are approached, sleeping and sitting are accomplished. All compounded things are abodes of the gods. Phlegm and saliva obscure the mandala. All three thousand worlds are the mandala. Rain and mist are poured down. The path of going is a great mark. Footprints are lines of colored dust. The desire to go is the posture itself. Moving the limbs is the mudra. How speech is the words of mantra. All thoughts are the generation stage. What moves in the mind is the offering itself. What appears as form is the body of the deity. Uttering great sounds is music itself. One's own body is the vase. The hair is beautiful as decorative leaves. Blood, pus, and all waters are filled with substances such as essence. Give the powers that appear to oneself. Without inviting, it is complete in itself. Desiring to transcend is the samaya. Desiring to protect is the bond itself. Desiring to be liberated is deterioration. Desiring to be without is the supreme sage. All that is seen is the symbol of the mudra. Attachment to that is experience. Clear knowing is the instruction. The union of object and mind is the place of establishment. Birth, old age, sickness, and death are the key to habituation. The non-cessation of the six consciousnesses is realization. Thus it is said. From the All-Creating One: All arising and illusion is my mind. All abiding is illusion, my heart. All appearing is illusion, my body. All sounding is illusion, my speech. Seeing without ceasing appears as my form. Hearing without ceasing sounds as my sound. Smelling without ceasing feels as my scent. Tasting without ceasing exists as my taste. Feeling without ceasing is as quick as my mind. Secret afflictions are my miracles. Buddhas and sentient beings are my cemetery. The All-Creating One, I am the great self-clear appearance. Thus it is said. Moreover, all of existence is the mandala of the spontaneously arisen wisdom body. All sounds are the mandala of speech. All remembrance and awareness is the mandala of mind. Having become enlightened in the wheel of wisdom ornaments, there is no need for affirmation or negation.
