I have no alternating acceptance or rejection of the appearance and emptiness of awareness. In the Treasury of Dharmadhatu, the three bonds of essence, nature, and compassion are shown, and in the Kunjed Gyalpo Tantra (All-Creating King Tantra), the method of training in the five great elements of the nature of mind is also of the same essence. By training in this way, the signs of warmth at the point of familiarity and habituation are: awareness does not go under the power of conditions, the stream of thoughts is cut off, phenomena are suppressed, and so on. As it is said in Kunsal (All-Pervading Luminosity): "Awareness does not go under the power of conditions, the stream of thoughts is cut off, phenomena are suppressed. The signs of warmth arise unintentionally." For those of middling intelligence, the samadhi of the continuous stream is not meditated upon. The meaning of meditating on the bodhisattva's contemplation is: whether it arises naturally or through meditation, in any case, all four modes of conduct, as long as one does not move from the state of the self-appearance of wisdom, one practices in the self-liberation of phenomena. The wheel of dharmata, the purity of nature, and the essence of self are what is to be learned. The method of training is: look at the space between the eyes, twist the throat to the right, place the chin on the shoulder, draw and cut off the flow of wind in the three channels, and fill the special waves of the Lord of Death. The measure of proficiency is: the prophecies of the three channels arise in sequence. These are also, in sequence, as it is said in Kunsal (All-Pervading Luminosity): Non-distraction is: even when sitting, one is sitting without moving from the state of the self-appearance of dharmata; even when walking, one is walking without interrupting the nature of the self-radiance of wisdom, like a lamp or the sun walking from its self-appearance; even when sleeping, one is in the expanse of non-movement from the state, in the state of transparent awareness, the power gathers at the base, the nature dissolves into the base, phenomena are self-liberated, and one becomes greatly enriched in meaning. Even when standing, from non-movement from the state, awareness arises naturally and is clear without interruption. O son of noble family, keep this well in mind! The four modes of conduct, even when practiced, do not go beyond one's own radiance and do not move from the state of dharmata, just as a bird, no matter where it flies, does not go beyond the sky; a fish, no matter where it swims, does not go beyond the water; and a person, no matter where he goes, does not go beyond the earth, and does not move from the state of transformation and realization. Son of noble family, what is to be meditated upon is: Furthermore, the perfect Buddha is not elsewhere, but is self-luminous.

It is only the body. (Tibetan: ྐུ་ཁོ་ནའོ༔) Thus it is said, the samadhi of the Bodhisattva dwells between the Buddha and sentient beings, the eyes look into space, the neck is slightly bent, and the chin rests on the shoulder. This is the method of cutting off the flow of the three channels. Thus it is said, the extent of learning is the sequential occurrence of prophecies. From the Guru, Yidam, and Dakini, relying on the sound of things and occurrences, certainty arises in the continuum. Thus it is said. Secondly, the practice of differentiating those with minds focused on objects is, as stated in the 'Heap of Jewels Tantra': The order of differentiation is like this, practice meticulously. There are yogis who continuously practice view, as well as yogis who continuously practice meditation, action, and result. In the manner of the four lords, also grasp the four natures of meaning, action is to have power over appearances, meditation is the union of day and night, view is to sever the continuity of the city, and the result is non-reversal. With the four kinds of awareness of objects, like this, sever the stream of arising appearances. The methods of abiding are: the method of staring at appearances, the method of the mountain king standing upright, the method of the clear ocean, the method of awareness standing upright is its intention. Four instructions: awareness abides in a place without support. Its meaning is: the intention of establishing appearances and existence on the ground, the intention of completely liberating the three realms, the intention of the three existences being primordially pure, the instruction of appearances standing upright. With four, discern appearances and existence, all phenomena. Time is the time when instructions are exhausted, the time of abiding in Dharma, the time of abandoning Dharma, the time of transcending and being liberated from Dharma. With four, become proficient in all phenomena, the method of purification is to transform afflictions into the path, expand the pure place, and be liberated from afflictions. The four key points of liberation are to have power over afflictions. By this, determine one's own measure, with the faith of four examples, show one's own face, with the four great assurances of unchanging view, also grasp the measure of irreversible wisdom. Whoever becomes accustomed to this, in the Great Perfection of self-nature, touches it with this, Samaya. (Tibetan: ས་མ་ཡཱ༔) Thus it is said, these words, within the scope of meaning, view, meditation, and action, although the above-mentioned also have ways of retracting, the meaning is the same. This also can independently perform view, meditation, and action, and moreover, for the intention of the Tathagatagarbha, it is also the four continuous practices.
