In the Tantra of Manifesting Clear Wisdom, it says: In front, focus on what is high, When visualizing various images, Sit comfortably on a comfortable cushion, Visualize within the images in front. When visualizing gentle winds, Visualize wherever is comfortable, above, below, or in between. When visualizing bindus, At the space between the eyebrows or the tip of the nose, Focus on the bindus and visualize. Similarly, when visualizing an umbrella, Below, visualize a large umbrella wheel. When visualizing the wheel, Paper umbrellas and birds circle above. Smell incense with the nose and listen to sounds with the ears, Without distraction, focus and visualize. When visualizing letters, Also in the four abodes of the mind, Visualize the letters such as A. When visualizing the Wisdom Mother, The secret space empowers and bestows, Unite the senses and practice together, If one drop falls, hold onto two drops. When visualizing the Guru, Imagine at the crown of the head. When visualizing fierce winds, Make it the support for consciousness, Focus and practice visualization. When visualizing space, Focus on the space of one cubit. Thus it is said. If summarizing the meaning, In Self-Arisen it says: The method for gods and humans to hold the mind Is to combine and gather the breath of the mouth and nose, If the non-conceptual mind does not scatter, This is the nature of single-pointed awareness, It is said to be without temporary thoughts. However, it cannot express the great meaning. As it is said, etc., practice the Samadhi of uniting Shamatha and Vipassana in various ways, merely to immediately calm the thoughts of the mind. Because this is the non-conceptual single-pointedness that leads the mind to the path, it cannot express the great meaning. However, it is not unnecessary, because through this method, the mind and wisdom can be combined. For example, when earth and water mix, by clarifying the turbidity, the clarity of the water will reveal stars and images, etc. Similarly, from the mind of the Alaya consciousness, which includes the eight consciousnesses, the wisdom of the Dharmakaya is realized, and it should initially abide as merely a method. In the previous Tantra of Manifesting Clear Wisdom, it says: That empty and clear great awareness, Hold from the perspective of the two Alayas, The Alaya of the original meaning, And the Alaya of combining conditions, All sentient beings possess, Past habitual tendencies and those, Later afflictions and conceptual thoughts, Like earth and water combining, Like becoming turbid. Those three are all

I merge with the Dharmakaya, that is not the Dharmakaya, that itself is the basis of meaning. For example, water, like turbidity being cleared away, the awareness that is not defiled by habitual tendencies, concepts, and afflictions, there is no pain of non-realization. The Dharmakaya that is self-arisen without grasping, by relaxing the self-nature in awareness, awareness is clear and blissful, without attachment, there is no pain of realization. In a solitary place, divide into sessions, initially only practice, abide in it naturally, thus it is said. Second, dispelling obstacles, in general, all the faults of samadhi arise because beings rely on the three elements of bile, wind, and phlegm, which cause the elements to be scattered and disturbed. To cure these faults and transform them into the path, one needs to understand from clear scriptures through the guru's oral instructions. In the tantra that clearly shows wisdom, it says: At the time of holding the mind, because virtues appear as faults, cure the faults in this way: If wind arises, then one becomes agitated and cannot sleep, rely on nourishing massage for that. If bile arises, the mind becomes extremely confused, and yellow and red appearances occur, practice in a cool place and stay cool, take cool medicine and nourishing food. If phlegm arises, it disturbs everything, when appetite is not good, reduce the intake of cold food. During the period of holding the mind, cut off the delusion of distraction, hold without distraction. Before the mind is grasped, at night recite the holding of the mind, and cut off the wandering of the mind, then the mind can be firmly held, awareness is empty and clear, this is the view, abide in this state and practice. Practice without distraction in this, from this the result appears as the body, and the five wisdoms. Thus it is said. Also, in the root text, it says: Suddenly strike, shout "Phat!" (藏文:ཕཊ།,梵文天城体:phaṭ,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:啪!), it is said that at the time of directly giving the self-nature, besides practice, it can also become a special method of dispelling obstacles during experience. Peel off the skin of clinging to experience, destroy fabricated views, practices, etc. In "Kunsel," it says: Sometimes exhale the breath with the sounds "Ha" and "Phat." Thus it is said. Second, the Bodhisattva's meditation, divided into two types: actual practice and incidental arising, first is: without grasping the mind, yet able to abide continuously in non-conceptual wisdom, free from sinking and agitation.
