Moreover, the great cessation that stops all the elaborations of mind, intellect, and consciousness is also the Great Perfection. Therefore, instead of deliberately practicing the Dharma with characteristics, one should decide on self-perfected Great Perfection. From the Ocean of Nectar: From the heart of the vast essence of Dharma-nature, one does not accept Dharma practices with characteristics; loving-kindness pervades all directions, and compassion extends to all. If one realizes the meaning of primordial purity and complete liberation, one attains enlightenment without practicing the ten virtues. It also says: If one realizes the meaning of complete breakthrough, one perfects it in one moment without accumulating the two accumulations. Without purifying the two obscurations, it is pure from the beginning. Without making aspirations, it is naturally accomplished. The essence is self-enlightened as the Dharmakaya Buddha. Unlike the Dharma of the lower vehicles, without effort, accumulating merit, and making aspirations, one attains the Buddha of true meaning. From this, the tenets of permanence and annihilation are also perfected. From Rangshar: In the tenets of the Great Perfection, one perfection, two perfections, all perfections. The end of existence is perfected, and the end of non-existence is perfected. The end of permanence is perfected, and the end of annihilation is perfected. Is is perfected, and is not is perfected. Therefore, it is called perfection. Second, deciding that there is no establishment in the essence: Thus, the meaning of the ten perfections and the ten realities is perfected in the wisdom of the pure, fundamental, natural, and spontaneous accomplishment, and in the equality and after-effects of the path yogi, but from the perspective of primordial purity itself, it is a level where no faults or virtues are mixed in. Because it is not established anywhere, it is non-existent. As it says in the Garland of Pearls: In short, how things appear, all dharmas arise from it. The vehicles of great and small order also arise from it. Appearing as deities, mantras, and mudras, virtue and its fruits, and the ten perfections as well, the ground and qualities arise from it. Since the essence is primordially pure, it transcends ground, direction, and boundaries. There is no appearance like existence and non-existence. Giving, morality, and patience, that itself is free from the fruits of harm and benefit. Hearing, thinking, and meditating, even if considered supreme, one does not see it. Seeing, meditating, and acting, one cannot know its meaning. There is no mandala on it, no seed for generating deities. What can mantras and mudras do? There is no need for offerings and so on. Where are empowerment and vows? There is no approach or accomplishment. Samsara and Nirvana

It does not exist. There is no protection, and no place to be protected. It transcends the realm of demons and harm. Furthermore, there is no means, and wisdom itself does not exist. There are no gods, and no place for offerings. And so on, it is widely proclaimed. Therefore, regarding the essence, it should be determined that it is not established in any path, tenet, appearance, or emptiness. Third, since it is so, it should be determined that it ultimately culminates in the One Vehicle. Among these, the way the One Vehicle is accomplished, and the way it is superior to all, are twofold. First, in common terms, the Shravakas are prophesied to achieve Bodhi and are said to generate Bodhicitta. Bodhisattvas are said to obtain vast wisdom of mantra from the Dharma lineage. The Protector Maitreya also said: Because the Dharmadhatu is without difference, lineages cannot be different. And so on, those teachings that proclaim the ultimate accomplishment in the One Vehicle, the intermediate teachings bring forth the essence of emptiness, free from elaboration. The final teachings mainly hold onto the appearance aspect of form and wisdom, and unite the union of mantra, the base continuum, the Vajra Essence, into one. However, due to clinging to the delayed ripening of the fruit, regarding the inner and outer aspects of whether or not to enter, in the classification of the six tantras, it also becomes an eye that clarifies one aspect of Atiyoga, the King of Vajras. Because the explanation of this teaching allows one to see the intention of all at once, it also becomes their clarifier, thus becoming an eye. Because all beings, due to their own intellectual defects, cannot see the correct path, like not knowing the entrance to the city of great liberation, it also becomes an eye. In the Gongdü it says: "Wanting to know all of all, the holy ones should know this path. Mind itself is the holy path, like bird tracks in the sky, without a trace. The holy path is without fear or reversal." Also, in the Yeshe Salton it says: "This is the supreme holy path. If you want to see all the small mountains, like climbing to the peak of the King of Mountains. If you want to understand the lower vehicles, look at the meaning of Atiyoga." Also, in the Düpa it says: "Without wisdom, like being without eyes, one cannot reach the five perfections." As it is said in the Jukpa: "Here also, with intelligence, take the qualities of the eye, and go to victory itself." In particular, it also becomes the great secret of all teachings and ripens the ultimate nature of liberation of all vehicles, as it is said in the General Sutra: "Like a high mountain"
