It is seen. From the complete great accomplishment, thus the meaning of crossing the other shore, is the self-nature all-pervading wisdom. Thus it is said. From the garland, this appearance of seeing, should be distinguished as the nature of reality. Thus it is said. Secondly, the way in which the miraculous conduct of the Vajrayana is perfected, is through the ten boundaries of conduct, and its Nopi, and the three tantras of knowing, increasing, and attaining it, and incidentally, the way in which the worldly path is perfected. Firstly, in brief, generally; extensively, specifically explained. The first is: Generally, all three, the basis, path, and result of the Paramita Vehicle, are completely purified and filled upwards in the Vajrayana, especially all the self-nature gathered by the six perfections of conduct, is perfected in the ten boundaries of the mantra's teachings. The way of this is clearly explained in detail in the Wisdom Wrathful Lightning and the Seven Great Sutras. Now, the teaching tradition has not disappeared, and it is widely known in the Secret Essence, which is of the same intention, and the ten measures of the tantra are spoken of: View, Samadhi, Conduct, Mandala, Empowerment, Samaya, Accomplishment, Offering, Activity, and the practice of combining Mudra and Mantra into one. And its essence is not different: Wisdom, Contemplation, Patience, Wisdom, Strength, Discipline, Diligence, Generosity, Aspiration, the Paramitas of Skillful Means are completely and powerfully undiminished and spontaneously accomplished. Thus, those miraculous powers of the Vajrayana are also in this self-nature supreme vehicle king, without doing, they are already complete, free from effort and accomplishment, in the realm of the naturally blissful Dharma-nature, in the share of yoga that is comfortable, relaxed, and expansive, abiding in the stream of Dharma, and the way of attaining through the stages of the four: Dharma exhausted, Dharma abandoned, Dharma transcended. If explained extensively, it is limitless, but in essence, the basis, path, and result are inseparable, perfected into a single Bindu and stopped. Thus, also in the Dharmakaya Unborn Wisdom Tantra, the qualities of realizing that are: the aspects of arising mind above and below, and the completion of Shamatha and Vipassana, the ten Paramitas, empowerments, etc., all the activities and conduct of mantra are perfected. Thus it is said. Also in the Space Treasury, similarly, realizing this meaning, the ten Paramitas, empowerments, etc., are spontaneously accomplished without self-nature or effort. Thus it is said. Secondly, extensively and specifically explained.

Of the ten categories, the first is view: All aggregates, elements, and sources of samsara are essentially completely pure, empty, equal, and surpassing ultimate truth; its self-radiance, without seeking the mundane mandala of deities elsewhere, is originally enlightened, which is the valid measure that demonstrates this, the realized meaning of the union of two wisdoms, the great essence of the Dharmakaya, where different truths are inseparable. For outer and inner mantras, merely following the faith with certainty, abiding in faith and practice, and making aspirations for it, even if the means of method, effort, practice, and transformation cannot be measured, here, the lama shows the means of time, so that it manifests as the self-aware state of wisdom beyond examination, and thus the aspiration is accomplished, so it ultimately reaches beyond faith and practice. From the Garland: Samsara and nirvana are complete on the ground, awareness and emptiness are self-liberated, this is the great view. The second is samadhi: It is the wisdom that grasps the essence, nature, and compassion of the three, the spontaneously perfect great perfection of the three bodies not created, the way of holding with conceptual mind, self-extinguishing into emptiness, is the complete samadhi. From the same: The three bodies are not created, spontaneously perfect, the generation stage arises naturally. And: With conceptual mind, the nature of reality is empty and clear, complete samadhi is not to be meditated upon. Therefore, one should cut off obstacles in the yoga of spontaneously perfect great perfection. The third is the perfection of discipline and conduct: Although it will be explained in detail below, here, abiding in the state of equanimity and self-liberation, without being distracted by appearances, without negating, practicing, abandoning, or accepting, but the uncorrected, naturally arising conduct, abandoning the appearance of conduct into the nature of reality as a companion, the subsequent attainment of all good naturally arises, thereby reaching the ultimate in which all the conduct of liberation through means is spontaneously accomplished. From the same: By staring at appearances, uncorrected, naturally arising conduct is great. Otherwise, all conduct with characteristics, after the distraction of the three doors, good and bad delusions, looking for purification, liberation, and definite emergence, thus losing the ultimate confidence and falling astray. Therefore, discipline is the work of demons. Again, the self-existing mandala of nature, striving to accomplish it elsewhere is: Abiding in oneself, do not seek far away, take up effortless bliss, there is no greater fatigue and illness than this. Therefore, because of the confusion of view and conduct, it cannot be accomplished, so the mantra is said.", "language_note": "The translation aims to be as literal as possible while maintaining readability. Some terms are left untranslated where their meaning is highly specific to Tibetan Buddhism and a direct translation would be misleading.
