Improper attention, constantly engages in attention. Improper attention, thoroughly abides in the pure nature of mind itself, does not abide in all natures. Thus it is said. From the part with distinctions, etc., it is not empty. Thus it is said. In the Tantra of the All-Creating King, it says: All phenomena that appear, because of their aggregation, are the essence. All phenomena that appear, because of their arising, are the seed. All phenomena that appear, because of their coming forth, are also the cause. All phenomena that appear, because of the arising of limbs, are the trunk. All phenomena that appear, because of abiding in their own state, are the basis. All phenomena that appear, because they are 'I', are said to be the root. Thus it is said. In the Marvelous One, it says: Wondrous bodies and wisdom realms, and all the qualities and activities of the Buddhas, are the appearance of that very wisdom. They are not from elsewhere, but spontaneously accomplished in that way. Thus it is said. Furthermore, whether one grasps or does not grasp one's own resonance as self, samsara and nirvana appear. However, in the nature of awareness, there is no acceptance or rejection of good or bad, because it is primordially equality itself. It is the way of abiding in the great liberation of the three realms. As explained earlier in the context of the eight aspects of spontaneous accomplishment, everything is complete in the ground. As it says in the Tantra of the Rosary of Precious Pearls: Therefore, in the awareness abiding in the ground, because it is self-arisen, appearance is complete. Because it is self-originated, the ground itself is complete. Because it is self-appearing, the objects are also complete. Because it is self-liberated, the basis of delusion is complete. Because it is self-pure, all paths are complete. Because it is self-knowing, all knowable things are complete. Because it is self-pervading, the result is complete. Thus, all of samsara and nirvana are complete in the gate of spontaneously accomplished awareness, and therefore the ground is complete. All the phenomena of samsara and nirvana arise from it, and therefore it is also complete. In short, all phenomena that appear arise from it. Thus it is said. Furthermore, if it is not complete in the ground, the result will not arise. Also, because it becomes the cause or root of all phenomena, it is also complete. In that very text, it says: I myself am the intention of the Buddha, samsara is I, nirvana is I. Thus it is said. Also, in the Blazing Light of the Sun and Moon, it says: All of existence, samsara, and nirvana are complete. All that is spoken by speech and all that is contemplated by mind are complete. One is complete, two are complete, all without exception are complete. The extremes of existence and non-existence, permanence and annihilation, both are complete. Rejection and establishment, both are complete. Happiness and suffering, both are complete. All of these are complete. Thus it is said.

Cutting off acceptance and rejection, the appearances of samsara and nirvana are all perfected. In the utterly complete, unsurpassed Tögal bindu, all conceptual appearances of phenomena are perfected. Thus it is said. Although that is so, self-arisen wisdom does not depend on anything, nor does it fall into any side. That itself is the perfection of its own nature, not an appearance that arises from something else, dependent on change. The Middle Way of emptiness and non-emptiness is separate from the two of existence and non-existence of things. Thus it is said. In the Great Garuda, the mind that has never had a direction from the beginning. Thus it is said. Those are also, in the Secret Wheel, the meaning of deciding that appearances are one's own mind, is the mind's decision. Second, in deciding that the path of Great Perfection, skillful means, and wisdom are combined into one illusion, it is generally taught by deciding that the three precious collections and the four truths are spontaneously accomplished. It is specifically explained by deciding that the skillful means and wisdom of the nine successive vehicles are gathered into the Great Perfection. First, in general, in the three precious collections, the Vinaya disciplines misconduct through the training of morality, and based on that, ultimately becomes free from desire. Here, all the illusory appearances of one's own body, speech, and mind are disciplined into the great purity, equality, and self-liberation. The profound Dharma of the Sutras mainly teaches Samadhi, and enters into the training of the mind by subduing hatred. Here too, it is summarized by manifesting the profound ultimate intention of the Tathagata and including the aspect of skillful means. And through the door of teaching the higher training of wisdom, the Abhidhamma primarily subdues ignorance through the knowledge of suchness, the Dharma of suchness. Here, the two, conventional and Dharma, are the nature of pure realization in the self-arisen wisdom of primordial purity and spontaneous accomplishment. In the Garland, the Sutras realize the profound Dharma, the Vinaya subdues one's own illusory appearances, and the Abhidhamma manifests the realization of the mind. Thus it is said. Moreover, the Vajrayana is the ultimate teaching of the three collections, including the Abhidhamma. In particular, the Great Perfection is the ultimate of all the collections, so it makes the appearances of intention and non-intention clearly naked. Again, in the same way, the four truths are also spontaneously accomplished and perfected. Because the truth of suffering, the basis, its Dharma generates great bliss, the truth of suffering is perfected. The cycle of samsara and nirvana
