For the sake of future sentient beings, I reveal the secrets of various bodies. You arrogant chiefs, From beginningless time until now, Have been controlled by the delusion of afflictions, With the habits of negative states, You act unvirtuously with body, speech, and mind. The suffering of samsara never ceases, Having fallen into the great hell, There may be no time for liberation. Therefore, in this supreme time, I and all the Buddhas, Body, speech, mind, and qualities, And the activity of accomplishment, Listen to the words of instruction. Make work and existence meaningful, Abandon unwholesome habits. Establish the basis of training, generate bodhicitta, Power, strength, ability, and fierceness, Follow the teachings of the Buddha. Protect according to the words of the vidyadharas. You kings, lords, and, Those who rely on the body as servants, Pray for accomplishments and accomplish activities. If you do not do so, And violate the secret words, The stream of your body, mind, and life, Will immediately become fierce. Thus he spoke, and placed them in the sacred oath. The first chapter, the beginning of taming the assembly of worldly chiefs. Then, the retinue of the arrogant ones, such as the great powerful god and goddess of the desire realm, gathered, And said to the Bhagavan, the great lord of the body, speech, and mind secrets of all the Tathagatas: O Bhagavan, lord of secrets! Fierce one dwelling in the world! With desire, hatred, and craving, Whoever makes offerings and relies on us, We are pleased and satisfied. In order to be companions in performing activities For those who, according to your command, Uphold asceticism, Our respective places and times, Our own retinues and armies, Corresponding actions and enjoyments, And attire and lineage.
